I had researched tires before calling the store and the associate was very helpful. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and also tires I didn't think met my expectations. He agreed! After a few minutes on the phone, we decided upon a set which he said could be delivered by the following business day. Perfect timing! The tires arrived as promised, he called when they came in and I headed down to get them installed. Not only did I receive a great price, but there was a rebate available too. They printed an extra copy of the receipt for me to make it easy to submit. Now, that's customer service. The inside, sales floor/waiting room is super cute! They've converted old cars into seating and it's decorated in 50's nostalgia. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

While there, I made an appointment for 10 am the next week. I arrived early, and the middle-aged employee told me it would take about an hour and a half for an oil change and radiator flush. I told them that I would take a walk and grab a coffee. An hour and fifteen minutes later, I returned to the shop and noticed that my truck was still exactly where I had parked it. The employee said that " he wasn't sure what was going on back there, but that they should get to it when the mechanic is finished with another job ". I asked him, wasn't that what scheduling an appointment is for? For which I received a shrug of the shoulders and a blank stare. Not only have they lost a car care customer for years to come, but I now will be buying my tires from Les Schwab. Maybe a little more money, but at least decent customer service. Everyone works all week and have responsibilities to manage and balance on the weekends, and that gets impacted when your vehicle is sitting in the parking lot hrs past your appointment time. I live 2 hrs drive away, so time and gas are factor For me. Wish I had a dealership closer but going forward will have to find other accommodations.

My half of a bagel that morning wore off by 4pm. Over all the experience was a terrific. I just want to add that I had my trade in Toyota always serviced there in Coos Bay and always had excellent service. One time I called a week ahead and made an appointment for service. When I got there I wasn't on the books. They were busy but they made room for my vehicle and I didn't wait any longer than I normally would. I will, of course, take my new Toyota there for service.

They have always made the effort to listen to my needs and concerns and provided a lot of solid advice. I have recommended them several times because the work is good and the pricing will compare with any shop around here. The only negative is that they are good, and it's not a huge secret, so they are nearly always extremely busy.
