GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Unfortunately the meals I ordered were all extremely dried out, I used the oven not the Microwave. My husband loved his steak taco and the Long Island panini, I had a Salmon with rice- (salmon was extremely dry) and Barbecue beef ( also dry). Both tasted good, but I shouldn't have to chew any food that long. I received a refund for the meals that were inedible. They asked for pictures to check the "batches" in case there was a production issue. They seem to actually care about the Customer and their product, a rarity now a days. I will try again, and hopefully I have better luck. read more

My new love, I am so happy to have found this place. The meals are fresh and healthy. About $10 a meal. For anyone with a very busy life this is absolutely a gift. A wide variety of options, not only dinners but lunch and breakfast as well. This store was very clean and well lite. Redefine has quickly become one of my favorite finds on Long Island. As a foodie and gym girl finding a place that makes meal prepping easy has been such a blessing. The food is all so tasty you wouldn't even think twice that it could be good. But let me tel you.... the macros are insane. Update: Redefine is doing great. It's obvious the word is out and people have caught on. I have noticed much more traffic in the stores, all types of people, not just fitness dieters. The best thing about this is that fridges are now PACKED. They know they're going to sell more, so they're stocking more. Catch them on a day just before a restock and you might find less, but recently I've noticed they have way more inventory and it's fresh, like it just came in. They've also added more choices although I tend to stick my few favorites. I think prices have gone up a little, but that's the world we live in. It's still a good value and now Redefine is even better. It really does help make dieting easier and simpler. They are doing a very good job. Long Island needs more of this. read more

Redefine Meals are amazing. Half the battle with trying to consistently eat better, is shopping and cooking that food. With Redefine Meals, these already cooked options are brought to my front door. Not only is the food delicious, but it also very reasonably priced. This is my second week eating these meals, and everything has been delicious. One of our favorites are the shrimp tacos. The baked chicken vodka parm is also really good. We first started with 10 meals, and this week we had ordered 15. We plan on continuing to order these, as they keep us on track with eating right and Eliminating the time and effort it takes to cook dinner. We absolutely love redefine meals and as group fitness instructors, having something quick and healthy makes our lives so much easier. The staff in the Syosset location (only location I've personally been to) are so nice and friendly. I've ordered from here many times, it's usually great, but this last time I ordered 10 meals and nothing tasted good. Not sure if they have a new cook or if because the delivery guy left the box sitting in the lobby without calling me or ringing my bell , and the box sat there till the next day affected the taste. I went to the long beach store on 7/22 in the evening and the salesman was very nasty and when I asked him questions about the meals he did not even acknowledge me. I've visited this location several times, and the selections are excellent. However, I use the home delivery service; when you need a quick refill having a location close by helps. The choices are very good, and my only complaint is that the menu does not change often. Although I will say that I've started to see some new additions pop up more frequently now. The delivery service is excellent, but please check your location and see if you qualify for delivery. If not, they do have some drop-off locations they partnered with, or you can visit one of their locations. If you're looking for a healthy alternative, I recommend this a try. read more

Redefine's meals are def tasty. Here's the problem - and it's constant. The macronutrients are not accurate on their labels, specifically the protein. I've contacted them several times and they're always apologetic and acknowledge the deficit in the protein packed in the container - but what difference does it make once I've paid for it and have it home or the person trying to follow a macro specific diet and don't recognize what 40g of protein should look like? I think they cut corners to give as little as possible and make as much as possible. Just be aware. read more

Found these guys while working on the job, and saw one of there X factor trucks drive by. During the corvid craziness these guys have been awesome. I was worried about going to grocery store and in the beginning the shelves had been empty. We been ordering meals weekly since. 10 meals a week. They have been fantastic . Every time , never late on delivery , foods always amazing ! They changed names now , but as far as I can see nothing else has changed , food still comes weekly and myself and my family love it. Had many issues ordering from CleanEats in Jersey, switched to these guys, placed 5-6 orders already. Shipping is prompt, never delayed. Called them to ask if they can send a day early they said sure. Wow their food tastes DAMN GOOD. Most meal prep companies give you 2 oz of cooked chicken and say 40G PROTEIN which is a lie lol. These guys really pack up the meat, you can trust their macros. Food is DELICIOUS. Minimal sauces but not dry. Food really tastes amazing. Best I've tried!!! I've tried a few meal prep delivery services but what's pictured IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!! Veggies are cheap freezer bought crap, "white meat" chicken isn't all white meat. Bones, veins, just gross. X-Factor was far better than all!! You can taste the grill marks on the ALL WHITE MEAT CHICKEN!! Veggies are fresh real veggies!! Real flavor and out right delicious. I have only placed one order of 15 meals but I am 100% satisfied. I'm done trying others. Just try it once, you won't have to try any other. Great job!!! read more
