I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes not being helped before pulling up to the window with hopes someone would see me. The same man walked past me four times without coming to help me. About two of those times, he was texting on his phone. Fifteen minutes later, he finally came to the window only to tell me that the drive thru was closed. It was only 6pm, which is a time I typically go through this drive thru and there was no sign telling me that it was closed. I would have appreciated being told that much earlier, but instead, wasted 25 minutes of my time getting blatantly ignored.
