What great timing: in the middle of a pandemic, when I, like many people have reduced or no income. I received no notice of an increase, apart from the monthly invoice. How is this rate increase justified? They are not providing anything of increased value to me. This company has no conscience. Use another storage company. When I moved into the unit a year ago, the floor was covered in dust and dirt, with about 50 screws and nails from the previous tenant. Obviously they don't clean or inspect the units prior. Both the female and male employees (likely husband and wife) are RUDE. People who have no idea how to treat paying costumers. I moved out of this place in June and will never rent space from them again. Their prices for a 10x10 unit are very high also! Go to the storage place at the Mail Shipping facility off of Hudson Drive. Very friendly there.
