She took over for Jaya (by the way is a true Godsend and incredible asset to the Reed's Jewelers family) to assist with completing my purchase of finding the perfect upgrade wedding band set, a 3 carat princess diamond ring and band. We only spoke over the phone once, but when I walked in this morning, she immediately knew I was. Not only was Ashton knowledgeable but has a heart of gold, it felt like I had know her my entire life..just like with Jaya. While Ashton was doing her magic, Claudia assisted my husband and I with finding the perfect wedding band for him and an additional 1 carat princess cut necklace and 1 carat princess cut earrings set that I've always wanted. OMG!!! Where do I begin. Patricia and Jeff at Reeds (Concord Mills) were phenomenal!! My girlfriend and I were in search of an engagement ring. From the time we were there, to the time we left on Day 2 (yep Day 2 because we went back and decided on another ring); they took VERY good care of us. When we came in we were looking to upgrade a ring and though we took a very long time to decide on the first ring, Patricia was so very patient with me. Jeff jumped in and assisted with no hesitation. But, it was during the second visit that took my breath away. We went in and told Patricia that we wanted to change my ring and get something different and a little bigger. :) Both Patricia and Jeff jumped right in and helped. Again, we took forever. And not once did they make us feel rushed. Jeff searched and searched until he found the PERFECT diamond (which we had to order and get the head of it changed completely) to be placed in my ring that we chose. We felt so bad for having them do the transaction all over again but they both assured us that they had no problem with it and just wanted to make sure that I was happy. While waiting for Jeff to do the exchange in the system, Patricia took me under her wings and showed my girlfriend the perfect diamond ring for her. I decided to go ahead and purchase her ring. It was absolutely beautiful. Once Jeff finished with the exchange, we were told it would be back within the week (and it was). We got the notification that the ring was ready and I called before going there to make sure that Patricia or Jeff were working because I only wanted to deal with one of them. We went back in on that Sunday and Patricia was working. Can you say...BREATHTAKING???? That is what my ring is. I was almost in tears because it is so beautiful. Patricia paired it back up with my diamond band that I had taken home from the first visit and it was absolutely beautiful. Not only did they take care of first time customers at that Reeds, but they took care of a couple who have become lifelong jewelers at that location. I want to THANK both Patricia and Jeff for the outstanding customer service, diligence and patience they displayed during our rings journey. I could not have asked for a better duo to work with. Reeds is a joke. We are still waiting on my Christmas gift ($2100 ring) from Reeds. We were sent the wrong ring initially, returned it, & requested we receive the correct ring, was emailed that it would arrive on a specified date, waited all day. No ring by 6pm, called 3 locations just to find out that the Asheville store sent my ring out earlier the day it should have arrived and sent the wrong size. They stated that their jeweler wasn't there to size it properly but they sent out the wrong size ANYWAY!!!!! Who does that? So once the supposed correct ring arrives its the wrong size and we will have to go back through the whole process again of UPS Shipping to have it sized & then wait for it to hopefully be sent correctly once again. After speaking with 3 stores, texting several times with customer service no one knows exactly what's going on or what to do. So we are out $2100 & no ring. Do NOT BUY FROM REEDS UNLESS YOU WANT A MIGRAINE AND STRESSED OUT!!! They made it a very non Merry Christmas!!! read more

My boyfriend and I went to look at engagement rings and from the immediate interactions we did not feel welcomed. We were met with a hello and asked what we were looking for. When I said engagement rings, the next words were what is your budget. I didn't like that as the initial reaction. No other store started off like this and honestly every other store said congratulations first, then would ask me if I knew what I was looking for, not the budget. I understand needing to know a budget so they can show us within our range however I felt judged immediately until we threw out a number. From then on the budget was mentioned throughout our time there. I just felt uncomfortable. Also when my boyfriend went to see the lady to take down information one of the gentlemen that was helping us walked passed and told my boyfriend to make sure he has good credit. Excuse me?! No one wants to spend money in a place they don't feel welcome or judged. We definitely will be taking our business elsewhere and will never purchase from them. Great jewelry store located in Concord Mills . I received my wedding ring set from this location, as well as purchased jewelry for my husband from this location. Even when it is busy, which is often, they give great customer service and make great suggestions. Their warranty plan is reasonably priced and is such an assurance when something goes wrong ( loose diamond, etc) . read more

Staff here always seems genuinely friendly every time I visit. I usually go to check out their Pandora collection. The selection they have isn't very large. However, they do get new shipments in weekly and will order what you are looking for w/o seeking payment in advance or additional costs. They will make contact once your jewelry arrives. I have only recently started shopping at this store, but have been a few times already. Each time I go the ladies remember me and chat as if we are old friends. This store may be small, but the staff is very impressionable and that is why I make it a point to check here first when I am looking for something. read more

I definitely don't recommend Buying jewelry from them. Me and my boyfriend got a necklace and he got a rope chain and bracelet and they broke 3 times and it only been a month since we had it. I personally feel like they loosen it on purpose just so people can come back and pay the fee to get it fixed. When it broke for the 4th time we decided we wanted to return all of our jewelry because it's they're obviously doing it on purpose and then he wouldn't buy the broken one back after they fixed it 3 times and we made it clear we didn't want it because of the quality. I was very unhappy with the lack of service I received from Reeds jeweler. I work for a state agency and was buying a gift for someone retiring after 27 years of service. However, it required the sale to be tax exempt. The jewelers were clueless about it and after twenty minutes of fumbling around they called a manager who said they "didn't feel comfortable" doing a tax exempt transaction. This was very comical to me considering I had just completed one with Zales, a couple stores down with no Problems. The sales people were not apologetic at all and I was pretty upset with their disregard for customer service. I reply to the proper paperwork needed by the comment below-- I had presented all paperwork necessary and they still couldn't accomplish the task. read more

12/22 Purchased a gift for my daughter. Service was ok; I probably would have spent more but I had an Order Taker not a Jewery Specialist.

I would never buy anything from here again. I think I would have gotten better quality at a pawn shop and it would have been cheaper. I have a warranty on my wedding set and have already been there 7 times in less than 2 years for faulty "custom" rings. The last time it needed repair ( diamonds cracked?? turned colors and fell out, I am not out doing construction, I work on a computer.) I took it to a different place and payed and have not had problems with sense I took it there. I have complained and gotten ignored and the district manager is a joke, he does not call back. My wedding set is important to me but has given me a big headache b/c of reeds quality. read more
