He said that I could have stolen the shoes and receipt from someone else, since the receipt was not in my name. Never in my life had I had issues returning a product with a receipt, regardless who bought it (as a gift or not). Apparently they don't do returns on gift cards as well. He was also unable to return and order me the correct ones on the website and said I would have to come back later when the manager was there to see if it could be done. I HAD THE PRODUCT WITH THE RECEIPT!!! I should have been able to return it without any issues!!! Paula, the current owner is so friendly, she is a pleasure to deal with. She has a very discerning eye, so everything is in great condition or new or like new. I love shopping consignment because there are so many one-of-a-kind items. She carries women's & Mens (!) clothes, jewelry, shoes, handbags, accessories, & some housewares, art & books. She recently revamped the store so it's easy to find the areas you are interested in. I love that the men have their own cozy room. Everyone in there, from the staff to the customers are so friendly, I sometimes feel like it's like a neighborhood pub, without the drinks.
