The owner personally showed us around to all the different models as we were shopping for a walk in shower for safety for my parents as they are getting older and less capable of using a step-in shower. After spending at least 45" with us and answering all of our questions, we set up a time for an employee to come visit our home for a free estimate. We ended up going with a walk-in that we personally customized based on several options for walls/flooring/seat/shower head/etc. The finished product looks amazing and we have so much peace of mind now knowing my parents are easily able to use their shower without risk of falling/breaking a hip/etc. If anyone is looking To make their home shower safer for aging parents this is DEFINITELY the place I'd recommend. Installation only took 2 1/2 days and they hauled off the old bath tub for free. Follow up calls were also placed by the owner who made sure my parents were 100% satisfied. New Texas T Granite really cares about customer…read moresatisfaction. Their work crews work very hard and are respectful of your home. I was really dragging my feet and struggled picking a pattern. Cole walked us through the warehouse talked with me about what I wanted until I was ready to commit. (without high pressure sales as I would walk away from) We also changed out our sink and the office staff was right there answering questions and making sure we knew how to care for our sink and counters. Any concerns were addressed very quickly. I hope to never have to remodel again, however Texas T Granite would definitely be the team we would pick for any Granite needs.
