We tried this out before the Rams game this past Sunday. We loved it! They have a ton of different foods, including a carving station, sushi, wings, pasta, and burgers! They also include beer and wine and champagne in the cost of the tickets. They have multiple bars and there was no waiting in line. You even get to ride the roller coaster again no waiting, and you could ride it unlimited times. You can eat inside or outside and they have tvs with football onand live music. Would definitely recommend if you want to pregame without the prep or the clean up! We loved it! read more

It's pricey, at $80 pp, but, in the long run, it's all you can eat and drink of domestic beers. There's lots of food to pick from like jumbo shrimp, Buffalo wings, brisket, hamburgers, hot dogs, brisket, desserts.....in the stadium one item is easy $15-$20 and beers as well. Some of the food needs help like the mashed potatoes (bland) and Mac&cheese needed the cheddar! All in all, not having to drive on to tail gate & cook, I prefer this option. They also have lots of TVs to watch other games and a band was playing live music. read more

So worth the price of admission full buffet and domestic beer. If you want off the books of the bar it costs $3.50 per drink. If You have kids there is the fun zone face painting and the Flight Deck roller coaster to ride. If you are not in the mood then there is a dance party with Snoopy and Charlie Brown. Underwhelmed! Food was not very good. Most beers were not name-brand and spirits were not a part of the package. Security and their dispatch said the event did not exist so information was not shared! I got lucky that I saw the sign. Not worth the money for sure! read more

I was very excited from the previous reviews. The beer was cold and unlimited but only three choices of Budweiser. Cocktails for $3.50 great deal. The shrimp tower was impressive and the shrimp are good. The food was highly horrible.The try tip sliders at the finished piece of try tip you've ever seen your life but it tasted OK. The Red Zone Rally (RZR) is the official "pre-game entertainment" spot for the 49ers; it's held every gameday in the Great America Pavilion (GAP). I wasn't even aware of this event, but my friend had tickets to this and the game, and his wife was unable to go. So, I gladly subbed in for the Mrs, and away we went. Parking- Typical gameday nightmare--I'd highly recommend taking the Light Rail, but if you want to pay $40 to park then be my guest. Location- The RZR is located in the GAP, which is on the south side of main stadium parking lot on Tasman Drive. The GAP is a beautiful 18,000 sq. ft. setting with wood floors; floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace; unlimited food & drink; and more TVs (officially 45) than you can shake a stick at! It's essentially the biggest, and nicest, sports bar you'll ever go to. There's lots of seating inside and out, but you may have to look around a bit; especially towards the end when attendance peaks. Time- The RZR opens up three hours prior to kickoff. I'd highly recommend getting there early to maximize your investment (i.e., drink as many free beers as possible!). Amenities: -Free very fast, and reliable Wi-Fi -Unlimited rides on the Flight Deck Roller Coaster, because I know when I'm loading up on food and beers that a roller coaster is *exactly* what I need! #genius -Band stage with all sorts of entertainment: Gold Rush Girls shaking it w/ Sourdough Sam; Niner Noise (drumline); and some awful band that they dug up from the '80s. -Some games in the corner for the kids (that I didn't really feel like checking out) but they were there. -Lots of restrooms to tap the kidneys. Drinks- Your ticket to RZR comes with all the house wine and "regular" beer (i.e., Goose Island IPA, Shocktop, Budweiser & Bud Light) you can drink. They also have "premium" beers (i.e., Stella Artois & Heineken) and mixed drinks for $6/ea + tax. I was just fine with the free stuff, but if you need something a little stiffer then by all means, go for it. There's also soda and water, but who cares??? Food- I know this is what you've been waiting for--this is still Yelp, right?! The RZR features one of the better buffet menus that I've seen: everything you can want from Prime Rib Sliders, Shrimp, Buffalo Wings, Mac & Cheese, Clam Chowder, Sushi, Prime Rib, Smoked Tri-Tip, Hot Links, Beef Brisket Nachos and on and on... My personal stand-outs were the Smoked Tri-Tip and the Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers. Everything else was pretty good, as nothing else I sampled could be labeled "gross," or "Meh"--it's all quality stuff. Value- You can purchase individual game passes at $90/ea, or for $85/ea if you purchase a "Standing Room Only" ticket, with the "Red Zone Rally Bundle." Both those prices are awfully high, and I don't think you're going to get your full $90 benefit through food and drink--and believe me we tried! If they brought the price point down to ±$50, that would be a much better value. It's hard for me to complain about the RZR because I didn't pay for the ticket, but I'm just speaking in generalities here. Honestly, there wasn't too much to complain about besides the band and the ticket price. One of the other reviewers mentioned buying his ticket "from a third party vendor for half the price," and that would definitely be worth looking into. In the meantime, the RZR gets a mild thumbs up. Okay, I was skeptical about this. But once I got in and noticed the ambiance of food and drinks, it was spectacular! Nachos, sliders, beer, soft drinks, prime rib, and all sorts of events and other foods makes this experience worth the price of admission. Also, I thought that we needed a game ticket (which I had) for us to enter, but they didn't check or ask for a ticket. However, they do require for you to have a ticket to get in and that's it. Word of advice - be there early if you want great seating. I had arrived around 10 minutes before opening and we were able to get good seating near the bar and nachos stations. I bought my ticket from a third party vendor for half the price, and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY! Would you rather spend nearly three figured on items like food, beer, and soft drinks, or spend half of that for all of the above? This was a great experience, and I will make sure to come back here when I am going to a game. read more

