5 Stars - Absolutely Amazing Experience! I had the most wonderful time at the salon, and I couldn't be happier with how my hair turned out! Helen was very sweet and understanding. Both Tylor and Bee did an incredible job - they're not only extremely talented but also so kind, attentive, and fun to be around. They truly made me feel pampered from start to finish. The color is absolutely stunning - the deep, rich blue tones are blended so beautifully into my dark hair, and the curls gave it the perfect touch. It's exactly what I hoped for, and honestly, even better than I imagined! Tylor and Bee work so well together and made the whole experience feel effortless and relaxing. Their passion for what they do really shows, and I'm so grateful to have been in their hands. I can't believe people these days are stooping to this level and being dismissive about the bad service they are providing. Lying about events to take away credibility of my experience at your salon, is so unprofessional. I did not harass, threaten, or scream at anyone. Nor did the things happen the way you said in your first post. Please do show the video. And let people see how far from the truth you are. My posting on Yelp is not harassment so go ahead and call the police. And I'm not trying to be in an argument. I simply wanted the public to know that the service I received was less than acceptable, and I would never refer anyone to go to Reflect for any thing. After looking through Yelp and looking at all the revirws, I decided to come here. Boy was I glad I did. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Both women are extremely nice and very made you feel comfortable. I cut off about 10 inches and I love how my hair looks and feels. With a 1 year old, the last thing you want to worry about is you hair. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new shop or even if you're not looking. I went in for my second session with Angelica and she got my hair to a beautiful beach/platinum blonde. In about 6 weeks Angelina got my hair from dark brown with red to my desired shade of blonde. Both Adrianna and Angelica are very enjoyable people to be around and very friendly. Angelica and Adrianna have the best customer service I've seen in a long time! I just moved to the area and needed a cut. Found this place on yelp. Called a few times, no answer. Drove by during business hours and no one inside. There's plenty of other places to try. I ended up going to one in town and they hooked it up right away. Update: owner Adriana sending unprofessional messages on Yelp saying I never called and to not leave reviews. Lol. Updating my review since it's been a while... But Faded hair studios always comes thru every week for me. If you are looking to get a Fade or even a regular hair cut for your Kid you won't be disappointed. Adrianna and Angelica are experienced with all types of haircuts and hair coloring as well not sure why yelp has them so low now but Faded Hair Studios is the best in town for reasonable prices. Hands down the best place in town for a hair cut. Good prices. And it's very clean. The lady's are very nice in there. I go to this place every week for a hair cut. The nice this is that you don't need a appointment. You can walk right in and get your hair cut. They do great fades. And my biggest this is my beard. And it looks awesome every time I get it done. Adriana is the best! I finally found someone that could cut my twin boys hair exactly how I want it! They really like her too! I get my hair tapered by Angelica every two weeks and she does a great job always keeping me looking fresh! She also does my 5 year old son who can be a handful but she handles him very well and makes him feel comfortable! Highly recommend this place if your looking for a great cut. read more
