This is a terrible car wash. I have given them 3 chances because they are the closest to my house . First was the platinum, second was VIP (hoping if I paid more, I'd get a better wash), and third was platinum again because I didn't want to waste money on VIP. This place is a joke, literally half the time the chain that pulls the cars through is broke or breaks when you're waiting. I'm waiting right now for my car after they came to tell me the chain broke and it's gonna be an hour?! I've driven here from Murrieta and on 2 occasions once I got here, they were closed due to the chain that pulls the vehicles through the wash was broken. The ONLY reason I've been coming here was because I won 10 free car washes in a raffle but it's not even worth the inconvenience and hassle not to mention they don't even get the card clean and never wipe down the inside or clean the inside of the windows. This was the worst car wash experience ever!! It was my first and last time here. They even ripped my seat, the manager attempted to say that I brought my car in like this. Please note that this was my car after the wash. Both my daughter and I came and brought our cars in today and I don't know if my car or hers was filthier after the said car wash. Apparently they couldn't refund my money because that's something only the owner does. This is a joke of a business. While I was there I noticed a woman and man also speaking to the manager over a stain that wouldn't come off on the bed of their truck. My car looks nice as any car would after getting washed and hand dried. Im disappointed in my service because not only did i pay $22 for the wash but it did not include vacuuming. Had i been informed that for $5 more i could've had my car vacuumed i would've added it to my service. Horrible service. They left my truck under the tent for 25 mins. I notified the front desk and they said they would get right on it. 10 mins later, nothing. I asked for a refund for the detail and I would pay for the basic wash. They refunded me and handed me my keys. I had to ask them to finish the basic wash and they acted like I was crazy. This place is a joke, don't waste your time. It's overpriced and they do a mediocre job at best. $140 to wash and treat the leather seats. The truck sat for 20+ minutes in the sun after the wash and no one even touched it until I complained. No explanation as to why. Never again will I go to this car wash! Stopped in for a complete detail $400. Okay no problem. Dropped it off at 8:30 said it would take 2 hours. Went back at 11:30 it was setting to the side finished. Inside doors were not wiped down still had wax on it. Called the guy over He started yelling at us saying it took time to complete it. Said okay you've had it for 3 hours why is it sitting here completed then. Take all the time you need. Continue to yell saying he needed more time. Saying we brought it in at 10:00 and it was only 11:30. We showed him the receipt that showed we brought it in at 8:30. This made him even madder. By the way we were one of the first cars there nobody else was there. Return them again fine take your time just finish it. Continue to get angrier. At this point we told him he better watch it. We paid good money to have a job done well. This was an older man with gray hair. A very strong accent. I don't know what his problem was. He had every excuse in the book for not doing this job. He's certainly didn't like being called out for it. What made us angry is he had the nerve to come out yelling at us. Wow, the reviews are horrible. I do have a complaint on how much time I have to invest in getting my car washed and now the COST is exorbitant. I am going to give them another try but they have done away with the cost saving annual plan. There are lots of times I would want an EXPRESS WASH, just run it through to get outside clean and outside windows clear. Hemet Car wash has such a wash and it cost less $$ and is super FAST SERVICE. I can drive through there and out in no time....and can afford a quick wash when I just need the "quicky service". BEWARE!!! Took my wife's Lexus GX 460 there for a wash. At first glance, everything looked great. The moment I realized everything wasn't great was when my wife attempted to put her drink in the cup holder and she wasn't able to as she normally could. She looked down and discovered one of the three spring loaded tensioners that keep the can/cup steady was broken. I attempted to reach the manager; I was told his name is "Rick", on several occasions by calling and going back down to the car wash, but he was allegedly never there each time I tried. I even left a written message that I personally hand wrote with the person at the desk and still nothing. Well, that car wash ended up costing me an additional $382.50 to replace the cup holder. Sad the manager couldn't be bothered to reach out to me. Just want others to be weary, especially since this is one of the only; if not the only, hand car wash in the area. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE. They broke my front windshield and then insinuated that I did it before I came to get my car washed. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to replace my windshield. I had it replaced and the first time I went to the carwash, the window leaked near the rear view mirror. I called Redhawk and they told me to come back and "give them a second chance." I told them I wouldn't and I was going to a different place. I had someone else replace the windshield and they took a video of how bad of a job Redhawk Car Wash did. The epoxy was not in a straight line and was all over the place. They told me it looked like someone had no idea what they were doing. I went back to the car wash and they absolutely told me they weren't going to pay for my windshield. One of the workers even pretended not to know who the boss was after I asked him who was in charge today. Sounds like this happens all the time and the employees know the drill. I went in to get my truck washed. They noticed I had a crack in my front windshield that I had been avoiding to take care of. The owner came out and told me they also do windshield replacements and they had my windshield in stock. It was $400 to replace, which was $100 cheaper than going through my insurance. Should've read the reviews before stopping here. I paid for the platinum wash which they claim contains windows, wiping the inner console, vacuum, and an air freshener. I even purchased goodies inside and tipped them. I came here in a bit of a pinch, read the reviews as I pulled up. I received the ticket to pay and decided to not pay until I see the end result of my vehicle, I've learned that getting your money back is harder to do once you've paid. They are more motivated to do things right if payment is pending. (Just some friendly advice) Overall service was ok they missed a few things and once I mentioned them they took care of it but be careful based others reviews. They always take other cars ahead of mine and I always have to ask why and I think it is because whoever the manager is (the person you tell what you want) leaves so the workers just pick cars at random? I left my vehicle there for 4 hours and came back to the worst detail job I have ever seen. The word "detail" cannot be used here as they can barely clean your car.
