This place gave my friends and I awful service, ruining a once a year special day, her birthday! We chose to gather here to enjoy some hookah with a group of about 8 people. Immediately we were racially profiled and spoken to with a very distasteful undertone. Unfortunately this treatment was from the owner, so there was no other form of management to voice our concerns with. The hookah policy was not explained to us as we reviewed the menu or when we were seated, it stated that anyone seated must pay $5 whether smoking or not. This is quite absurd for any hookah bar given we planned to purchase food and drinks and those smoking would cover any of those costs incurred. We were basically told that a hookah is only for 2 ppl and we must pay for additional hookahs since our group was larger. We had no issue with this policy, but it was the assumption that our group would not be buying anything more off the menu. We were also denied seating on an inside area that could hold our party although the establishment was absolutely empty. I do not plan to return here. They also need a better sign from the road to notify the public of their location. It is difficult to find. Thumbs down zero stars. Not melanin friendly. read more

The area was so beautiful. This was definitely an experience. When sitting outside, it feels very peaceful. The hookah was great. It was my first experience going to a hookah bar, and i don't regret it. I would go back again sometime soon. The only problem I had was with the prices for drinks. There's only bottles so you cannot get refills, meaning if you want to drink water while smoking the hookah , you may pay 3 for every SMALL bottle they give you! That was my only problem, my bill was about $70 overall. I would suggest bringing your own water and snacks if you plan on being there for a little while. read more

This place was fantastic! Highly recommend. This afternoon I called ahead asking if I could pick up some Hookah to go. A man by the name of Morad answered and was more than happy to accommodate my request. I stopped by and saw a quiet, relaxing setting, filled with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Morad was sitting outside with the other customers enjoying some of his own Hookah, and immediately got up to assist me. He expertly prepared two bowls of Starbuzz for me: one Blue Mist, one Safari Melon Dew - both in halves of grapefruit wrapped in foil and with the rubber caps so it was totally ready to go. Right before I walked out, I realized I didn't have any charcoal so I asked to purchase a few coals for the bowls, but he only had bulk boxes. When I explained that I was only looking for a smaller package, he opened a brand new bulk box and handed me one of the packages to take for free - it must have easily been a third of the box. Like 32 coals were in there...it was an incredibly kind gesture and I wasn't expecting that at all! The hookah itself was fantastic and exactly what I was looking for tonight - I've been smoking it as I wrote this! I'll definitely be back. Thanks again, Morad! read more

I didn't actually try the hookah, I went for the food. I ordered the chicken schwarma sandwich, which was unavailable for some reason, so I got the platter. One woman visited our table and spoke, another woman took our order, and they worked together to bring out our food. FOOD TOOK FOREVER. I'll admit we were a bigger party (7 people) but it took around an hour for everything to be brought out. They'd bring out stuff as it was ready, but even then they brought out two plates of fries and then it took 20+ minutes for the other fries to come out. There was a miscommunication in what was ordered, which was resolved but not easily. Smoothies were a little hit or miss. Very comfy inside seating space, cozy with a lot of pillows. We were allowed to hook our music up (maybe because we were the only people inside) and we could play whatever we wanted to. read more

The vegetables were so over seasoned with pepper they weren't edible. The french fries were cold and uncooked. They tasted like frozen fries that came from Winndixie and were 2 days old. STAY AWAY from the balogna yogurt pita sandwich. The meat is probably from a can. I would never blast a place with such a horrific review, but after throwing away $40 in the trash and need to go out and get more food now....I feel it is well deserved. read more

The owner was so accommodating and genuinely made us feel at home (took pictures of my husband and I by the beautiful outside seating area). Blueberry Mint 100% herbal hookah was so good. We ate their oven baked french fries and they tasted so fresh and crispy- not greasy. By far one of the most intimate yet cool vibes in a hookah lounge that we have ever experienced. I love it here! I came on a Friday when it was super busy. I believe my servers name was Amani. She was super sweet and loved talking to her. She brought our hookahs out fast and our food was delicious. She seemed to be all by herself though. A foreign lady appeared an hour later and just hovered around, did not really help the server. Best shawarma wraps EVER. And I've had them in like 50 places. The sauce was delicious and a good amount of it that the chicken didn't taste dry. I was looking for another good middle eastern place in the area and unfortunately did not find it here. The only thing that the place has going for it is the location. We ordered the shawarmas - chicken and beef. They were mediocre at best. The waiter seemed new and not really with it. He said that we one got one side with our meal when the menu said two. Also you don't get water with your meal, you have to buy bottled water or use the garden hose at the side of the building (kidding). The tip is included so bad service is rewarded whether you like it or not. We won't be going back. Al Tannour near by has great food but a horrible atmosphere. read more
