Absolutely horrible job. I paid 10k to get an ~200 sqft room studded and sheetrocked. They ran…read moreelectrical wiring and NAILED the wire BETWEEN the sheetrock and the studs (twice!) bulging out the sheetrock and causing electrical fire danger. I had to unscrew the sheetrock and get the wire out. They put sheetrock directly over an electrical outlet with no hole in the sheetrock, causing me to spent hours redoing their work! They nailed THROUGH an electrical outlet box to install it. So I have 2 nails with bare metal exposed inside an electrical box where an outlet is supposed to go-that's a major fire hazard! They spent 2 weeks doing a ~1 week job. They used an electrical sander for mudding with no sheets and spread sheetrock dust all over the basement. 2 months later, still digging out from their mess. Absolutely horrible; overcharged, underperformed, multiple instances of fire SAFETY hazard issues, egotistical jerks. Brian is a real piece of work, horrible individual to work with. Threatened to put a lien on the house b/c they didn't want to clean up dust mess they spread all over the basement (over computers, chairs, couches, etc.) and I wouldn't pay them until they did. If I could give a negative review I would.

I was extremely impressed by these four individuals attentiveness of what Jeffrey was instructing them to do. Jeff had initially told me $3800 for my rather large deck plus we needed a wheelchair ramp that I thought to be impossible to build given the space of good solid ground he had to work with up the street. My mom had to have it. Her health isn't good. Jeff explained to me that there could be more added at the end depending on what took place at my mom's home. If it turned taking him the entire 5 days he allotted for my two projects the total would $6100.00 which I thought was a great deal due to the situation at my mom's. Jeff and I decided to knock my Deck out then move to my mom's. These guys were done with my deck in 2 days. But when they finished at my mom's and was packing up to leave after day 3 I was astonished. Especially when Jeffrey came to collect for the job. I paid $3,000 up front like Jeffrey asked. That would have left another $3100. When he told me all I owed was $2,000 I almost cried. Awesome man of God!

I finally found these guys and not only have they provided amazing service, they've pointed out major things wrong with the previous contractors work and helped us get it fixed very quickly. They stay on top of letting me know when they'll be by to start and finish up the work and I don't have to worry about them not responding or not finishing the job. I will continue to use this crew for the remainder of our projects. I'll edit this post once I have some better after pics as some work is still in progress but KUDOS TO THESE GUYS!!! Their main focus is customer satisfaction. We needed a paint job on our home and had reached out to three separate contractors. One didn't even reply (typical), the other seemed too busy and didn't follow up. Frankly, I wasn't expecting much from Premium but was totally surprised when the owner showed up with a professional brochure containing contact info, BBB accreditation, Insurance Bond, State License and a list of references! Based on that alone we felt we were well ahead of the game and asked for a quote. Chuck spent a good hour inspecting the exterior of our house. The quote came quickly afterwards and we found it priced well below what we had estimated. We accepted and got on the calendar for early May. Although they were late in starting due to weather I have never seen painters so meticulous and precise in their work. The prep was lengthy and once painting began it went fairly quick allowing for weather. Chuck and his crew took six weeks for an exterior paint job that was simply phenominal! Not only were they courteous but they extensively used drop cloths and were ALWAYS cleaning up after themselves. Take a look at the before and after pictures they speak for themselves.
