Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation only. Before service, my key fob worked perfectly. After pickup, my car would not start and showed a "No Key" warning while driving. The advisor blamed a low battery, but I went straight to AutoZone, where my battery (purchased Oct 2025) tested good. When I asked the dealership to fix the issue or return my car in the condition it was received, the manager Nick R. was unprofessional and hostile, unwilling to assist and even threatening to call the police and have me trust passed instead of offering assistance to resolve the issue. I'm now facing a $400 key fob replacement for a problem that did not exist before service. Inspection paperwork was also inaccurate (washer fluid marked filled when it wasn't). Proceed with caution. During my visit, both individuals displayed behavior that I found to be rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory. Additionally, I was disappointed to observe that Nick appeared to enable and tolerate this toxic environment rather than addressing or correcting the inappropriate conduct. As a result of these hostile interactions, I no longer feel safe entrusting your staff with servicing my vehicle or returning to this location. Brought my SUV in for routine maintenance after being referred to this location. This was my first time here and my advice advisor , Michael was super cool and attentive to questions and concerns I had. I ended up dropping my truck off and loved that they send a text with areas of concern that you can pick and choose what items you want serviced outside of the oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor gets a 5 star but the tech who serviced my vehicle gets a 1 star because he stated I was in need of a new battery which is false. I literally replaced my battery not even 6 months ago and after I picked my suv up I took it to my mechanic to run a battery test and it was good! Nissan didn't mention other issues that I had concerns with and then they didn't even top off my washer fluid ! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! After paying $1,600 for initial repairs, I left the dealership believing my car was thoroughly inspected and safe. Right after leaving, the vehicle broke down just a few miles away, stranding me on the side of the road in an unsafe neighborhood. It was frightening and stressful--I felt vulnerable and abandoned. The dealership released the car to me without thorough testing, and they didn't provide any immediate help like a loaner vehicle. I had to pay for rental cars on my own, adding to the financial strain. Throughout this ordeal, I received no proactive assistance, was denied a loaner vehicle, and had to pay for rentals out of pocket. Now, I've received a new estimate for an additional $2,800. The technician's notes mention a P0301 and CYL1 misfire, pooling injectors, foreign contaminants in the chamber, and recommendations to clean the throttle chamber and replace the PCV and injectors. If these fuel system issues were present all along, why weren't they addressed in the first place? I expected a thorough inspection and test drive to ensure the vehicle was safe, not a repeat breakdown and escalating costs. This raised serious concerns about the quality and integrity of their work. I towed my car to a different Nissan dealership, and they did not find any of those errors which makes me wonder if I even needed to pay the original $1,600 or was that just a made-up or inflated charge. I had a very disappointing experience with Reed Nissan Clermont on Thursday 3/12. I worked with Valerie for about a week regarding a vehicle I was ready to buy. I repeatedly asked for the out-the-door price, and she kept saying she would send it, but it never happened. Even so, I scheduled an appointment and drove two hours to the dealership. I called the morning of my appointment and asked them to have the car ready for me to see. When I arrived, Valerie was not there. Another salesperson helped me and was polite, and he said Valerie would come out to say hi later, but she never showed up even after I spent about an hour there. The biggest issue: they could not find the keys to the car I came to see, and the car was not even ready for sale, despite the website photos making it look clean and perfect. When I pointed out the difference, it was basically implied that "everything looks good in photos," which made me feel like the pictures were dressed up to look better than the car actually was. So I wasted four hours driving plus time at the dealership, with no real progress and no ability to even properly look at the car. To make it worse, the pricing feels misleading. I was told they add about $2,225 to the express price for "getting the car ready for sale," on top of the advertised $1,199 fee. That is not transparent. Overall, this was disorganized and unprofessional. I had a very frustrating experience with the service department at Reed Nissan on West Colonial Drive in Orlando, Fl. I was given false and misleading information about what was going on with my car, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. The lack of honesty and clear communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important and expensive as vehicle repairs. This place sucks. I went in to the service