I explained to the owner that I had thought additional repairs would have been included with the original price that I paid, and that no one ever explained to me that there would be additional charges. I never approved more work to be done to my vehicle for additional cost. The owner accused me of "blackmail" (still not sure how that works) and dropped the price to $205. Long story short, I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

Most of the rules in this book are to protect Walmart from the incompetence of their employees, and not to hold them accountable. Considering the quality of technicians they employ, the poor training they receive, the idiot protection policy book, it is clear Walmart does not understand the automotive business or respect technicians, service advisors, or shop managers. Notice Walmart You could have real technicians by cutting spending for bad ideas. Ex. You wouldn't need an idiot proof Midtronics machine, if you had someone on each shop that is not an idiot. I wish I had a better experience like the other reviewers here…read more 18 months ago, the touchscreen went out on my 2008 Prius. I found out about these guys on the Prius chat forum board that they repaired dead MFD's. I gave them a call and sent my screen in for repair. A week later, I received it back, and it looked like someone drop kicked it. The screen was all skewed in the bezel housing and had broken clips. I contacted them immediately, and they said it must have been damaged in shipping (funny, because the box it was shipped in was in pristine condition) and to send it back and they would take care of it. Well, I sent it back (and ate the cost of shipping it again) and waited another week to get it back again. They give a warranty for one year on the repair.... well, guess what? Right at the 18 month mark, it just died again today! My suggestion is to look elsewhere for your MFD repair, or find a certified used one on ebay.

Based on recent credit history...I rate 1.9% financing on a brand new vehicle...however on a 2012 SLT used Terrain my credit wasn't worthy. North of 6% and needing a vehicle I signed up. Six months removed, there wasn't a bank willing to consider a refinance because the car was a rental car and not worth what we paid. In fact, the car was under water in comparison not several months removed. We were told the vehicle was a loaner vehicle of the dealership. I'm convinced at the time, this car was well maintained. Not a rental car, getting ran balls to the wall for all the miles, then bought at an auction and sold to me three days later. WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE from John Jones or his number sales person in that store or any store ever again. The say in life that your family and friends will take advantage of you without hesitation. I chose not to name this person, however, you get out of life what you put in. In closing, never trust anyone. Shop around and don't believe that your credit isn't optimal. It was the thermostat housing. Jon was very nice. I was told to bring it in on Wednesday. It was repaired by noon Thursday at a reasonable price. They used antifreeze I had already bought and was in in my car to top off radiator as I requested. Which saved me a few bucks. I trust this place and was very happy to get my car fixed properly in a timely fashion. I will definitely be back for future repairs.
