I bought tickets to the I Heart Radio Music Festival from them in July 2011. Upon purchase, I was told my tickets would be mailed no later than 9/17 (concert was 9/24). I paid for priority shipping since we were traveling to Vegas for the concert and I wanted to make sure I had the tickets in my hands before we left on 9/22. Since the tickets were to be shipped by 9/17, I had plenty of time to receive the tickets Unfortunately, I had not yet received the tickets by the Wednesday before the concert 9/21 and we were leaving the next day for Vegas. When I called them to check on the status of the tickets on 9/22, I was told they were not mailed yet but was scheduled to be mailed overnight. I explained that I was leaving for Vegas that day and that would not work. They said they would then ship it to my hotel. I was satisfied because I thought they would mail them that day (Thursday) meaning they would arrive at the hotel on Friday. Friday came and there were no tickets. When I called back, I was told that they did not mail the tickets on Thursday but that they were mailed that day (Friday) and would arrive Saturday (DAY OF CONCERT). The tickets did arrive on Saturday but the hotel charged me a delivery fee for the package and it caused severe unnecessary stress as we had to stay close to the hotel on Saturday to make sure the tickets arrived. I will never use these people again and would not recommend it to any of my friends/family read more

"DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM RED ZONE TICKETS!!!" My tickets through Red Zone 02/07/12 cost me $370 for mediocre seats and were only valued at $60 through Ticket Master. The Red Zone Tickets website, gives the impression tickets are rapidly being bought up to press you into purchasing ASAP. I spoke with three different people with Red Zone Tickets and was essentially told to 'go (beep) myself by each of them including a manager. They were unwilling to accommodate me despite the absorbent fee they charge. read more

If anyone needs to buy a sold out ticket, don't bother going through Red Zone Tickets. Here are the reasons why: 1) They charge quadruple the price. 2) They are inefficient and rude. I recently bought tickets as a surprise birthday present for my brother to see a show in Denver, CO. So far I have received SIX phone calls with different instructions as to where and how to receive the tickets. The last phone call I received, the disgruntled employee on the phone said, "I don't see why you're making this so difficult." Huh? When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager AND THE OWNER! Perhaps someone should go to school and learn about customer service and how to run their business properly. The tickets I was sold were not valid and were rejected at the venue. I would not recommend anyone take a risk with this company.

We ordered 2 tickets with an advertised face value of $90 with a service fee of about $35. When the tickets arrived the actual value was $40 so the service fee was $135, which is more than the ticket value. We returned them because of the deceptive advertising on the web site. Red Zone has a ticket policy (it is burried in the fine print) that says if the tickets we ordered are not available they may substitute tickets with a value equal to or greater than the tickets purchased. If they cannot substitute tickets that are equal to or better than the tickets purchased they will not charge your credit card. My math may be a little rusty, but $40 tickets aren't worth more than $90 tickets, but Red Zone charged us anyway. Red Zone didn't even follow their own sales agreement. Red Zone stated that we could not return the tickets. They eventually FeEx'd them to us so the tickets would arrive the day before the show, but the tickets did not actually get delivered until 4 days after the show. Now they insist they fulfilled their part of the contract and we are obligated to pay for the (useless, overpriced) tickets. Do not use Red Zone for tickets. I would have rated them a -5 stars, but it won't let me. read more

I recently used Red Zone for purchasing Super Bowl tickets and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and customer centric. The owner Brett even walked me through the process and ensured I was comfortable. I've never gotten this white glove service with stub hub or other ticket companies. Their price was actually lower than the market value which was an obvious plus. There were several additional events that they had access to and helped me attend. Stay away from this guy. He is a total crook. He somehow managed to hijack me from the slayer website. I actually thought i was dealing with ticketmaster until I received his package from federal express. I don't know if those things he sent me were really tickets to anything. He had a bogus seating chart of the coliseum that wasn't anything like the actual arena. I sent his stuff back by certified mail and he somehow got it to disappear at the Omaha post office. Nobody there knows what happened to it. He even had the nerve yo send me a business card in case being totally ripped off once is not enough. He really belongs in jail. read more