station for a repair that was covered by a warranty but had to argue with the guy helping me because he kept dismissing what I said (and/or just not listening to me) and saying there were "no active recalls" on the vehicle. Yeah, I know, my guy. I never claimed there were. I'm talking warranties, not recalls. After arguing my point like 3 times he finally looked into it and begrudgingly acknowledged I was right. I also agreed to get some additional work done (oil change, air filter replacement, brake fluid change--all of which was SUPER overpriced). I get a call the next day telling me they can't do the original repair or the rest of the suspension would "fall apart into pieces" if they touched it to do the work they needed to. Of course the additional suspension repair work was ridiculously expensive so I told them not to do any of it. But: surprise--they'd already done the oil changes, etc. so I had to pay for that ($420) even though I had to get the car towed off their lot! When I expressed my frustration I was met with apathy and more dismissal. Please do not EVER go here. They also kept trying to sell me cars even when I made it clear I didn't want to buy from them. They don't listen to you, they don't care about what the customer wants/needs, and they are only there to squeeze every cent they can get out of you. BEWARE! read more

If I could give negative stars, I would let's start off with brought our car in for right front strut bearing warranty work was told rental car would be ready and parts were in stock. Car would be turned around in one day went to appointment. Rental car wasn't ready took 2 1/2 hours to get rental car Part was not in stock took a week and a half to get car back. They replace the rotors without giving us any notice whatsoever. The front left was dragging and screeching the entire time right out of the lot then the car just died completely 5 miles down the road, to find out the battery was undone Laying on its side with the terminals, barely touching, and the car was leaking oil. Somehow the bottom skirt was removed and missing and the drain plug for the oil pan was messed wit cause oil to leak out. Called to talk to the service manager Nick he wasn't available. Left phone number. Never got a call back called the next day. Same thing not available. Left phone number. Set an appointment to bring Car back in to have the screeching fixed and oil leakfixed, Show up to appointment no rental car for us at all, then they treat my wife rudely. She called me, Service manager Nick refused to speak to me on the phone. Then they refuse to bring my wife's car back up when she said she needed to go to pick up our children sense they didn't have the rental car like they said they did and they made her wait 45 minutes to give the car back and they didn't even touch it and said we would have to reschedule. this is an absolute disgrace to the Nissan name. I can't say enough bad things about the service desk at this dealership. About a month ago, I had my completely disabled Nissan Leaf towed there for service. I asked them to repair my car and handle an open recall. I was given no estimate for how long the service would take. But now I know why. It took them 10 DAYS to perform a diagnostic! At this point, I was considering towing my car from this garage to another one. After 10 days, they decided the issue was the battery. It took them another 4 DAYS, to put a new 12 volt battery in. I'm sure it would have taken longer, had I not called every other day to check in, I'm sure. So after waiting TWO WEEKS to have a 12 volt battery replaced, I went to pick up my car. While there, I saw at least 4 service advisors sitting at desks, and one on the phone. When I went up to an open service advisor to just pay and get my car back, they guy promptly said, "I'm not your service advisor, I can't help you." When I left there was no mention of the recall at all. Apparently it took two weeks to find the bubblegum and chicken wire that got my car off their lot. Because I had the same error that halted the car come up 3 weeks later. The professional Nissan dealership I'm working with now has been communicating the entire step of the way and got a diagnostic done in a couple of hours. You know, like a normal garage would. If there is someone out there who is trying to make a profit off this particular service desk, my advice is to clean house. I have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership. I just had my side mirror replaced ($1100), and when I got it back, all of my settings were messed up. When I brought it in, I told Aaron Berning, my advisor, that the blinker light was still working. When I got the car back, it was not working correctly, and the settings reverted to some other settings (C instead of F for temp. Etc.) I spent an hour resetting the settings. They couldn't figure it out and said the car was not designed to have the inside side lights. It was. I can accept them not knowing how something works, but the advisor now says he never said that he saw the inside side blinkers. I cannot handle untruthfulness. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I certainly will. Unfortunately, I ignored the many other bad reviews and the attempts to upsell in the past. I will never give these people another dime. