Reed saw my dog and based on the examination and the symptoms my friend described, decided to do some blood work.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by some of the friendliest receptionists you'll ever meet. They're always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely happy to see both you and your pet. The technicians are equally amazing. They're skilled, compassionate, and incredibly gentle with their patients. You can tell they truly love what they do. My greyhound, Dax, can be a sensitive guy, and everyone at Dry Creek has always treated him with so much patience and kindness. The technicians take their time with him, the doctors never make us feel rushed, and the entire team works together to make every visit as stress-free as possible. Dr. Armor and Dr. Anthony are fantastic. They're knowledgeable, thorough, and take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. More importantly, it's obvious how much they care about their patients. Dax has always received excellent care, and I trust them completely with him. One of the things I appreciate most about Dry Creek is that it's independently owned and operated. In a time when so many veterinary hospitals are owned by large corporations, Dry Creek has maintained a personal, community-focused feel that can be hard to find. The care feels genuine, not transactional, and that makes a huge difference. The hospital itself is beautiful, too. It's filled with plants, succulents, and thoughtful touches that make it feel warm and inviting rather than cold and clinical. I honestly can't recommend Dry Creek Animal Hospital enough. Every single person there, from the receptionists to the technicians to Dr. Armor and Dr. Anthony, has treated Dax with kindness, patience, and compassion. We're lucky to have them, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

We are still navigating this situation, but Dry Creek Animal Hospital has been with us every step of the way. The staff is so caring, and I can feel how sincere they are when they provide care or ask about pets. Dr. Anthony is a fantastic doctor who gives every visit all of her focus and caring, and Naomi is always so helpful and maintains great communication. I would definitely recommend Dry Creek to anyone in the area looking for the best care for their pets. And to the staff, sincerely, thank you. Akai is my best friend. I appreciate everything you all do.

She was there for a few weeks and we decided to take her in. She had all her vaccines at Alpha (we bought the kitten package). We also got her spayed here in January. While it's more expensive to spay here, I think it's worth it because they do a blood panel. She actually had some high kidney markers and we postponed her spay. Got her retested a month later and all good. Everyone here is fabulous, especially Dr. Peet and Sophia! I've referred 3 friends here as well as my mom who rescued a kitten too. Everyone loves Alpha! They're honest and upfront with pricing.

It is really important to not only research the USDA website criteria but also to be very timely and accurate on who and how you go through this process. Today I made a call to Alpha to ask for information and help with the process. Sophie answered the phone and I was extremely thankful she did. She is a fountain of knowledge about the USDA process and was able to give me very important advice as to how and what is needed for the country we are desiring our pet to go. Sophie is the most informative person I've met in this process. She gives very accurate advice and also warns of the problems that can arise in the process which is greatly helpful in people desiring their pets to travel as streamlined and efficiently as possible. Thank you so much Sophie for your help today. You are an asset to the Veterinary/animal community and to people who genuinely love their pets.

They actually pick up their phones, unlike some nearby veterinarian offices! They have an online scheduler or you can call. I was able to call and make an appointment for the following week. They were friendly and knowledgable about the issue I was having with my cat. On the day of the appointment we went in through the cat entrance, it's the same shared lobby but 2 waiting areas. We were able to get seen within a few minutes of waiting in the room. Our vet was answering all my questions and gave me a ton of useful information. And my cat was very comfortable around her. She received 2 vaccinations, and a prescribed flea treatment pill. Each vaccine was Around $80. Note- if you sign up online you can get a free first time visit. This place is a little bit pricier than other offices, however their thorough examination and ability to answer all your questions makes it worth it.

After the appointment, I was told someone would bring a welcome kit. I waited about 30 minutes, assuming there was something else that needed to be discussed. Later, another staff member informed me the nurse had already gone on lunch break. No one apologized or acknowledged the wait. It wasn't about the free welcome kit. It was about being told something would be brought to me, waiting patiently, and then finding out no one followed through. A simple "sorry for the wait" would have made a big difference. Because of this experience, I decided to cancel our future appointments.

*First time review, not about vet services but customer service*…read more I showed up here to book an appointment for my kitten who had a bump on her nose. I panicked despite taking her to my local vet (he told me to wait 2 weeks for the antibiotics to work before I do anything else). Long story short, I did end up pushing my appt out to wait, but with all my anxiety and pushing my appt out, the staff at Sage were very nice. They were understanding and I ended up cancelling all together because my vet was right, her bump did go away! 4 stars as they're quite expensive. A consultation just to see a doctor would have been $384 and they take a deposit of $96. I can see charging a lot for emergency but not a scheduled visit a week out. Anywho, luckily my sweetheart got better and I didn't have to take her in. Overall decent experience with their team.

After recently moving out of state, we realized our dog's medication was almost out and contacted the clinic for a refill. Instead of helping, we were told they "could not" refill the prescription because we now live out of state. This made no sense to us, especially since we were able to refill other prescriptions through our in state Costco without issue. We were then told our dog would need to come in for another visit before they would authorize anything, despite it not even being a full year since his last appointment. At that point, it honestly felt less about the health and well-being of our pet and more about forcing another office visit and collecting more money. What made the situation even worse was the way we were treated during the interaction. Jessica, Dr. Garcia's head nurse, was rude and spoke to us in a very condescending manner throughout the conversation. Instead of showing empathy or professionalism, she made the entire experience feel hostile and uncomfortable during an already stressful situation involving our dog's medication. When you are dealing with a pet that depends on medication, the last thing you expect is to feel dismissed and pressured financially. We trusted this clinic with our dog's care, but this experience completely changed our opinion. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate or patient-focused veterinary care.

Our most recent visit our cat got a sticky (glue) fly trap stuck to him, which may seem like a silly thing to bring a cat to emergency for... but the level of freaked out that he was, we were having difficulty handling him, and he was bleeding and we couldn't determine from where. I called to ask for advice on how to handle the situation, which they gladly gave. The person at the front desk even called me back after she talked to a technician and had additional information for me! We ended up taking him in, as we just couldn't get things under control on our own and he was clearly in a lot of pain. A technician took him back to assess him quickly, got him cleaned up, located the source of the bleeding and cleaned his wounds. And of course he was an angel for her... (why can't he be like that for me?!?!). Once again, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. They never minimize what you're dealing with... if they thought it was silly reason to be there, they sure didn't make it seem that way to me. They took our concerns seriously and were very supportive, and took excellent care of our cat. The other thing I really appreciate with the team here is that they aren't trying to add on or charge for unnecessary services. Costs are explained clearly and feel very fair. I haven't once felt like they were taking advantage of the emergency nature of a situation. Again... really good people here.

There was minimal wait time and everyone from the front desk through to the vet (Dr Guevara) was incredibly helpful and kind. We brought our ten year old cat (Reina) in for recurring upper respiratory, lethargy, and lack of eating after we were unable to get a vet appointment at our primary vet for at least 4 days. Dr Guevara was incredibly thorough going through Reina's history, listened to our concerns, and even made suggestions and courses of action for potential underlying causes of other health issues that were not related to our primary concern. I honestly felt more listened to and understood by Dr Guevara than our primary vet - and my husband felt the same way. After the appointment the tech walked me through a very thorough summary of our appointment, the medications prescribed, and methodology for administering. Was also really impressed by this because we usually get shoved out the door at this stage at other emergency clinics. Will definitely return in the future when/if emergency consults are required.
