When I tried to stop her in passing to ask for extra ranch, she half turned around, gave me a look like I was bothering her, and kept walking as if I hadn't said anything. She never came back to our table after that. We eventually had to get the manager involved, who ended up taking over and cashing us out. The manager was helpful and professional, but it shouldn't have come to that. It's a shame, because the food alone would've had us coming back. Unfortunately, between the cold service and whatever personal issue she seemed to be projecting, this place just isn't somewhere we'll return to.

They also have a plethora of draught beer, which is another reason why I believe they are so popular. The management and staff appear to be on top of things. Most of the service staff are young adults (I assume university students) who appear to have found a niche that suits them. One of the reasons I've been frequenting them so much recently is their burgers. You can customize them to your liking, and they are actually really good. Like many places I return to often, the servers have grown accustomed to my ordering habits, and it is now a flawless exercise. Easy peasy! This place may or may not be worth going out of your way to visit if you are a visitor here, but if you live near or around the Southside, it is definitely worth your time and money, IMO.