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge, and to my surprise, no one was there to hear my complaint. Terrible customer service. Please do yourself a favor, don't use them. I bought a 2023 Nissan Turbo, SR with only 27000 miles and they ripped me off in so many areas I don't know where to begin!!!! first of all, they tried to sell it to me with a gouged tire, it was sliced, and luckily my boyfriend saw it and made them replace it before we took it home. The very next day I had to take it back again because of noises in the front axle when I took it back, they had said that the axle needed to be replaced. There was also something wrong in the rear and they had to fix that as well. all of this 3 weeks to fix !!!!! I Took it home and there's still noises in the front!!!! . another mechanic. told me it might be something with the steering cable!!! oh my god now I have to take it back again and get another loaner. Not to mention that the above repairs Took Three weeks to get my car back to me!!! that was the newest car I ever bought, and I was so excited!! Brought my 2020 murano in for service (1/13/25) i had a check engine light on and my car was having issues down shifting. Turns out my throttle body had excessive debris and my ecm needed an update. Agreed to both of these services to be done. Throttle body service went fine. During the ecm update, their system crashed wiping out my ecm. They could not program it after this. I needed a new one. By this point my vehicle had been there for 4 days. They put in a request to nissan for a new one (on them) that took a week. By the time it got installed and my car was ready to pick up, it was there for 15 days. I got no updates from them unless i initiated the conversation. They also had "no vehicles available" to loan out to me while my car was there. Upon pick up, i realized my car had been broken into and items had been stolen. They failed to secure my vehicle while in their custody. They accept no responsibility for this. Police report has been filed. Stay far far away from this dealer. read more

In April of this year, I bought a car from this dealership. It was a certified pre-owned 2021 Nissan Altima SR. In the 4 months of ownership I have spent almost $1000 in maintenance. Which is ridiculous considering I purchased an extended warranty. First, I had to replace the windshield wipers because they were already falling apart. On 7/27/24 I took it into get an oil change and they tell me my front brake pads need to be replaced. They informed me it would be around $350 to get it replaced. Brakes should NOT need to be replaced on a "certified pre-owned" car after 90 days of ownership. My paperwork states that was only issue with the car and everything else was fine. Which was another lie. On 9/11/24, my car won't start and confused as I was I called roadside assistance to have it towed. When I get to the dealership they informed me it would take 2 hours for someone to even LOOK at the car and try and see what the issue was. He proceeds to tell me that a battery replacement would cost $426.00. Which is an expensive replacement considering I'm only 4 months into ownership. I tell them to jump my car and send me on my way so I can look for cheaper alternatives. I end up spending $305 to get it replaced. They stated they did a 200 point inspection on 4/9/24 and the battery was in "great" condition and on 7/27/24 my battery was still in "great" condition. Someone is either lying or not actually checking the quality of the cars. This is has deeply tainted my experience on car buying. Not to mention the carpet in my car was damaged but was covered with plastic so i couldn't see it until I got home and removed it and my passenger seat moves everytime you press the brakes and literally feels like you are on a stop and go roller coaster. Clearly more maintenance is in my future. Never will i ever buy another car at this dealership let alone another nissian. I went there to get a battery test to see if my battery or my battery cells were defective. I was told that a battery check would be 117 dollars When I picked up my car I was provided a sheet for nothing but a regular car check like tire pressure (which was actually off) and crap I didn't ask for When I asked the representative if they tested the battery and it's battery cells he said they did. I asked him if they did a battery cell test and he said yes. I asked for the battery cell print out and he said "it on his desk". 10 mins which later he came back with a print out he probably printed on the fly. The bull crap "test print out" that didnt show the health of my battery cells as I asked and as he said they tested for The bull crap test he provided me with said my battery was great even thought I had lost 3 bars and My range was decreased from 69 miles down to 34 My leafspy report that I can make at my house with a 10 dollar app and a car dongle showed way more information than your bull crap report. My battery report says I have a 34% state of health on my battery., numerous cells that seemed to be failing but your "report" says my battery is fine? I paid to test my battery and my battery cells to see if they are defective. You gave me a basic report with my tire pressure. However, apparently Reed Nissan's definition of "appointment" is