Great experience here. As an out-of-state consumer with a trade the potential for mis-communication was very strong but Scott Moon is a stand-up guy who made the process pretty darned painless. I called him about a Triumph Daytona 675 he had which had 900ish miles and was in Scorched Yellow. As that happened to be my desired color AND ridiculous low miles we came to an agreement regards my trade and I then had the arduous process of driving it to them, which was literally the hardest part. Upon arrival was shown the Daytona which had a nice "sold" sticker on it and I promptly rolled it into the buckets on my trailer, dropped off my trade and filled out the paperwork then was on the road before 10. Start to finish less than an hour, and I had special out.of.state stuff to fill out. All the bikes there looked great, with an old sport bike from the '90s catching my eye in particular. Well worth the drive up!

I recently traded in my 2002 Meanstreak for a 2015 Suzuki Boulevard. I was very pleased with how Scott and his staff treated me. I will continue to give him my business and will gladly recommend Moon Motorcycle to anybody looking to buy a new motorcycle or service their current ride.

KLR 650 I purchased. Love it!

I bought a KLR 650 from Moon motorcycles. Great deal. Bike was checked out fluids changed and new tires. I rode it home 80 miles and it rode perfectly. These guys know bikes. I have had many bikes over my 61 years. Owner and staff very knowledgeable and friendly and can answer any questions. Will be back and recommend to others.

The folks at Moon Motorcycles are fantastic in every way. They were responsive to my calls and made a visit as easy as could be to look at a Harley I was interested in. I was greeted by Scott and worked with Kelly. Both men were extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. More like friends than salesmen. They worked with me every step of the way in a purchase of a Road King. What a beautiful bike. The best part was they threw a bunch of extras onto the bike just because. They added a passenger back rest for my Wife, ensured I had a comfortable seat, adjusted the handlebars for ride ability (I'm a short man). Kelly spent the time to really show me all the nuances to the bike, really insuring I had everything I needed. Lastly Scott made sure both my Wife and I had Moon Motorcycle shirts before we went out the door. I was not expecting this level of customer service, but it is greatly appreciated. Moon Motorcycles also is a service shop and I plan on returning to give these fine folks more of my business. They are EPIC! If you are looking for service, or are in the market for a new ride, make sure to stop here.

To wrap up, Scott had the issues taken care of within 3 days and I went back up on a Saturday to purchase the bike.

I was having a problem with my bike so called Optimum. They said it couldn't be seen for a couple weeks so an appointment was made. You'd think that having an appointment, particularly one you had to wait weeks for, would mean your bike would be looked at fairly quickly. After all, why else have an appointment if it isn't designating the time you're going to get service? And, indeed, when I dropped it off Porcia told me she'd have her tech look at it and get back to me in a couple days. But after a week, I'd heard nothing. NEVER RETURN CALLS So I called, got their voice mail and left a message which was never returned. Three more calls, two more weeks, and still no calls returned. Finally I called the main number and said I'm having difficulty reaching the service desk. A woman who did not identify herself got on the phone, rattled off some boilerplate sentences saying her tech has been busy, but she'd get back to me the next day. Since she never asked who I was or which bike was mine and said nothing but generalities I didn't believe I was getting anything other than being "handled" and brushed off. And, as expected, I didn't get called the next day. MISREPRESENT THE WORK THEY DID Finally got a text from Porcia: "my technician went on about two decently long test rides today" and had duplicated the problem. But when I picked up the bike, the odometer hadn't changed. My bike wasn't even taken for a test drive down the block, let alone "two decently long test rides". How much service time was I charged for test rides and other work and diagnostics that were not actually performed? FOCUS ON "HANDLING THE CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF ADDRESSING THE ISSUES I wrote the Service Dept Manager (Michael Mason per their website) about all this but the reply came from Porcia with an attempt to explain how a "long test ride" doesn't really mean a test ride at all and more I'm-reviewing-this-with-our-service-dept-team PR handling. (If they actually have a "team", why can't anyone return a call?) Finally I got a call from "General Manager" Adrielle who delivered more "handle the customer" by throwing Porcia under the bus ("I've been working with her on being better") now claiming they'd actually did two hours of diagnostics that they never billed me for (at $200/hr). Something they never mentioned ever before until I raised a question about them charging me for work not performed. SUMMARY Never call back when they say they will. Make up excuses that they didn't mean what they said. Suddenly come up with claim they took $400 off the bill they never mentioned before. Handle the customer instead of actually attempting to resolve any issues. Lose a long time customer.

I decided to try the closest place (Sportland) and see if they could help us out We walked in, there were 2 females and 1 male employees in the store, I had several questions about some googles for sale $249.00 apiece. Not one of then had time to answer any of my questions, the same problem as before. I will not be back. I then went to SLT motorsports in Cle Elum, Trevor answered all of our questions, ordered 2 items and we purchased several more in store items. In the last 2 weeks I have spent just under 2000.00 with SLT and thoroughly happy with the service he gave to my wife and I. Trevor the owner is a no bullshit type of guy, Questions get answered AND we were very satisfied, I will be back each and EVERY time I need anything for my sleds, 4-wheelers or Harley.

Extra scene: When ride to home after picked up, the shift bar attached to the foot pad loosen off when exiting the highway, was scared but managed to move my bike to the emergency lane at the sixth gear, and installed the tiny bar by myself using hand and kept riding.
