The contract clearly states "whichever comes first", meaning mileage or time.By May, our car reached 6,000 km, and we were already past the 6‑month mark. Well within Toyota's normal maintenance schedule. When we went in, Toyota WEM refused to do the oil change and told us to "come back at 12,000 km." My husband went back June, July, and August, and every single time he came home disappointed because they still refused to perform the oil change we were promised. Their explanation was always the same: "Your car is under warranty, don't worry if it breaks down." Now it's September, our RAV4 is at 14,200 km, and Toyota WEM still refuses to honour the lifetime oil change agreement. We even showed them the paper that says "whichever comes first," and they dismissed it.We considered getting the oil changed elsewhere, but Toyota WEM kept implying our warranty might be affected , which left us feeling stuck and misled. At this point, we regret buying from Toyota WEM. The service has been dismissive, unhelpful, and has caused months of frustration. A dealership should honor its commitments.

I explained…read moreclearly I wanted a loan before purchasing because I was looking ata couple different bikes and needed flexibility to make a deal. I was called back with a pre-approval and was asked what bike I was planning on, and given a bi-weekly payment amount. The fellow I spoke to offered to pick up the bike, inspect it and told me it would be eligible for a 2 year warranty if I paid for the inspection and 2200 dollars extra. I told him I only wanted a loan pre-approval and nothing else. The fellow, MJ, got short with me and told me they don't do anything for free. I refused the warranty and extra costs that I didn't want and he hung up on me. Understand this is a dealership and will add extra fees, try to up sell and give you services you don't want need or asked forand will package it all in a very attractive price over a very long time. Understand what you and don't allow them to sell you services you don't need. If you're willing to overpay and really want that toy these people will put you in it at a high price. Very questionable service here. Beware.

KO Auto Finance - Absolutely trash business. The sales and management team zach the manager and cam the sales guy line tgeir pockets and steal from customers.

They have yet to pay out my trade in loan(170 plus days) and I am currently struggling to pay 2 loans. They lied about accessories that I was charged for, its been hell. My family has been torn apart by these criminals. I was told Cam was let go for the way he treated me, this too was a lie. Its been weeks of "it will be fixed today"....170 days of lies and excuses. Another customer had reached out to me and are fighting the same battle. Over 700 tests, 250 phone calls, 3-4 different staff members-Cam,Zach, Lamar, and Cash...all liars. I have recorded calls, texts and emails as proof. Not to mention creditors and repo businesses looking for my old loan payment and now my old side by side. Also denied owners contact info or any clue who the actual manager is. I was told one bad review from some guy up north won't hurt them, that was low. Mention of me being first nation was hinted at. So disrespectful. Latest excuses are way too many to mention. I highly recommend not using K and O. carsonbeaulieu@hotmail.com for proof of these claims I make. Anybody know what I should do? Or know a good lawyer? Edit: my old finance company can't even get answers.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. HIDDEN FEES. NO SERVICE, ONCE THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED!!!!…read more It's the 4th and 5th new car for me since 2013, and never have I experienced such dishonesty. I absolutely do NOT recommend this dealership nor the seller JOSH LALLOUZ. He will sweet-talk you into signing the contract, but WILL drop you like a hot potato as soon as the deal is closed. Do NOT trust their finance department either. They are dishonest and good at finding fees. I bought a Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited 2023 last June from GreatWest. There were some hiccups, but it was OK. I guess the finance lady trying to sneak in some warranty packages into the car price should be the first red flag. But I was new in Edmonton and didn't know any better. At the beginning of September 2023, I bought a second Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited 2023, and that's when the issues arose. Once the deal was concluded, I was shown Josh Lallouz and the managers' true colors. It started when I discovered 5 days after purchasing the 2nd car that I was not given the full and right information regarding the warranty package. Trong Nguyen (from finance) made me believe that the coverage was for 5 years. Then I received an email from Jeep regarding the program Jeep Wave, a 3-year free of charge mechanical warranty! I reached out to Josh Lallouz, asking why he didn't tell me about it. He said he thought he did and that a manager would call me. I received a call from sales manager Lance Maroney, reassuring me that I was only being charged for 2 years. That GreatWest would never risk losing a valuable customer like me over $600. I decided to go through the bill of sale only to realize I was paying $9037.35 instead! I reached out to Mr Nguyen to have it canceled (I had 60 days to do so, and it was only day 6). He told me I have to pay $1,910.25 for him to be able to. I told him the bill of sale does not mention it, and he didn't either during our meeting. He said it's the fees Great West had to incur so I could get the extended warranty, interest-free. I called Josh Lallouz, hoping he could help and was told his job is to sell cars and to try customer service. After many unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue. Many call back requests. I was told by Lance Maroney (sales manager) that the fees will remain. I tried escalating things but was basically told by Garret Anderson (general manager) that Great West is not going to lose out $2,000 over me. So after spending over $175,000 for two cars, in 2 months, Josh Lallouz and the sales managers Lance Maroney and Garret Anderson treated me like SHIT after being bamboozled by their finance department. Then Josh Lallouz has the nerve to send me an email 3 weeks ago, asking for referrals. By the way, I am still waiting for the free winter mats I was promised 5 months ago. Neither Josh nor Trong are answering my emails regarding the mats and confirmation that the warranty has been canceled. I guess you live and learn. $175,000 is a very costly price to pay for trusting the wrong people. BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!!