very different from mine. We were met with pure confusion, and treated like nothing more than an inconvenience. We spoke to several employees, non of them willing to help us. They said they were just "Too Busy" to service our car today. The best we got was a gentleman that offered to take down our contact info so he could call us back if things ever slowed down enough for us to come back. Needless to say, this was a disappointing experience, and a huge waste of my Family's time. Part was not available so it had to be ordered. Left my car over the weekend. Called Monday morning and work had been done and car was ready to be picked up. Pretty sure the director only reached out for the sake of making Reed Nissan look good, but they aren't actively doing anything about this. *Sent the Director who replied to my email below and email Monday with the information he requested, haven't gotten a reply.* *For context, the car is a 2020, Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Maxima SR that had less than 15,000 miles on it.* Last month, I bought a certified pre-owned Nissan Maxima SR. About a month goes by and I go into Firestone to get a wheel rotation, just to find out that the rear tires that were sold with the vehicle were past their shelf life, severely dry rotted and cracked. Firestone told me I needed to get them replaced ASAP. It took 4 days of calling (which got me no where) until I finally decided to go to the dealership in person to try and get this resolved. There was arguing back and forth until eventually I caved in to spending $400 on two new tires as I was at the dealerships mercy. I agreed to it, but didn't feel right about it as anywhere else that had anything past its shelf life would have the item thrown out. They claimed there wasn't a safety issue with these tires and that they can't go with what Firestone said, but if Firestone was lying to me they would've instead on selling me tires (and they weren't). The used car manager seemed to get upset/offended when I said that this was "bad business" and I stand by what I said. Two different technicians from two different car dealerships agreed with me, and even a manager over at a different Nissan dealership said selling me the car like that was wrong. I was happy with my purchase up until the tire issue, but now it's got me worried if there are other hidden issues. Warning!!!!!! We left our vehicle there to be serviced and they were negligent and did not lock the doors. When we picked up the car the next day, everything in the car was stolen. The service manager said it was not their fault. The dealership has done nothing and has never reached out to me. The investigation showed someone going into my vehicle with the video surveillance showing their negligence. I find this to be appalling and I am warning you not trust these people. I have been to this location only for service, as I am not looking to purchase a new vehicle. I made an appointment for 11:30a but when I arrived I was told they wait would be at least 1.5 hours. To me, this means that an appointment is virtually unnecessary or they over-booked. I decided to wait and was approached with a pitch to upgrade my vehicle. This is sort of expected but still can be annoying. I don't like buying cars and it took me 4 years to decided to get the one I have so I don't enjoy getting a pitch when I'm waiting on service. They have a lot of spaces to sit and watch multiple TVs, there is a kid room and even some computers you can use. My tech gave me a rundown of what needed to be done to my car ASAP and didn't pressure me when I said I needed to wait for the larger repairs. They do give you a coupon for a car wash down the road, since they don't do a wash for you (as other Nissan's I have been to do) so that's nice. I went in for an oil change on my Murano (11/3/23) and didn't even get to sit down before a sales person came over. I was not in the market for a new car. They said they could get me into a new car and I said "ok" but for a payment I agreed on. I also told them the only way was to get a platinum Rogue. I was tired after a long week of teaching (I am a 3rd grade teacher) and they kept going back and forth about the Rogue. I honestly hate the dealership and just wanted to get out of there. After back and forth with finance, it didn't seem like they could get me what I wanted for the payment I wanted. Their next idea was an Ariya because of the incentives/discounts. I test drove it, liked it, but was very worried about the charging. I told them I am currently at a place where I cannot charge it so I'd have to always find a changing station. The salesman and even a manager made it out to be like it would be SO easy and charging was free (come to find out, it's only free for a year!). I was there for hours and the sales people got to me and I ended up signing a lease that was WAY higher than what I initially wanted to pay but they claimed I would not have to pay for gas and my insurance would go down (in fact, it is going to go up!) so it made sense! I just wanted to get out of there and told them I had to be somewhere but they did not seem to care. All in all, the whole process was unpleasant, I felt pressured, mislead, and unhappy with the payment. I like the car but the charging is a total inconvenience and