I know this is silly but I've been holding back on writting my 100'th review for a special place & this is the chosen one!!! This is exactly what I needed after driving 1800 miles. I usually get a massage once a month,it's part of my treat yo self program! I have been neglecting it for a few months & honestly I've been having trouble finding a good massage therapist in Houston. I found this place on Yelp & found an awesome deal on Groupon. Even if the deal is over,the prices are still very competitve & quite frankly amazing for the quality of work that they do here. It's less then 10-15 minutes drive from the strip & probably a 1/4 of the price that the hotels try to charge you. It's worth getting in your car or a cab & letting them work your knots out. It's in a mediacal type building & is very clean. It's a tranquiI space that gives off a relaxing vibe which we all need in our busy lives. Quite frankly,I'll take quality over a fancy frilly salon any day. I had the pleasure of having Taylor as my therapist & damn that girl is good! There are 3 things I look for in a massage therapist,strong hands,technique & professionalism,I swear if I lived in Las Vegas & would go see her every month. She worked out every knot out & believe me there were a lot. I added the body scrub (back & feet) as an extra for a great deal. When I'm in Vegas I'm a spa junkie, I could easily kill 4 hours in a high end hotel spa and justify spending $200 for a 50 min massage. However, this last visit to Vegas, I was accompanying my elderly-very money conscious- non-gaming or adventurous dad and dragging him to a spa or making him wait for me at a spa was out of the question. And being pregnant I couldn't make use of all the spa facilities anyway (no hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, you get the idea) but I really needed a massage! And I knew my dad could use one too. This 2 woman business has exactly what I needed: A clean, comfortable, welcoming and quiet place with massages that rival any high end spa at prices that make chains like massage envy envious. This is a place to come to when you need to knock out some serious knots but don't have a lot of time and money to waste. They are not playing around in here, they are serious in their profession and do great work. I like how they are in a business office and not a strip mall location because it's super quiet and there is minimal car/foot traffic. My prenatal massage was AMAZING, she got right down to the knots hidden deep in my lower back. My dad's therapist identified an old shoulder injury and worked out a lot of the knots and damage in there. My dad is the most critical person in the world when it comes to massages/services in America (he's Filipino and swears only Asians in Asia do massages right) but he couldn't complain about his massage. He even said, "that was really good." I'd definitely come back here for another serious massage. Tips: The building they're located in is not visible from Sahara, it's easier to turn right on Lindell and right immediately into the driveway, their building and office will be in front of you and you can park right outside their entrance area. I have gotten plenty of massages in the past and I can say yes or no (with no gray area in between) if I want to see the same massage therapist again. A pleasant massage is reliant on someone who likes their craft, and importantly, has good energy. Taylor has good energy and I look forward to trying the other types of massages she offers. I cashed in a Living Social Deal today to visit Reflecting Hands Massage Therapy. I was so glad I did, the massage that I received from Jackie was wonderful and it was just what I needed. The location is off of Sahara and Lindell. When I tried to find them, I was a bit confused because the building didn't actually have the suite numbers. They are in the 5450 building, but you will have to enter in between the suites of 140/150. When you open those doors, they will immediately be on your left. I didn't tour the place because what you see when you arrive, is what it is. Imagine that you are entering a small doctor office. That is what it is like. There is the front desk and 2 rooms located on each side of it. If you notice, the doors says "Do not disturb, session in progress" So yes, that means the doors on each side is the actual massage room. Upon arrival I filled out a quick form for all my info as well as your usual massage questionnaire. When I completed that, I was then greeted by my massage therapist. She took me into the room which was just a few steps away and I got ready for my massage. My deal was for a Deep Tissue (SCORE!) and I was well taken cared of. The spa music helps you relax as you are being pampered. The only thing that took away from my experience were for those that were checking in when I finished up my appt. Again, front desk, then massage room in close proximity, makes for distraction when people with loud voices check in. Perhaps a quiet sign when guests check in? Or have guests fill out forms outside and pre warn that services are in session? Not sure what the capability of them to change that since they are renting the space, but that was the set back for me. Now it makes me curious for those guests that talk and make funny noises when they get their massage??? Well, Prices are reasonable, they have services in increments of 30 min, 60 min, 90 min, and 120 min. Ranging from Aromatherapy, Swedish, Deep, Combo and a few other services that I can't recall of the top of my head. They do couples services and it was mentioned that they don't charge extra to be in the same room. When I'm on this side of town, I would definitely stop in to get a service. read more

The location is a bit obscure. It isn't hard to find, but it isn't right on the street. I instantly noticed that the location was small, but clean and welcoming. Jackie was my masseuse. She was really friendly and seemed like a genuinely nice person. Before the massage, she asked if there were any areas that need extra attention. I told her I usually get an elbow in my rhomboidal by my wife. She made sure to incorporate this into the massage. Wow. Jackie Rogers is awesome. I found out about Reflecting Hands Massage through Groupon. I booked a hot stone massage (60 minutes). From the moment we started, I knew this was going to be a great massage. She's very talented. Pressure was perfect the entire time and the flow of her hands was both relaxing and rejuvenating. I've had many massages in Las Vegas and I can honestly say that she's probably the best hot stone massage I've ever had. I haven't really been a fan of hot stone massages until today. Always felt like the hot stones are uncomfortable for the masseus who can't wait to put them down so they can stop burning their hands. Haha. Didn't feel this way at all with Jackie. I think she used a total of 8 stones on my back, resting them all on my lower back as they cooled off. Before we began, she asked me if there were any problematic areas she should focus on. I expressed tightness around my shoulder and neck area and she spent a majority of the time working through those knots and tension. I always feel like that question is ignored by other therapists / spas in vegas. Was looking for a couple's massage while visiting Las Vegas for our anniversary and found Reflecting Hands on Yelp- and I was so lucky to find this place! I've had over 50 different massage therapists in my life and this was probably the best massage I've had yet. Taylor was very attentive and listened to my requests, massaging accordingly. An amazing experience!!! I was in Las Vegas to do the 48-hour visit and I wanted a massage. I had never had one in my life. I found "Reflecting Hands Massage Therapy" on Yelp and decided to give them a shot. I called them around 12:30p and Jackie Rogers had an opening at 3:30 that same day. I was pumped and psych! Finding the place can be a little difficult. They are next to another building that has a big sign labeled "Massage." Do not make the same mistake as I did and go to that other building. In the photos section, someone took a pic of the building for this place. Also, follow your GPS. The actual office is located on the west side of the building. I came in and Jackie greeted me. I signed up for the 1-hour deep tissue massage with aroma and hot stone treatment. The entire experience was surreal and I loved every moment of it! Afterwards, I asked for and Jackie provided a 30-minute foot massage. Overall, the experience was one of the best experience I had in a long time. I am most definitely coming back here the next time I am in Vegas! read more

