Sergio is a great sales man, he can talk very well of his service. I called him to detail and deodorize my Chevy Volt and we agreed on a $200 service fee, he then sent me his price sheet, see below: --- Full service Hi my name is Sergio I have this full service package sedan $200 suv $250 big truck $300 Exterior (includes) Wash, Dry, Clay Bar and Hand Wax. Tire Dressing and Shine, wheels, rims and windows. Interior (includes): Vacuum, Surface Wipe Down, Disinfect interior, Shampoo of fabrics (seats, mats, floors, carpets, liners), leather condition, dust removal on vents, polish upholstery (consoles, dash, compartments, cup holders), Door Jams and Windows, light hair removal. We come to you, we bring our own water and electricity!! --- We agreed that I would come to his place for service and that I could take a short walk to a nearby mall while waiting for him to complete the work, which was expected to take a couple of hours. This review is for a detail job of a 2008 Toyota Sequoia. Sergio responded to my inquiry promptly and scheduling was quick and easy. He and his partner showed up on time and got straight to detailing the interior of the car, which was much appreciated. Response time: 5/5 Punctuality: 5/5 Communication: 4/5 - I wasn't home when Sergio came but he was very accommodating and communicated with my bf. I knocked off one star only because when I initially messaged him he quoted me a different price due to the confusion of the size of the car even though I mentioned the make and model of the car). Service: 4/5 - The interior job was great! Everything was clean and Sergio even got off some stains from the leather seats. I knocked off one star because the exterior detail was not as clean as other jobs I've had done. There were still bugs remnants on the right side mirrors and below the grill. The top of the car was not as clean as I would have liked as there were still a bit of soap marks. Overall Sergio's service was good. Professional men with great experience. Sergio took care of an interior cleaning for me after my cat peed on one of my car seats on our way to the vet. The service I got was interior detailing, Odor removal and car seat steaming. They cleaned/shampooed my car seats. Cleaned the dash and vacuumed. Took about 1 hour for a Jeep 4-door. The only unfortunate surprise was hearing the steaming of the seats was not included in the cost of the interior detailing. Here were the costs: -$120 (discount) interior cleaning -$50 odor removal -$50 car seat steaming Overall a bit pricy compared to other quotes I was getting but I am satisfied with the quality these nice men delivered. The car smells cleaner and the cat pee odor is gone so I'd say the job was done well. I'd recommend if you can afford it. read more

I recently purchased a used car and wanted a deep clean for the interior and exterior, plus a ceramic coating application. I found Sergio on Yelp, whose prices are much lower than those of his competitors. He is very attentive via text and punctual. Sergio and crew shampooed my Toyota Highlander's carpet and conditioned the leather seats. They carry water and electricity and came to me. The vehicle had an unwanted smell that was gone after cleaning. They also hand-washed, and clay bar waxed the vehicle's exterior before applying the 3D Ceramic Coating, which left a glossy appearance on the original black paint. The paint looks new again, and I love how shiny the vehicle looks. Water applied to the exterior of the car beads up and slides right off. I wanted my used car purchase to feel like a new one, and thanks to Sergio, it does. I plan to have him come back in two months to thoroughly clean the car again and apply the 3-D booster to the ceramic coat to help it last longer. I had a great experience with Sergio. He was able to schedule me within a day or two of reaching out, he communicated clearly and confirmed when he was on his way and arrived on time. My car was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The interior hadn't been properly cleaned in years. Considering the cost and the fact that they came to me, I have no complaints. It wasn't quite the quality you would get if you went to a fancy detailer and paid $500-700, but considering the convenience and price, I think they are an excellent deal. My car was a 1000% cleaner and Sergio was professional and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend booking with them. Unless you're looking for a car show ready type cleaning (as some people in these reviews clearly are) - then you should go pay the extra $500 and get what you're looking for.
