He clearly had no product knowledge and seemed more interested in chatting than helping a customer. It felt like I had walked into a teenager's hangout, not a legitimate business. The entire vibe was dismissive, disrespectful, and frankly shady. If this is how they treat customers, I won't stick around to see what else they're cutting corners on. I will absolutely be finding a different shop-one that values professionalism, compliance, and basic courtesy. This place is a hard pass.

She is very helpful, very polite, very pleasant, very patient, she helped me with my vape putting it together. She also was going through what would probably be better for me asking me questions to make sure the vape that I was getting will be the best fit for me. She's just very amazing person. Every question was met with attitude, and apparently actually looking at merchandise before buying it is strictly prohibited. When we asked if this specific nectar collector held water, she smirked and said "Um, no, I wouldn't do that," in a deceptive manner. Perhaps she simply lacks knowledge about the products you sell, but I was almost certain that it was specifically designed to hold water. The highlight of the experience was when my friend tried to get a better look at it by reaching out to touch it, and she literally smacked his hand away and yelled, "You can't touch the merchandise!" | honestly couldn't tell if we were shopping at a smoke shop or attempting a museum robbery.