Was a great experience I thought. Took some time to find the building as we're not from the area but once we get there about 20min late it was great. Wasn't overly busy which was nice, being able to get food and drinks without lines really. A good amount of people but so many food stations that there was no lines. Food included: wings (hot and bbq) they were huge, pulled pork sliders, tri tip, pork loin, burgers. Hot dogs, tacos, nacho bar. Everything tasted great. They had ultra and coors light on tap. Ate and drank for 2.25 hours and didn't have to spend anything at the game itself. I'll definitely do this everytime I attend an NFL game may or with Redzone rally in SF. 4/5 wish it was longer than 3 hours and was a bit easier to find. But basically a 5 star experience. If you want a more wild vibe then stay in the parking lot. read more

Fun event before the 49ers-Broncos Game. It's the official pre-game spot for those attending the game. Since we flew in and were staying at the Hilton, we didn't tailgate in the lot so decided to go here instead to get into the spirit. It was fun! It's right at the entrance to Great America and an easy walk from the hotel. There are activities and food options outside and many food/drink options in the pavilion. Lots of food options - shrimp, fruit, cheese, pasta varieties, wings, nachos, sliders and more. The food was tasty. I love the options so there is something for everyone. Plus domestic beer was included. Premiums were extra so were shots. Decent value, however if you don't drink alcohol (and I no longer do), it may seem expensive for what you get. But the food was good, it was inside (it was a bit chilly that day) and you can catch the early NFL games on the many TV's they have there. read more

If you are a 49ers fan, you will love this. If you don't want to worry about cooking and cleaning up, this is the spot to have chefs cook your food. Suppose you like a good time without drunks picking a fight; you know where to go. Wanted to try something different before the Niners-Bucs game and picked up tickets for about $50 each on Stubhub. First time I have been in here. Got inside right about when the doors were opening at 10AM. It was a beautiful sunny fall day, the band was playing outside but hardly saw any fans. Went inside the building and saw where everyone was hanging out, sitting at the many tables inside. Most I guessed were anti-glorious Bay Area weather lol or were watching the morning NFL games and enjoying the very nice surroundings be it the two fully stocked bars (beer, wine and top shelf alcohol) or many food stations sprinkled around. We sat at one of the many outside tables. My only suggestion is to provide more umbrellas or a shade structure since it's a bit hot to sit in the sun for hours. Then more people will come outside and enjoy the band and other outside events. I sampled the Veggie pizza, chilled fresh shrimp, teriyaki chicken wings and tri-tip slider. All really fresh and tasty. They also had a full complement of breakfast items and a really nice pasta bar. But you can only eat and drink so much. Right? They even let you ride Flight Deck (formally Top Gun) in Great America which is still a great one minute thrill! They also have face painting, corn hole games, place kicking and football throwing in which they measure the speed. Niner Noise, the Trivia contest and Gold Rush Cheerleaders entertained us too. I took a picture with the cheerleaders but was quickly informed by one of them not to touch after I put my arm around her shoulder...that was weird but Ok. They should tell you before so you don't feel like you did something wrong. Lastly, the band Top Shelf was great playing lots of classic Rock&Roll tunes. I have to say that I wasn't thrilled with the $90 price tag of the red zone rally. Once you get there though, you forget about how much you paid to be there and indulge in as much beer and food as possible. 3.5 stars rounded up to 4. The red zone rally is located across the lot at Great America which is about a 5 minute walk from the entrance of Levi's. Scan your tickets, enter, and go crazy. I went on turkey day so I expected a Thanksgiving theme. There was an abundance of chow ranging from sushi to turkey to ham to stuffing to assorted made to order pasta dishes to prime rib sliders to bbq to shrimp. You can't forget the table of desserts also. The food was delicious. The quality was above average and they never ran out. Lines weren't terribly long which made it easy to stuff yourselves to the max. Outside, they offered smoked turkey legs...probably the best I've ever had. Beer and wine were free. If you wanted a mixed drink, it was about a $6 charge. For premium beer, $3. Bathrooms were clean and there was never a line. They also provided a ton of TVs to watch the current games. Live music and the 49ers Gold Rush were also involved on the outside stage. Niner Noise also made their presence. For the amount you'd probably spend at the stadium, you might as well go to the red zone rally and pay less to eat buffet style with quality food. I'm not thrilled with the entertainment selection. I also think it was bad marketing to have this so far from the stadium. I'd say you should check it out at least once. read more

