If this is what you want your apartment to look like then move into the cottages. Most gross apartments i've ever looked at. Model looked nothing like this. Save your time and go somewhere else. Didn't even move my stuff in.

Pictures of how the cottage will look when you move in.

I have had nothing but conflict at a light throughout my entire three years. I've had pests from fleas when I first moved in, to roaches for a year and a half, and wasps a couple months ago. The pool was promised to be open , or at least the hot tub was, but I was only able to swim five times in three years.

Update: I have found another type of bug in this apartment and the roach issue that has been supposedly being "treated" since this summer is still ongoing. To anyone thinking of resigning their lease here or even thinking of living here just don't. Also when they call and talk to you they don't really handle anything and Samantha apparently just doesn't respond back to emails about things she said she'd take care of so obviously they don't really care to really fix anything. For your own peace of mind live anywhere else. Also when I first moved in the apartment was filthy and the tub was damaged severely, also I stated that I had pet allergies but was placed in an apartment that had previously housed a pet and was obviously never cleaned after that tenant left since I had allergic reactions for months. Also the couches have tons of scratches from previous tenants and pretty much everything about this apartment is a scam. Oh and before I forget the carpet is absolutely filthy definitely needed to be replaced years ago, I have vacuumed it so many times and there is still an ungodly amount of dust and in addition to that there are these patches of stains of god knows what on the carpet and over all it just looks filthy.

After checkout, we were billed over $150 for many things that were preexisting conditions. Upon move-in the unit had very old carpet with preexisting stains, the stove and oven were simply gross and several other items that we were billed for were in worn-out condition upon arrival. That said, the overall experience was good at the facility. We expected some run-down items in a college town, so that was deemed acceptable. The staff is responsive, but the overall maintenance was marginal, I am guessing that the maintenance crew is understaffed for the number of units. Unethical as it may be, upon checkout you will be billed for things that will never be repaired. Perhaps you can insist on repairs prior to move-in, then take your own pictures of the preexisting damage for comparison upon check out. I would not necessarily recommend against this location, however, we did receive sticker shock with a surprise final bill after spending quite a bit of time cleaning and touching up prior to check out. As long as you are prepared for that, you should be fine. Proceed with caution.

Just this past six months they updated the gym fully with huge doors which is really nice! There was heavy dust, dirt, and buildup on the walls, trim, baseboards, bathroom surfaces, cabinets, and floors. I personally cleaned and disinfected the apartment before he unpacked. We have a complete move-in video documenting the condition. Before move-out, I returned on July 20, 2026, and spent hours deep-cleaning the bedroom, bathroom, drawers, cabinets, surfaces, and floors, finishing around 1:00 a.m. on July 21. We also have a complete move-out video. Several conditions management later claimed as resident damage were already present at move-in, including scratched bathroom cabinets, a partially painted electrical outlet, and a bedroom door with scratches, wear, and a lower corner already separating. These conditions are visible in our move-in video. One charge involved dust and what management described as a wipe inside a drawer. I personally vacuumed the drawer and cleaned it with alcohol and paper towels only hours before the July 21 inspection. After I disputed the charge, Chloe confirmed in writing that it would be removed. That immediately raised the question of why it had been charged in the first place. The timeline was even more concerning. Chloe stated that management's records showed my son's move-out was processed on May 19, his keys had been returned, possession had been surrendered, and the move-out inspection had already been completed before I entered the apartment to clean in July. However, management's own inspection report states it was created and completed on July 21, 2026, and the inspection photographs are also dated July 21. My son was still living there in May, and the Housing Agreement listed July 21, 2026, as the lease end date. We also never received a 24-hour notice that management intended to enter his private bedroom or perform an inspection in May. On May 19, the drawer management photographed in July still contained my son's work shoes, workout shoes, and other belongings. He removed those items only shortly before move-out. By July 20, the drawer was empty because I had cleaned it, matching the July 21 inspection photographs--not the May timeline management later described. The inspection photographs also raised concerns. Several were taken from too far away to clearly show the alleged damage. The copies provided showed noticeable differences in color, contrast, exposure, pixelation, and a recurring pink blurry area. I requested the original files and metadata. Management declined, stating it provides no photographs beyond those included in the inspection report. I cannot say the images were altered, but their quality gave me legitimate reasons to request the originals. Management also charged $250 for an alleged dog odor, even though my son never owned or kept a dog there. The inspection report itself lists "Animals: No" and includes zero photographs supporting the dog-odor charge. The records were inconsistent. Dollar amounts differed between the inspection report and ledger, and some charges appeared on one document but not the other. Even more concerning, management initially sent us another resident's ledger containing a different tenant's name, lease dates, and unit information before later sending my son's records. I sent detailed emails requesting explanations, inspection records, utilities, payment history, key-return records, entry notices, invoices, and vendor documentation. Many questions were never answered. Management stated it could take up to 30 days to obtain supporting pricing information, yet continued sending "FINAL NOTICE" emails and text messages demanding payment before providing the requested records. During the dispute, our resident portal access was blocked, briefly restored, and then blocked again. Future residents and parents: document everything before move-in and move-out. Record every drawer, cabinet, wall, outlet, door, bathroom surface, and existing damage. Save every email, ledger, video, and photo outside the resident portal. Compare every date, description, and charge carefully. Those records became the most valuable part of this entire process.

They are all incompetent idiots who scam their customers if they have the opportunity to. I lived there for a year. They charged my accounts multiple times for charges like when they got rid of the co-ed living they charged over 300 dollars my account even though it was their fault they didn't inform me about it. I literally had to go to the front office and complain many times for them to take it off my account and this happened two or more times regarding extra charges. Second thing, I didn't have a car and I was told there would be a bus to take us to campus ( which was a big factor to signing the lease) . During the second half of the lease, the bus broke down and they told us they wouldn't be getting us a spare bus or nothing and we would have to find our way to campus. I missed a couple classes for this reason. Final thing, after the previous I moved into an all-guys apartment in early November, meaning people were living there when I moved in and the state of the place was already so bad. There was mold on the floorboard (they charged me to fix that ) and many more. I hated the place so much I moved out after my semester ended which is mid may ( thats how bad I didn't like the place). So in total I lived in the apartment for 7 months (even less because I went home for Christmas and more) and this was 3 years. 5-6 months ago I received an email from collections saying I owe over 750 dollars (which I am currently paying because I am a college student and can't afford a lawyer) . They never informed me all this while I was gone. When they showed me the evidence of the damages, majority of them were damages that were there when I moved in (in late November mind you) and were of the common room which we all shared. We didn't complain because we thought " you get what u pay for". I talked to my one of other roommates (who had to fight to try to get his deposit back but they wouldn't give it to him) and turns out they didn't charge him for anything even though he moved in 3 months before me but I am the one who has to pay the bill. When I say this is the biggest fraud of an apartment. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT PEACE and 2900 if you are seeing this, it is unfortunate I fell into your trap but if I can prevent other people for going through the same thing, I DAMN SURE will.