The show premiers here in about 2 weeks, and I got a call today letting me know they no longer had the tickets, but they could keep looking if I wanted, or I could just have my money back. Super disappointing. Tried to cancel the tickets weeks after I bought them but they said there is no way they can cancel orders (come to find out, they can, but only when they screw up and can't actually get you what you paid for). Ordered concert tickets way in advance, good thing since they have Fed Ex "try" to deliver them Monday thru Friday when most people work and they must be signed for. They in no way exclaim in the ordering process that this is the way the tickets will be delivered. i just purchased tickets to the denver broncos playoff game against the ravens for jan 12, 2013 today after business hours. it said i would be able to print my tickets out within a hour. after hours had gone by i still hadnt recieved them. so i emailed customer support so i could see what was goin on i wanted the tickets in hand as i was traveling cause i would not have access to a printer on the road. brett replied and said they wouldnt be able to upload till the next days business hours. i said ok thats fine. minutes later i got another email sayin they were available to print off. brett made some calls and got my tickets uplaoded so i could have them before i traveled. that is goin far beyond to satisfy customers. i also got a good deal on some good seats. i will be using them in the future and recommend them to anyone. read more

Some friends of ours had purchased tickets to a football game and even though we hadn't purchased tickets with them we were hoping to at least find tickets in the same section or a section near them. I called Red Zone Tickets and when I gave them our friends seat information they were able to find us 2 tickets right in front of our friends. Red zone tickets appear to be a very dishonest company. Bought two tickets to Lady Ga Ga, show cancelled months ago; still no refund ($540.00). Each time I speak with a different person, and I am given a different story. Only one manager at their site and he has a poor attitude and is seldom available (or unwilling) to speak with customers. I have been patient. I haven't called multiple times harassing their staff, but enough is enough. My guess is that the company is very cash-strapped and unable to quickly provide refunds (why else would it take so long?). I would be very careful using this service and company. read more

For 162.00 per ticket, and the fact that they were purchased in advance of regular ticket sales, you should receive the tickets you purchased. Don't do business with these people! As far as I'm concerned they are total thieves. I ordered 2 tickets online for a total of $800.00. I wanted a specific section of the venue and selected that section. When I got my confirmation email, seconds later, it said that my tickets would be in a different section than I selected. At this point I noticed that I wasn't buying tickets from a "legitimate" ticket seller. I immediately called to cancel my order and was told I couldn't cancel my order (which is ridiculous considering they didn't even have possession of the tickets yet and hadn't charged me yet). The reps were very condescending and not cooperative at all. Did I mention that I was paying $800.00 for these tickets??? After the charge went through I tried to reverse it. In the end I couldn't reverse the charge because in Red Zone's small print they mention that the seats might not be in the same place as the ones ordered. I guess having everything in small print entitles people to engage in unethical behavior. I did buy tickets in my desired location from a legitimate ticket seller. They were better seats and a Q&A session with the some band members was included, for $200.00 less than the Red Zone tickets. After I started to try to reverse the charge Red Zone overnighted the tickets to me (just to keep themselves covered, I'm sure). Unlike my "legitimate" tickets, these tickets did not have my name printed on them. They were just generic computer print outs. I totally would have sold them but I was concerned that they were not legitimate and I am too ethical to risk selling bogus tickets. Red Zone tickets did say that they would be willing to sell my tickets on consignment. I mailed the tickets to them by registered mail 6 weeks before the event. I received a phone call confirming receipt of the tickets. The rep, Kathy, said they would try to sell the tickets and if they couldn't sell them, they would remain mine. One week after he event I emailed Kathy and, big surprise, got an email back saying she no longer works there. I re-emailed Red Zone and was told that my tickets did not sell and they would mail them back to me. As I said, this was one week AFTER the event. I asked for a refund seeing that they did not return the tickets to me on time for the concert (I would have given them away). I suspect I will not receive anything back from them because like I said, they are total thieves. read more