After paying almost $100 per person after fees, this is 100% not worth it. Only drinks included are coors light and soda. Had to pay for wine, good beer, mixed drinks. Food was average. The poor staff at the bars seemed like deer in headlights. Entertainment was a DJ and lots of tvs. Not enough seating in beginning. I would have spent way less at a local bar. This was my first time coming to Levi Stadium and saw that parking was $50 for the game. I found this venue and which has food, drinks and parking included. Parking - very misleading. We needed to pay $50 and later found out that parking is free if you have a year's pass to Great America. Beware!!! Drinks - there are fountain drinks machines for soda in the venue. Alcoholic beverages are limited to beer (Budweiser and Bud Light) and house wine. Spirits costs $6. Food - the food was not bad and there was plenty to choose from. A lot of appetizers to fill up on. My overall thoughts - after arriving and seeing the tailgate, I probably would prefer to tailgate and mingle with fellow fans. The cost of the ticket ($90) is pricey and I would rather spend that money for drinks that I actually want. The nice part of the venue was the TVs and the free wifi to watch the games and keep track of my fantasy team. read more

Tickets are half price or less on stubhub, the food is great for a mass buffet (do it yourself nacho bar with carnitas brisket, and a carving station were my favorites), and upgraded beers and cocktails are $3 and $6. Amazing bargain considering how overpriced Levi stadium concessions are. All-you-can-drink bud and bud light, shots and premium beers for $3.50 the buffet food included prime rib, turkey, shrimp cocktail, Tri-tip sandwiches, California rolls, fried alligator nuggets, hot links, brats, and many things I'm forgetting. There were large screen tvs showing every morning NFL game. They stopped serving alcohol at 1:00 pm, but kept the food stations open for at least 30 minutes longer. Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. We got admission tickets for less than $50 online. The only minor complaint I had was that none of the security workers at the front of the stadium knew where it was. read more

We truly had a wonderful time here at the Red Zone Rally before the Packers v. 49ers game earlier this season. We are full fledged Packers fan but wanted to get in a good tailgate before heading to the game - this was it. We did not feel at all excluded or singled out being in Packers gear - it was a good mix - maybe 25% Packers fans and 75% 49ers fans at the Rally. The retail price of the tickets is $85, however I will say - keep an eye out for third party ticket sites, the closer you get to game day the cheaper the tickets are. We checked 1 week before the game and the tickets ran $60 plus fees, which for 4 of us I just didn't want to shell out that much more especially considering we bought our tickets pre-season when they were still priced at a premium... so I checked the Friday before the game and we paid $25 plus fees per ticket. YUP you read that right! So it was less than $120 for all 4 of us, total bargain! The experience is wonderful - they have TONS of TVs showing all the early games so we were constantly watching football leading into the game. The food is just absolutely superb too - even though the Rally was PACKED, it was never hard to get food - they had tons of food stations inside and outside and they were constantly being refilled. Even the drink stations were moving really quick. The food included prime rib, breakfast burritos, shrimp, trip-tip sandwiches, deserts, nachos, wings - you name it they pretty much had it - it was hard to take advantage of unlimited free drinks with all the wonderful food! We absolutely would do this Rally again should we go to a 49ers game again - it's such a bargain - why would you bring your own grille, buy your own food, have to cook and clean up when you have this? They also let you ride the Top Gun ride (though we did NOT take advantage considering the consumption of food and beer lol), they have some face painting, a live band, the cheerleaders come out, Charlie Brown is out and taking photos, and they have some fun inflatable play area stuff - throwing a football and capturing your speed and kicking mini-field goals). we came for the 2015 NHL stadium series between the SJ Sharks and LA Kings. The event was spectacular! (All save my Sharks loosing!) We got to go to the exclusive tailgate party at Great America before and THAT was awesome! Open bar, free food and the ride flight deck was running. Sooo fun! They get full stars for being clean, great service, and they serve Coke products!!! Plenty of seating inside and out. The food bars were so good! Nacho bar, pasta bar, salad bar, then server all other areas with sliders, hot wings, dessert, cheese board and much more! I give their marketing team BIG POINTS for coming up with a tactful clever and fun way to have the LA Kings seated in their own little "corner" . That was genius and funny!! Outside they served full size hot dogs (you know, the ones you pay $8.50 for in the game and $1.5 for at Costco. Yeah, those hot dogs!) burgers and hot brisket sandwiches right off the bone! The open bar (which I stayed clear from!) was stocked and never more then 2 people deep in line. My drink of choice was beer and it was following! The Flight Deck ride was open and used (not by me!) and fun to watch. They had live music going and plenty of clean bathrooms! The ticket price for an event like this is $85 and I have to say, it's totally worth it! We were completely full during the entire game and didn't spend a dime. I really do see the value of this and would do it again. Besides it was really fun hanging with our friends and not having to set up or clean up any tailgating mess. RZR is pretty awesome. My GF & I really enjoyed it. It's not something you'd wanna do every game & it certainly doesn't beat tailgating but I can see myself doing it at least once a season. Food was decent & free basic beer & wine. Cocktails were extra but still cost less than inside the stadium. Lines get long & food quality can be hit or miss just like at any buffet style setting. We even rode the roller coaster. TV's are also everywhere so you can follow the morning games & check on your fantasy players. I'd definitely recommend it. read more
