Revivals is a fairly large thrift store that is in the elbow corner of the center it is in. On one side they have very art minded/stylish furniture and home furnishings, then they have paintings, lighting fixtures, and sporting goods in the back, books and CDs on the left wall and clothes in the middle. They have some designer clothes and other collectible items and those are in showcases in the front of the store. Everything is reasonably priced. The store is very well organized and spaced out. They carry mostly used items, but they do get random lots of new items donated to them. And hey, it is Palm Springs. Where else would you find a rack of jock straps for sale? Me? I looked at Comme des Garcones that were too big for my feet and passed on those. I exited with a couple of DVDs. I will find something else here next time I visit Palm Springs!

My one piece of bitchery is due to the lack of parking; I have a car that I need to keep an eye on and I had to park far away which kept me a bit uncomfortable. I saw several reviews here on Yelp referring to it as a thrift store, which offends my artistic sensibilities to no end. This is a carefully curated art gallery & vintage store with a very specifically unique aesthetic that also happens to be priced very affordably. I felt like I was reading the mind of the artist/designer as I perused the shelves, absolutely fascinated by the mix of Native American, American Pioneer, Black Face art shirts, Hawaiian shirts, African art, and primitive art. I was very attracted to the point of view being presented in this capsule, and I did my best to put my finger on how to describe the combination of all of the treasures for sale...but without success. It needs to be experienced in person. I have personally been attracted this past year to pioneering and homesteading, perhaps yearning for a simpler time, and was able to find the perfect crisp white nightgown that was reminiscent of something seen on Little House On The Prairie for $24. I met with the owner/artist Martin and raved to him about his store, and he was so humble and soft spoken in return. Very intriguing. I feel the need to go back soon to see what beautiful wares will speak to me next. I also went to their website and signed up for their newsletter.

Also it along the cute little walkway perfect for pictures. The cute storefront from the outside but once inside, its cuteness overload. A cute boutique with a mixture of items. Apparels, accessories, gifts of all sorts. Vintage meets boho in a sense. Clothing wise was a mixture of vintage. There's also a cute section that caters to the little ones. Clothes and gifts. A beautiful selection of fun things. The decors, that's another wonderful thing. Not sure they're available for purchase but they're amazing. Their trinkets of bowls, fun vintage pieces, jewelry, candles and so on. This place is such a cute shop that's worth a wander. I'm sure you'll find some wonder items. Of course it's a must stop next time we're in town.

The selection is seriously unmatched, with so many unique pieces, including designer finds and vintage Levis at prices that felt like an absolute steal. The shopkeeper was incredible. She went above and beyond, helping style looks, bringing pieces over, and giving me the full VIP treatment. On top of that, everything in the store was clean, fresh, and beautifully curated. The real reason this place stands out is what happened after I left. I realized I had lost my very expensive Meta sunglasses and was so upset because we searched everywhere and could not find them. Later that week, the shop owner reached out to me on Instagram to let me know she had found them and even offered to mail them back to me. That level of care is rare. Truly one of the best vintage shops I have ever been to. I will be coming back every time I am in Palm Springs.
