I love Redondo Pool Supplies. We were brand new spa owners just a couple of months ago, with absolutely no clue when it came to the cleaning and maintenance of our spa outside of rinsing out the filters and shocking the water every week. We went out of town for two weeks and came back to murky water, which wouldn't clear up no matter what chemicals I threw into it. After a 10 minute visit to Redondo Pool, I had the knowledge and the chemicals to make my spa clean again. These guys really know what they are doing and they care about the happiness of their customers. Love this place! read more

We were in need of some supplies to keep our spa clean and in working order. Robert was super knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of the right stuff that didn't cost and arm and a leg. He knows his business and he was super friendly. The store is clean, easy to browse, and there's plenty of parking. The real difference though is Robert himself. His friendly attitude and knowledgeable service is what we needed. PS: We also asked him for reco on someone to drain and refill our spa and he does that, too! He showed up at our place on a Friday afternoon and completed the job in a jiffy. It was a quality job at a great price! he also taught us how to properly deal with our spa. Redondo Pool Supplies is awesome. They just opened but are enlarging the inventory every week. If they don't have what you need then they can get it for you. Free pool water testing and advise. Redondo Pool Supplies is where I always go for pool supplies and equipment. Sure, you can go to Home Depot, but their chlorine is a weaker grade than what you'll get at Redondo Pool Supplies, plus you won't get anyone who knows pool chemicals to help you with the products. Redondo Pool Supplies really does have pretty much everything you'll need including free water testing, a clean store, weekly/monthly pool cleaning services and sound (trusted) advice. Trust me on the 'trusted' advice. My Raypak pool heater stopped igniting, which meant my family was without our heated pool and hot tub for a party that we just had. I called Robert on the phone and he quickly new why the heater wasn't igniting, so rather than say I "needed to buy this and buy that to have it work again," he mentioned that I could probably get it to work again if I removed a part and cleaned up any corrosion that might have built up over the years. I did what he said and now my heater is working again. I wouldn't recommend you try fixing you're own heater because if you're like me, you'll spend two days on it when you could just pay Redondo Pool Supplies to fix it in a flash. Plus, it's not that safe dealing with the gas line and the electricity in these situations. Call the professionals, call Redondo Pool Supplies! Heard about this place from a friend, went into get some chlorine with my water sample. Rob was very friendly and knew exactly what my pool needed. He didn't try to over sell me products I didn't need. I was giving up on dealing with pool supply companies for that reason. I was tired of walking out the door with products that canceled each other out but made them money. Redondo Pool supplies is my new go to place for all my pool chemicals and equipment. read more

I recently rented a place that as an added bonus came with a hot tub in the back yard. Being a girl in my 20's it's pretty apparent I know NOTHING about how to start or maintain a hot tub. Driving around I was lucky enough to choose Redondo pool supplies as my one stop shop for everything. The minute I walked in I was welcomed by Robert, the owner of the place. He was very helpful and showed me everything I was going to need to get my hot tub running in tip top shape. He even told me that if I wanted to bring in a sample of my water he would test it for me. All in all I'm very happy with my purchases and I'm so happy to have found a place that was so helpful and knowledgable. Ill definitely be back for my future spa supply needs! Just stopped by for the first time today. It's a husband and wife who owned the place. The wife helped me out and she was super friendly and helpful. They tested our pool water for free and she explained the results and answered my questions. She even took the time to call me after I left to verify something with me. Anyway, it's nice to have a small place with helpful staff regarding pools because unless you know a lot about pools, you need advice. They have a variety of supplies in there: all the chemicals you need, signs, thermometers, equipment, even toys. I highly recommend this store to anyone who owns a pool. read more

Service does not get any better than this!! Robert made a house call to check the water and filter on my above-ground pool and brought necessary stuff. A month and half later I brought a water sample in and he check it free-of-charged and made recommendations. Reasonable prices, friendsly service. Doesnt get any better. read more

Wow. Why can't all businesses have service like this place? Amazing, friendly service. I went in and said I was from out-of-town but brought in a water sample from my rental in Ventura County. I explained my situation and he happily tested the water and gave me a printed readout of the results knowing that I would not be a customer! He was even closed when we showed up and unlocked the door! If he'll do this to a non-customer, I know he'd be great for anyone with a pool in this area. I wish he was close to where I live. I am extremely dissatisfied with their company "Sparkling pool services" and would not recommend them to anyone. My pool was consistently green with algae growth. After I had enough of the terrible job the tech was doing, I had to speak with Robert, the owner about the issues in order to get them resolved, but he was disrespectful, unprofessional, defensive and down right rude. He was yelling at me like a belligerent, ranting, angry man and blaming me for the issue. I'm horrified that I put up with their horrific service for as long as I did. read more