after the first year I will be paying to charge it more than I would pay for gas! I called after a week and asked if I could get into something different but they said no and I am stuck with this car. Now I know why I hate going to the dealership! I bought a 2017 Nissan Texas Titan at Reed 3 1/2 years ago and the best experience has been with the Service Department. I had a problem causing my Engine Light to come on when my truck would idle for 30-45min. I had to take it in to be serviced several times as the problem kept returning. Derrick in the Service Dept & Shareece(so?) would follow-up w/me to make sure the issue was resolved. When they found out the problem was still there they would schedule a new appointment. While on vacation, our car would not start and had to have it jump started. We wanted to be sure there were no other issues and decided to take to a dealer for testing. We were able to get right in with Reed. They spent about 2 hours testing and found that the battery was weak and was the wrong voltage. They only charged for the new battery and not the service time they spent testing. We had read other reviews and were hesitant about using Reed. But we were very pleased with our service and their professionalism. We highly recommend. read more

I've received a total of 7 phone calls/voicemails and numerous texts since leaving the Reed Nissan lot this morning. They use harassment tactics and WILL NOT stop harassing you even after you are very clear that you want them to cease all communications. The level of incompetence at this dealership is mind blowing. This morning I gave Reed Nissan a call to see if the 2012 Nissan Leaf listed on their website was actually on the lot. We live 20-30mins from this location and I didn't want to waste a trip if it was already sold. I spoke with someone named Ashley who was very nice and put me on hold for about 5 minutes so that she could double check that the car was physically in their lot. Once she confirmed it, I said "Great - then we'll head your way shortly!". She then asked for my name and said she'd add me to the appointment list so that when we arrived we wouldn't have to wait to speak to someone. She told me to ask for her directly when we arrived but didn't ask for our ETA (this will become relevant later). I figured it didn't matter if we were in an appointment queue. My boyfriend & I arrived to Reed Nissan about 30 minutes after my phone call with Ashley and were greeted as soon as we got out of the car by a man named Nizar. I explained to Nizar that I had spoken with Ashley and we were there to see the Nissan Leaf and were also interested in having our current car appraised to see what the trade-in value is. He put my phone number into the system and was able to pull up my name/appointment & said that he'd be taking the appointment over from there and we wouldn't be meeting with Ashley. He went to get the key for the Nissan Leaf and guess what? It wasn't physically in the lot - it was actually at their Clermont location, which was about 17 miles away (a 24 minute drive according to Google). He said that they had someone driving the car over within the next few minutes so it would be there shortly and in the meantime he could get our car appraised. This sounded like a good plan to us. 10 minutes later a manager came over (I didn't catch his name) and apologized for us having to wait for the Leaf to be driven over since we had called ahead. I asked him how long he estimated it would be until the car arrived - he said 30 minutes. This all sounded reasonable to us. The car was appraised, the cost of the Leaf was applied, and there was a deal on paper (we were ready to pay cash) and 30 minutes had passed but the Leaf hadn't arrived. Nizar checked in again, apologized for the wait, and said the driver should be another 20 minutes TOPS and offered us coffee/hot chocolate. When we got up from the desk to throw our cups away, Nizar rushed over from across the room, put his hands out and said "What's going on here?" as if he was trying to physically stop us from leaving. "We're just throwing our cups away" my boyfriend replied. We ended up staying at Reed Nissan for a total of an hour and 15 minutes waiting to test drive the Leaf. After the salesman's weird attempt to physically stop us from leaving, on top of the huge amount of our time they wasted, we decided it wasn't a place we wanted to do business with. I wish this is where the story ended, but things escalated from here. Within a few minutes of pulling off the lot, my phone started ringing. It wasn't a number I recognized, so I sent it to voicemail. Immediately after I got another call from a different number I didn't recognize, followed by a text from a text from Nizar that said "Hi Ashley the driver just pulled in the leaf is here". This was immediately followed by a THIRD phone call, which I again sent to voicemail. I responded to Nizar's text 4 minutes later and said "Sorry, no longer interested." hoping that would put an end to the calls, but boy was I wrong. 