He made time after work to come over and take care of everything. Believe me the tank looked terrible. At first he thought an overhaul would be necessary, but after some work, he thought we should keep an eye on it as it may come back. Vegas is a great place to live but horrible when it comes to maintenance issues. Everyone with a hammer claims he's a carpenter, the guy with the wrench is a plumber and everyone under the sun is a handyman. Most "professionals" are extremely remedial. With this said, it was refreshing. No great attempted up sell, no ensuing calamity if you don't act right now, and no nonsense at all. You get an immediate feeling that you chose the right guy.

The patience and kindness that was shown from weighing in, to taking vitals was perfect. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything. He connected with our primary vet and explained test results that I did not yet have. I felt like my concerns were all addressed. I have never had any vet or urgent pet care demonstrate such care. Although my pets health issue wasn't resolved I felt better when I left having a plan for my next steps. I was referral to a specialist that was able to see us that day.
