This taxi is byfar the most amazing ride i have had the pleasure of taking. I got pick up by jerry and his wonderful wife Cheryl. They arrived 20 min early!! To take me to the airport! Helped load all my stuff and was great company all the way there! I also got a punch card which is a cool thing you buy 10 rides and the 11ride is FREE in town! Don't judge a book by its cover! $120 to go 7 miles. INSANE. Don't use them if you're going to an event at the casino and have to stay in Red Wing. Waited 45 minutes to be picked up then they turned around to pick more people up once they arrived. Charged $20 per person one way, so with three of us it ended up being $120!! The woman driver was rude and complained about other customers when she picked us up and made excuses. No way will I ever give them my business. I'd rather pay a local. read more

We love this company! The drivers are courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Service is fast, and always with a smile (or even a laugh or two). We recently explained that we were out for a special occasion, that we wanted to stay out late, and the driver offered to stay open until we made it home safely! We use Red Wing Taxi regularly; they are so much more reliable than uber or lyft. The vehicles are well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. Thanks for the great service guys! read more

I really wish I would have read the reviews on Facebook it was the worst experience ever using this taxi company besides the very expensive 10 mile ride we had been visiting red wing for a little vacation and we had gotten trident from them to the casino then when we called them to get a ride back to our hotel and they told us it would be a half hour before they could get a taxi to us and that was ok but after the half hour it still wasn't there so we had called again and they had told us that it would be another half hour and we weren't happy but we were from out of town and had no option so we waited another half hour and tried to call again but this time there was no answer and it went to voicemail so we had tried to call a couple more times and after that it went straight to voicemail we had waited there until 4:30am and they never showed up leaving us stranded not knowing a person around and all other taxi services were closed we had to get a ride from a stranger this company has no morals or compassion for people they will leave you stranded and not care one bit about it DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

Made reservation to be picked up at noon on New Year's Day. They called and CANCELLED, stating that all drivers were TIRED from working late into the night. Good thing, actually; was getting charged TWENTY BUCKS for a ride to the movie theatre. Very unprofessional. This town needs Uber or Lyft, at least to provide competition. read more

WORST TAXI COMPANY EVER!!! I cant give this zero stars because thats what they deserve. These people are greedy and ripping people off because they can. Uber and lyft need to be in Red Wing/Treasure Island as this company is running a monopoly!!! The cabs are old, smelly, and completely disgusting. The customer service is horrific and that's being nice!!! I have zero idea how these people sleep at night knowing they are stealing from people. I hope one day they realize when uber does come that they should have treated customers better so they would stay loyal. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Do not use this cab service!!! They will steal your money!! Costs 60-100 dollars for 10 miles!!! Crooks! And they charge after the 2nd person and will not inform you of this when you call!!! Awful! Tried to book a taxi to go to the movie theater from downtown (we are visiting Red Wing by train). Had a reservation for two of us, but the owner called back and canceled because her drivers were too tired from New Year's Eve! This left us with no transportation. Hopefully someone will see the opportunity this town obviously has given the focus on tourism and start Uber or Lyft or a decent cab company here. No way to run a business. read more

What a crazy ripoff. I called to ask how much a ride from lake city (15 miles from red wing) to wabasha (13 miles from lake city) was going to cost. The lady told me $180. Just one way no round trip. There are cheaper limo services. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting money. Just ridiculous. read more

The service itself was fine although the interior looked pretty used. What I can't get past is the price. This taxi service is more expensive than taking a cab in NEW YORK CITY (3.30 to show up, 2.50 per mile vs Red Wing's 5.50 to show up, 3.20 per mile) and this is Red Wing! Who do they think they are...the only reason they can charge so much is because the bus is so unreliable and there's no competition. They also charge $3 to run a card even though everyone pays with a card these days. What a scam! read more

We called for a cab from the super eight to treasure island casino. It was a six mile ride. Driver charged two of us thirty five dollars. He also charged a group of four thirty five dollars for the same ride. I thought that was bad, until we wanted to go back to the super eight later that night. We waited over an hour and they never came to get us. They eventually stopped answering the phone. Over priced and extremely bad service. Do not stay at local hotel in red wing if you need a cab. Get a room at the casino or don't go.i wish I would have known before hand, I'm writing this to warn others. Red wing taxi is by far the worst cab company I have ever used. read more
