The tickets were inexpensive and lucky for us it's close to home. This is located Indy convention rooms. Now thought and underestimated the size of this event. But it was huge! Right off the bat you see snakes and spiders. Now most of these for are for sale. We just went to familiarize our self with these cold blooded creatures. We saw all different types of snakes in all different sizes. Gila monsters and chameleons! The vendors are were kind and let my six-year-old hold one. The spiders range from $100 to I'd say $600. Most took cash and some took card. We were really looking to buy just because it's a huge commitment but it was still pretty cool to see. The people around me would ask vendors all types of questions and even by just being near them we learned so much! I think the craziest thing was seeing all the tarantulas. I even heard one of the vendors telling the lady she cant hold it because their hairs get stuck in your skin. Almost like fine glass. They sold everything from glass habitats, food and even have T-shirts you can custom made. They come twice a year. definitely something to check out!

I have been wanting one and just looking so far. I was just driving down Decatur when I saw a sign, "Pet Planet." The thought immediately crossed my mind, "Jumping spiders." When I entered, I saw so many things that I liked. I asked about spiders and they had them. He showed me a male and female jumping spider. I had a strong feeling that I was going to get one. I asked about enclosures and I was given a tour of the stuff that I had. I picked up a few things and said, "I want the female." Purchasing the spider was such a heart warming experience. I just lost my dog and this was what I needed. As he was bagging my things up, he asked if I had a name in mind. She was a little bit red, so I said her name was Scarlett. I highly recommend Pet Planet. I think that they are knowledgeable and have what you need for your exotic pet.

I'll list the species I can remember: Spotted newts, tarantulas, isopods, axolotls, turtles, sulcata tortoises, asian monitor, electric blue day gecko, amazon tree boa, corn snakes, baby hedgehogs, a very sweet opposum (I've secretly named her Sunshine since she doesn't have a name), ferrets, a tenrec, spectacled amazons. There were a lot more animals than this, but I was so taken with the opposum that I spent most of my time with her and the ferrets. I still highly recommend this store for your more exotic pet needs - lizards, ferrets, hedgehogs, frogs, tarantulas, snakes, etc. I hope this place continued to thrive!!! Sierra helped us out and let us interact and pet all of the Syrian hamsters they had. None of them were quite right for us, but Sierra was just outstanding. I was really blown away with how helpful she was and how well she knew the different hamsters. So often you go to a pet store and the employees don't get to spend a lot of time with the animals, and the animals are less social because of that. I wish that employees could spend more time with the animals - because they are the heart of the store. Anyway, definitely a great store, great energy, great layout, and fantastic service!

When we first brought Chewie home, we were very worried because he had a cough and needed medical care. As a new puppy owner, it was stressful and scary because all we wanted was for him to be healthy, comfortable, and okay. I am thankful that Puppy Boutique Las Vegas did not ignore our concerns and helped make sure Chewie received care through the clinic they partnered with. I also want to thank Calvin for being friendly and helpful during the process. Even though the beginning was stressful, I appreciate that they stayed involved and helped with Chewie's health. I also want to give credit to Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping treat Chewie and taking care of him. Because of their care, Chewie is doing much better now, and that has been a huge relief for us.
