Me and my son walked in and this facility and saw there was an insanely amount of people waiting in the office. After seeing that, you are then greeted by a distasteful, nasty and rude woman (I wish I got her name). I literally had to grab my son and leave the building for her safety because of how nasty she was. One thing I learned upon starting my career in the medical field, is that you actually have to like people and want to help people to be in the medical field and you can just tell she is just an all around NASTY person. She was speaking to ALL the patients in a rude tone as well as her co workers. I sat there in shock. My son's appointment was scheduled for 9:55 I was there at 9:50 and was there all the way up until 10:40 waiting to be called and still was not called so when I asked her if it was going to be long before the doctor called us, she then replied there was THREE doctors working (yet no one was being called back) her tone so rude and was cutting me off every sentence I tried to speak, so before I stooped even lower, I grabbed my son and made him an appointment today with another doctor. Definitely will not be back here 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! With gas prices being this high I will still drive an extra 20 minutes to get my son seen at a better doctor because this place is NOT IT.

Sometimes, the person bringing us in will weigh my daughter, but other than that, the doctor does the entire exam himself. He explains everything to you and really tries to make your child comfortable. He doesn't get agitated or irritated if you have lots of questions like some doctors do, and he doesn't get upset if your child is crying and screaming. He's a little cooky, but in a good way. The only thing I wished was that they would update their office. It looks like a hole in the wall kinda place...nothing fancy about it. But it's more important that to me that the doctor is great vs the office is state of the art.

First time going to an urgent care... We had a great…read moreexperience! We scheduled an appointment online which was super easy. Their website stated they do accept walk-ins during business hours. Our daughter had a fall and caught herself with her hand. Which caused her forearm to swell so we needed to go get an X-ray to see the damage that was caused. Once we walked in they already had information in their system because we scheduled the appointment online ahead of time and I filled out a simple Q&A. We didn't have to wait like ER waiting rooms, it was like a normal doctors visit wait time. Since we are out of our home state and out of network we paid cash for the visit, X-ray and splint. We found it to be reasonable for what an ER visit would have cost. Everyone was so friendly! I'd definitely recommend this urgent care to our friends and family when they need it and are nearby!

It was my first time seing some of them idk if they're new. Thursday 09/11 I cane in at 8:40. They close at 9... the front desk girls look irritated didn't even let me sign in & ignored me when I said certain things. I saw them kick out a mom with a sick child telling them to go somewhere else. & another girl they told her they can't help her. They asked what I need my arm was swollen I sprained it. then they immediately rolled her eyes saying we shut off our xray machine already.. but I never asked for xray (it was 8:45pm) .... "we can't help you"! Even the doctor came out staring at me weird yelling we can't help you the machine is turned off. They basically kicked us all out and locked the door right behind us BEFORE 9:00‼ we (us sick patients) were outside shocked talking about it amongst each other. I had to go to the hospital. They gave me xray, pain meds & wrist splint. I am now disgusted by this place.
