On February 5, 2026 email to claim tickets showed actual cost to be $120 when I was charged $422.16 back in August, with no notice other than "Prices may be above face value" in very small print. Called theater who cancelled ticket to vendor. BoxOfficeTicketSales supervisor admitted they were the middleman and Tix Mont handled the tickets. Said small print covered them, even though they never informed me the amount of overcharge. Offered $104 refund and the tickets, which were different seats than I purchased, to silence me. This would still have cost me $198.16 over the actual price. I refused and filed a claim with my credit card company. Overpriced, Deceptive, and Disappointing - AVOID! I recently purchased event tickets through this site and had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. The site marketed tickets at over double their actual value, and I was misled into thinking I was getting premium seats ($259) to justify the inflated cost. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. When I received the tickets, I discovered they were standard seats ($107) - nothing close to premium, front row, or anything that might warrant that price hike. I contacted customer support hoping for a partial refund or explanation, but they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. They basically said, "all sales are final" and made no attempt to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the misleading nature of their tactics. In Short: This site engages in SHADY practices, capitalizing on consumers who trust the salesperson they are talking to and that they are paying a fair market price for an equally fair experience. Box Office ticket sales refused to refund the tickets, and it took almost 2 years to get the cost of these tickets refunded through a small claims court action against these crooks. I clicked a link for this event from my facebook and it took me to what looked like the Ruth Eckerd Hall website but the number the provided redirected me to this place. They said they were the box office and I purchased 2x $56 dollar tickets. So even with tax and service charged lets be generous and say $85 each. I received a charge for $397. Clearly they have memberships to local venues buy pre-sale and then basically double the cost. I hope they get investigated and shut down. Purchased $630 dollars worth of tickets in January 2020. The event was cancelled and I had to call in June 2020 for a refund, and was told it would be made in July 2020. They waited so long I no longer even had the same credit card. I emailed them in January 2021 still trying to get a refund and it was ignored. Tickets were $279 each plus tax, and charges totalling almost $1800 (I bought 5 for my birthday in December). I called yesterday to check on the status of my tickets and actually called the actual Orpheum who stated they did not have an order for me and whose ticket prices were $125 each. I found my confirmation and called the 877-496-9515 number and spoke with the rudest person. After putting me on hold to confirm my order, I began to explain what happened when I purchased my tickets and after cutting me off twice, she started literally YELLING at me, saying "no one told you that" and "you knew exactly who you were calling" and when I asked if I could speak to someone else, she said "Nope. Call back tomorrow if that's what you want". She kept calling herself a "Resolution Specialist", but obviously needed some training for that role. Then she kept yelling, so I hung up. I purchased tickets through this company on Thursday April 21 for an event on Friday April 22. I cannot walk and asked for wheelchair seating for myself and a companion seat for my father. I reminded them several times and specifically confirmed that I would be able to stay in my chair. He said , "Yes ma'am." When I got to the venue, the seats were in front of the disabled seating and would have required me to go down a step. I had to have costumer service change my seats. I could barely see the performer. When I got the tickets changed, I discovered that I had been charged $97.50 by these people, but the seat were only $58! I know that part was my mistake. I should have checked to make sure this was endorsed by the vendor. But to sell non-wheelchair seating to someone in a wheelchair when I asked multiple times in ridiculous!! read more

W h an they email me the tickets, they are general admission, which is in the back area and you have to bring your own chair. If I had gone through the actual venue sight, general admission would have been $34.00 each ticket. They are who popped up when I went to the venue sight, therefore I thought it was their own ticket office. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have EVER had, and I mean EVER had! If it was possible to give them negative stars, it was be an accurate rating. I purchased $11,000+ on concert tickets for a corporate event, thinking I was reaching the actual venue's box office. I was verbally told tickets would show up in my AXS app within 48 hours of the concert. Only a portion of the tickets showed up within 48 hours so I called the customer service #. Waited on hold for over 15 minutes. When Josh answered the phone and asked my name, I started to spell it and was rudely interrupted with "you don't need to spell your name for me, ma'am! What is is your question"? When I explained that only 14 of my 40 tickets had shown up in my app, he told me I needed to be patient, he was waiting on tickets from multiple vendors and I would receive them in time for the concert. I said okay and ended the call. I thought he was rude, but I would be patient and wait. Over 5 hours later (now less than 30 hours of the event) I called again as I had still not received the rest of the tickets. I waited on line for 25 minutes and when my call was answered, it was Josh again. This time he was beyond rude! I stated my name and he responded with "LIKE I TOLD YOU THIS MORNING WHEN YOU CALLED, YOU WILL HAVE YOUR TICKETS! YOU NEED TO BE PATIENT! I replied that the receipt I was looking at, stated that the tickets would be ready for delivery by 10/11/22 and that I needed to send my clients their tickets as they were calling me worried that they did not yet have their tickets and the concert was the following day. He then told me that I did not NEED my tickets, I NEEDED to be patient and if I did not have a new question, he was going to release me...meaning he was going to hang up on me. I replied that he was being very rude and yes, I did have a new question...when would the remainder of my tickets going to be in my account? His answer...I have NOT been rude and you will have your tickets in a bit! I asked him to explain what time "in a bit" was and was told...IN A BIT! I then asked him what time the ticket vendor opened, he told me he wasn't going to give me that information and did I have a new question or, you guessed it, he was going to release me. I asked to speak to Seth, the sales person who sold me the tickets and Josh refused, saying he was Seth's boss. I asked to speak to someone else then as Josh was not willing to help me and he said there was no one else. He was in charge and if I did not have a new question, he was going to hang up on me. I replied that I has spent $12,000 on these tickets and wanted to talk to some who could help me and he interrupted me with "NO YOU DIDN"T! YOU ONLY SPENT $11,346". I have never spoken with someone in customer service who was so incredibly rude and condescending. I did finally get the rest of the tickets in my account, but I will NEVER deal with this company again! They made over $2000 in service fees on these tickets and were not willing to treat me courteously and get me all of my tickets in a timely fashion. I truly wondered if I had been scammed and the tickets would turn out to be bogus. Thankfully the tickets were legit and the concert was amazing but be forewarned, you are dealing with a company who is GREEDY, MISLEADING AND EXTREMELY RUDE! Never again!!
