We usually see Dr. Butera, who is great, but on this day, Dr. Butera was not in so we had to see Dr. "Toni." Before this vet even came in the room to my cat, the vet tech said bloodwork was needed. I said, no, she's dying, I just want her to get relief to get her to home euthanasia. Nope, the vet came in the room and raised her voice and I politely asked her to lower her voice Said she will be treat without blood work. I felt I had no choice and was held hostage to get my cat treated, so I agreed. Well, bloodwork came back okay. She then gave a steroid injection and antibiotic injection. We took our kitty home an she made it just a few more weeks and today we took her a new vet. This new vet really examined our cat and informed of many more things going on. The decision was made that today was the day we let her go... What I didn't say, is that I did call and speak to the practice manager. She took notes and said she'd get back to me. I did ask for a refund. Well, she called me back and no refund because I agreed to the bloodwork. I said you are not listening to me. I had no choice. Well, I'm no longer going to Mogadore vet and I'm telling anyone I can how poorly I was treated. Seriously reconsider getting vet care at Mogadore Vet. They are all about the money and not compassion.

Half the year my husband and I live in New Orleans and while my vet at the Cat Practice is lovely, care there is much more expensive. The prices the 85 year old lady quoted are reasonable, expecially considering she wanted her cat that had never been seen before, to get emergency service. You couldn't call a pediatrician off hours to see your child who had never seen him/her before; if it's really an emergency then you take them to the emergency room. Sorry; I'm feeling a bit indignant anyone would demean my beloved vets and staff!

My family has brought their animal-people to Countryside for decades now, and my dad and I have made our puppy the newest Dr. Tripp patient. I haven't encountered a single thing that rubbed me wrong. They care and they prove it through their high standard of dedicated care. I didn't feel like human chattel, either. Dr. Tripp still shares stories about my mom bringing the dogs in; they actually get to know you and your pets. So yes, I can confidently recommend the Countryside team. I've heard their prices are also lower than many in the area but I don't know that firsthand. Good people.

Do not trust Susan Kaiser. We brought our dog who comes here specifically in to have his teeth…read morelooked at for a cleaning, approx 1 year ago and I asked to have his teeth cleaned. Dr Kaiser assured me his teeth were not even a "grade 1" yet, which means they would not clean them because they aren't dirty... I knew this didn't sound right, but unfortunately I decided to trust our vet, Susan Kaiser. After coming back less than 1 year later, AGAIN asking to have his teeth cleaned, they finally said they would clean them. Coming to find out he now needs 11 teeth pulled. After being told my previous visit was a "general exam" and they don't "look at the teeth too good" I instantly corrected them and showed them my appointment BOTH times were specifically to address the teeth, he was there for nothing else. They apologized, said it will be "told to upper management" or whatever that means? It's a small vet that works out of a converted residential house so I don't really know what upper management they have? This is obviously either gross negligence, or a money grab. I don't know which one is worse. I don't care about the money, I only care that now my dog has to have multiple teeth removed even after I've tried my hardest to clean them myself, and take him to the vet for cleanings (which they highly recommend on posters all over their office, unless you actually ask for it). Dr. Kaiser, what an embarrassment you are. You looked into my dogs mouth and I asked you repeatedly to clean them and you told me he was fine, don't worry about it. Then I come back less than a year later with another doctor, who told me he now needs 11 extractions after a cleaning. Do not bring your animals here. I can only imagine how much worse this negligence could have been if it was for a more serious issue. EDIT: to the owners responde: none of that is true. I asked to have the exam you referenced, and actually the second time I came back I demanded it, instead of listening to your dishonest vet, Dr. Susan Kaiser. The second vet I saw was in shock when I told her Dr. Kaiser didn't elect to do any follow up with the teeth from just an awake exam, after she did an awake exam herself. Just from your response alone it seems you're very well aware of this issue and seems like a practice you aim towards to push surgeries. Disappointing.

Because of the way that they changed things Paying a $50 Deposit just was a little bit crazy for me to do . So I just took care of Missy by my self researched things on line When I needed Too. She lived to be 15 yrs old and when she passed on July 31 St 2025 . I took her to the Veterinary on Whipple NW to have her cremated . At least they shown me compassion and understanding .

We also went through a terrible accident with our dog and had to put her down but the whole office was so sympathetic and even sent us a card.