It was, without a doubt, the best massage I have ever had....by far. We will be going back around Labor Day and we will have Taylor and Darby booked before we leave home in Ohio. I got into a car accident about 2 months ago and my neck/back has been very stiff. I have pain off and on that lasts for days. I figured I needed some relief and believed massage would help me heal faster. I booked a massage with Taylor and WOW. Taylor was kind , professional and hard working. She really got in there and worked out my knots. I will return and book my husband also. The facility was extremely clean. The music and dim environment was soothing. The rooms are private. I bought a Groupon a while ago in March and set up an appointment which took forever because getting in contact with them in very difficult. I had to cancel my massage because of personal reasons so I called them and left a message. Fast forward to this week where I tried to use the same Groupon and they said they couldn't honor it because it was already redeemed back in March. I explained the situation and after waiting 2 days for a response, they leave a message saying they will not honor it. Purchased a Living Social deal for a deep tissue massage at Reflecting Hands and went in yesterday to use it. Upon entering, I felt instantly comfortable. They create such a lovely ambiance and all the staff is super friendly. Jackie got the room ready and even started a couple minutes early. She was very attentive to the parts of my body that carry the most tension, and really listened when I told her the areas I'd like her to focus on. As someone who has always had lymphatic problems, NO ONE has ever massaged my neck so well! And many have tried! I really felt instant pressure relief and all my tension just melted away. My hubby and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to get a couples massage while on our getaway. He was experiencing a nagging pain in his shoulder so a friend recommended we add cupping therapy to our services because it would help with his shoulder. So we did some research and decided to go with Reflecting Hands. When I booked the appointment I explained that we were 'virgin cuppers' and looking forward to the experience as a part of our celebration. Upon arrival we were introduced to Jackie and Darby as our therapists. Originally my husband was scheduled for a 60 minute while I had a 90 minute. Jackie encouraged him to upgrade to the 90 minute and so he did. The massage portion was pleasant but, the cupping turned out to be a nightmare! Immediately after the cupping my husband developed multiple blisters in several of the cupping circles. We showed the blisters to our therapists and they explained it was completely normal and happens as a result of excess toxins purging the body. Well, like I said, this was our first cupping experience so we trusted their experience, paid for our services, and left decent tips for both. Within an hour the blisters were filling with blood and he was experiencing sharp needle like pains in those areas. I then went online and began asking questions about cupping and blisters. I found out that the blisters were a direct result of the therapist leaving on the cups TOO LONG! It had nothing to do with toxins leaving the body. Long story short, I reached out to Reflecting hands and spoke with Jackie (co-owner) I explained my frustrations and concerns with it being 7-days later and he is still experiencing discomfort. I have spent over $100 buying supplies (Manuka honey adhesive bandages, betadine, Smart Silver Gel-antibacterial) to help him recover. All she did was reiterate that the blister should have popped already. I wanted a refund! This was my anniversary but we could not enjoy our vacay because he couldn't swim, lay by the pool, enjoy our resort amenities, or anything else for that matter. He was in PAIN!!! A little customer service would have gone a long way if she would have acknowledged the situation or even apologized for our inconvenience. There is no way I can give a review higher than a one because customer service is everything. Beware, DO NOT GET CUPPING THERAPY from Reflecting Hands. Again, all I wanted was a refund to show it was their fault for leaving the cups in too long! I don't believe that was an unreasonable request. read more

I usually get massages every 6 weeks or so, however, I just moved to Nevada so my last massage was in April (It's now December). I found Reflecting Hands on Yelp! and was excited that I actually knew where they were located in town. Since I'm still new to this city, I'm happy when I recognize names of cross streets when finding directions. The location was very easy to find, yes, tucked off on the street in a medical type office building... but still easy to find. Taylor was AMAZING! Seriously! I have a massage therapist friend back home in Alaska that I compare every other masseuse to... Taylor definitely gave her a run for her money! I prefer really deep pressure. Taylor did exactly what I asked. She really paid attention to the "problem" spots on my shoulders, neck and hips. How do I rate if a massage is good or not? If I'm drooling. Yep, straight up so relaxing that your brain isn't functioning anymore and you are laying there drooling. I also love that when I was checking out and paying for my appointment, that she offered me a flyer for a "Pay It Forward" promotion they help with. Forget the fancy hotel spas and book here instead!!! My husband and I did massages with Darby and Taylor and they were phenomenal! We were greeted with friendly smiles from the moment we walked in. By choice we had the massages side by side but could have also done separate rooms if we wanted. The room was quiet and comfortable with tranquil music on. The massage tables were luxurious and we melted right into them-heaven!!