15 minutes later another sales associate named Alex called me, left a voicemail, AND texted me. I responded with this "Hi, as I told Nizar we're no longer interested. We waited for the Leaf for over an hour, which didn't include the 30mins we drove to the dealership (after I had initially called Ashley to confirm the Leaf was on the lot before we drove there). Please remove me from all call/text lists - I've received 4 calls in the last 30 minutes and am not interested continuing a business relationship." I was very explicit in not wanting to have any further contact with anyone from Reed Nissan, but Alex called once more after I sent this text and also texted me twice more. He claimed that Ashley set our appointment up for 12pm and he was taking it over/had no idea that we had already been to the lot. He did apologize for our bad experience and offer $500 off but continued to text me to see if I had considered that offer. I also have received 2 additional calls from the main Reed Nissan number throughout the day (see the attached screenshots). Absolutely TRASH of a service. Brought my car in for an oil change and a recall service, and thought everything was fine. As I drove my car out all functions for the radio were not working, including the buttons on my steering wheel. The manager, Mr. Shawn is not only dismissive and crude, but made sure I knew that he didn't feel like they were responsible. Now tell me, how a perfectly working car comes out of the dealership with an issue that wasnt existing prior to the appointment, and it's SOMEHOW, MAGICALLY, not their fault? My lawyer is getting involved, I'm reaching to Nissan corporate and having this dealt on a level where people are actually intelligent enough to handle an issue, and take blame for something they are actually liable for. DO NOT use them, DO NOT let your car in the hands of these people they will destroy your car, and as I am reading all over the internet, I'm not the first and probably won't be the last. Also reporting to BBB, this is disrespectful to me as a customer and to all of us who end up falling for this trap. read more

I purchased 4 new tires at this location back in February, My advisor was Dane Thompson. I took my vehicle to a mechanic to rotate my tires and they could not find my wheel lock. I called and spoke to A tech named Nolin and he was not only rude, but he refused to help me in anyway. He gave me wrong information, and when I called him out on it he put me on hold and of course never got back to me. When I called him back and asked for him specifically the call was yet again ignored. I have only used ReedNissan to do my oil changes and other maintenance and I must say I will NEVER return to this location nor recommend it to people I know. Nolin should not be allowed to answer phone calls and should be reprimanded for not allowing me to speak with a manager and continuously ignoring my call. It only takes one person to make the whole service department look bad...and Nolin did just that. Do Not Go To This Reed Nissan. We went to reednissan last Saturday. Before going there, we checked the website and saw there were three new versas left and four sentras with the MSRP price posted. However, going there we saw there were no versas and only two sentras left. And also they started to claim the MSRP prices shown on the website are not correct. We understand that they make a market adjustment of the price but we go there knowing the costs from the website. Why aren't the websites updated? The guy communicating with us was from Morocco. He was pretty unprofessional. Upon knowing that we all are students, he showed no interest to sell a car. Not only that, he rudely commented from the side while we were having a conversation among us. Just because we are students he treated us really badly and wasn't up for any negotiation. Came in with great expectations and came out disappointed. I think they are targeting vulnerable shoppers with mediocre credit scores; just like used car dealers. I told the finance manager over 5 times that I have a 800+ fico score, but he kept saying that he needed to see my credit report (NEVER EVER GIVE A SCUMBAG FINANACE MANAGER YOUR SS# without a firm offer and/or a ballpark figure on an APR.) Here's the rub. I wanted to reserve the car for a future date. Finance manager (FM), "Hi, nice to meet you. Do you have your credit card?" Me, "What credit card?" FM, "I need it to hold your reservation." I said that I needed a ballpark APR number so I can see how the payments will be calculated. The FM told me 5 times that he cannot tell me a ballpark figure for me since he didn't run a credit report. I showed my Fico score of over 800+ on my app and that my credit report is clean. I just wanted a hypothetical APR from what I told him, but he did not want to believe me. He said, "I didn't run your credit report, how can I give you any numbers." What a joke. I just got a $35K Mercedes from Carmax for my wife 3 days ago. To make this short, he basically came up and rudely asked for my CC and accused me of not believing my credit report and or Fico score that I showed him on my phone from BofA. Also be wary, they asked me 3 times from 3 different managers to put $0 down on my car when I specifically asked them I wanted to put $7K. They are trying to get more commissions by getting you to put $0 down and over 60 months. I would totally avoid this dealer unless they offer a better deal. I have seen these types of dealerships. They prey on bad credit and low fico scores. Avoid them at all costs!!!!!! read more
