I just see a lack of empathy and care in their work but i have heard of good prices and i've seen many other good reviews so take this with a grain of salt, just my experience tho.

They got it looking shiny and new in no time for about half what I was quoted elsewhere. Just last week, I was able to have them replace a rather tricky system on a German engine with mileage nearly equal to a round-trip to the Moon. Did they run away, screaming? They NEVER called to inform my on the progress of repairs, they NEVER returned any of my calls. After over an additional 11 weeks, finally one of the women that work there took my call, she said that nobody had actually worked on the vehicle, they simply took the front end apart to have a technician look at it but, that would not happen for another week, maybe longer, the owner was on vacation and work could not begin without him because he is the one that decides what needs to be done. Needless to say, I had the vehicle towed to a more reputable repair shop. Ever since Bill retired and left his business to his inept son, the shop is a joke. Even the woman that I spoke with stated that she doesn't understand how the York Auto Body stays in business. Run as far away from this horrible business. Customer service is something that they do not know or understand.

Now we have to wait until September somewhere else and the insurance company will not give us another rental car. This business is incompetent and not reliable! This is no way to do business!
