I wasn't sure if they were closed for the holiday, but it said on the sign that they went to lunch so we waited. Couple minutes till one a bunch of cars pulled up and everybody started rushing to the door. I asked what was going on since we've never been there before and I was told by some other people there that because we have an appointment and none of them do we would still be seen first at 1 o'clock. We were probably the fourth person to sign in since everyone jumped in front of us. Almost the entire room got called back except for us. All the people that were walk-ins got to go first instead of my Child being called back she had to sit back in that dirty office room With all the sick kids and she's not sick. She was just trying to find a new pediatrician since we just moved here. I went up to the desk and I said she was here first she was here at 12:30 outside. I called and left you guys a voicemail. Also, we signed in right away. We're the only ones with the appointment, why did everybody else go before her. I was told well she's a new patient. I said yeah so I already checked in online. I did the pre-check in before we even got there and if you needed any information, I could've given it to you at any point ~ when I signed in or at any point when I was back in the room, but instead you left my child With about 20 people that were sick in this office. They did not have an appointment. I had an appointment. This is not a good practice. I was in Healthcare for 16 + years. I would never have done that to someone . HORRIBLE experience we ended up leaving and now we still have no pediatrician. My child is not sick, but she is prone to respiratory infections. That's why I want to establish a physician here for her now that whole office put my child in danger of being around other kids that were sick and now she might get sick because of that office. I truly believe this was racial profiling and pure prejudice. Everybody else that were walk-ins (no appointment that stampeded us) looked exactly like the people that work there and spoke the same language as the staff . We look different. We were the only white people there and there were no white workers & no white people waiting to go back so we had to wait ~ so if you're white, don't go here because you will wait until the race they deem more important will go first. Same with a sweet beautiful black family . They were second in line and they were there to be walk ins ... but they were black so they got completely skipped over and ran over and left in the waiting room just like us. If you have an appointment, don't bother showing up because they are not gonna go by your appointment time. It's seemingly based on favoritism/they prefer the frequent flyers and people that look like them~ You will sit there all day (we would've been there all day if I didn't finally say something and literally leave ) until all the pushy people that push their way to the front like some kind of animal stampede get to go first because they're like the same color and they look like the workers. Absolutely disgusting. I will be filing a complaint with our health insurance as well as the Better Business Bureau. I was respectful even though it was hurtful and infuriating but spoke loud enough for who seemed to be the office manager to come over and she also did nothing but ignore me ~ but then again she looked like everybody else and we were the only white people. It's a shame because I heard good things about this Dr. Now we will never know because we weren't treated right by his staff. I wonder if he knows this is going on .... Is he ok with it ? I also missed work for this "dis-appointment" (get it ) and we were treated absolutely horribly. I do not recommend them especially if you have a job or somewhere to be. I've been the minority plenty of times but never experienced it to this low of a level where a child's health wasn't important because of skin color or nationality. Very sad.

Now…read moreI can't even get my prescriptions filled a referral for my heart doctor or my podiatrist they make a schedule for you an appointment a daughter goes in there and they confirm the appointment on one day so I go in for my appointment then they say I'm not scheduled that I'm scheduled for a different day which they could not find any appointment book when my daughter went up there they can't get their act straight. Nobody knows what they're doing. I just got a new insurance and I cannot even get my paper signed for the insurance company. I wish I knew where to go or how to report this place for being so unprofessional and not being able to get anything done. I need my medicine and I have been out for over a week. I am 84 years old and it is critical that I get my medicine so what am I to do?

I went to my primary dr at JSA Heath Care (ps) with instructions to get on home health care, the…read morephone representatives who were meant to insure that I got the care that I needed seemed to forget about me and the instructions for my care. They seemed more interested in arguing with me about how many times they sent a fax more than if I was getting the attention I needed . These girls were directly responsible for my lack of Heath care when I did not receive it. While these girls were arguing with me, a picc line infection begin in my artery going to my heart as a flesh eating bacteria was eating away at my leg. I had to continue calling JSA because as long as they felt they did their job (even though they weren't) they did not care if I lived or died. I never received the care I needed or deserved through JSA and I may now be loosing my leg.

I went to Dr. Lerner for help because I had not been able to sit or stand for any period of time…read morefor over a month. My PCP told me I needed a specialist and I found Bond Clinic. The scheduling was great and the staff was decent, but when Dr. Lerner found out my primary gave me pain pills at the very beginning of the visit, he told me if I was there trying to get pills, he would not give me any. I assured him I was not, but I feel he wrote me off. He gave me an anti-inflammatory, a list of exercises because I am over weight (that my physical therapist said I need to stop immediately and should never have tried) and sent me on my way. I have since had 3 injections for pinched nerves and bursitis. I am now able to sit and have gotten my life back to a great degree without thanks to him and his judgmental bedside manner. Run, do not go to this poor excuse of a doctor!
