Not dependable! He came out once, did an ok job & then asked for Yelp review. I left him a glowing report...5*s & lots of praise. Texted him a month later to make another appointment & he did not answer.Saw him at store where he works & he said, yes he was coming today (Mon. 6/26). I messaged him twice asking what time he would be here, so I could make plans for the day. He never responded! He finally responded & said he would be here at 5:00. At 4:40 he sent text saying his car broke down. Gee, wasn't that convenient? This is not a way to run a business! My time is worth as much as his, plus it's rude to ignore people. I am beyond impressed with the level of care Alex put into my tank when I asked for his help. My water quality was in the danger zone, and while I have tried my own methods of treatments, nothing made as much a clear difference as Alex's water treatment. My freshwater lobsters and fish are healthy and happy, and I've even seen my shrimp be more active! My tank is dedicated to my 2 freshwater lobsters, and while they each had their own cave area before, Alex redesigned my entire aquascape to be a lobster's paradise. I have 2 angel fish, a catfish, and an algae eater in a 20 gallon tank. My angel fish are a mated pair and I read online that they prefer to lay their eggs on leafy plants. When Alex arrived my water was greenish and my fish have been inactive for a couple of weeks. Alex went above and beyond for my tank. The initial test he did on my tank was terrible. If I would have waited any longer to take care of my tank I would have lost some of my fishes. That is win one for Alex. He provided me with one of his consultations and he educated me on the plants that angel fish prefer he even had different ones that I could choose from and he planted them that day! Now my water is clear, my angel fish have a safe place to lay their eggs, and my fish are showing off for anyone who wants to watch (especially my angels).
