Phone number on Yelp no longer works. I found a number on Google, called and asked if I can use the VIP cards I previously purchased. They said yes so I booked a time. I confirmed that our prepaid VIP cards would work before hanging up. Drive 20 minutes to get there, now it looks run down and dingy. And upon arrival, they refused to take the VIP cards. Apparently new ownership, and I have to reach out to the previous owners to discuss the pre-payment that I'm owed. Lied to get us there and hope we pay anyway? Language barrier? Either way, we prefer The Spa and Massage on Decatur. So we left and are paying more for quality. read more

I don't know about you, but when someone puts their hands on me for a massage, I invariably melt straight-away. Maybe I'm high strung and tense, as many have told me, or perhaps I'm just not used to the less than frequent messages I get. Either way, I'm not a difficult person to please when it comes to a massage. At the New Life Foot Spa on Rainbow Blvd., it is no different. The girls that give me my foot massages for about an hour generally put me to sleep. And that's no easy task. They always ask what my preferences are before we get started, which is much appreciated. There is soft transcendental music playing in the darkened room, and the recliner chairs are incredibly comfortable. My feet feel new and refreshed when done, and I've been an infrequent but regular at New Life Foot Spa. Writing about this makes me want to pick up the phone and make a reservation for today or tomorrow, which I will do after I post this review. I don't always have the same masseuse, but they are all very good at what they do. The cost is reasonable, and they are adhering to strict pandemic regulations by wearing masks. There is hand sanitizer available, and they enforce social distancing. I highly recommend this foot spa if you're looking for some relief from your painful and stressed feet. read more

We came here for a massage and they were able to squeeze us in for a 30 min whole body massage. I would recommend making appts in advanced. The massage: It was just okay. I was expecting arms, legs and back, but she seemed more focus on the back. Not a big deal. You strip to your undies and lay on the table, they really work on the shoulder blades, the neck and the muscles by your spine. I thought she was alittle rough, but it really listened the knots. She ran through the arms and legs probably once. She finished with the hot stones which was probably the best part. I would probably come here again. I saw a sign in the pictures about the tip suggestion, and think it's not really appropriate to expect a certain amount. But I followed it anyway. read more

To answer your question about why I waited almost 2 months to write a review... I texted her what I had to say the day after the massage, politely, and then after she played the "my English is not very good" card, I shook my head and decided to give her some grace since it was a week before Christmas... so I just let it go. I never had the intention to write a review about it. Then the other day when I went to write a positive 5 star review about an establishment, I came across an Asian Spa recommendation and immediately thought of your place. I got sidetracked by deciding to look up your reviews to see if the same thing happened to others. What I saw was not only the same experiences, but I saw your responses to genuine people who were just being honest about their own experiences. Your undercutting comments and calling people liars made me realize that you two were such a morally questionable couple that potential clients should know about. I understand you're grasping at straws to save face... but it at this point it is clear that your continuous treatment and behavior to the public has caught up to you. Putting words in my mouth that I have something against Mary is another false statement, just like what you claim you saw and heard in the videos. I do not have any reason to hurt, slander, or defame, Mary... I do, however, after witnessing the treatment to myself and other customers, have every reason to warn people about your establishment and expose the truth. My purpose is to stand up for those that you have cut down and called liars, and to prevent others from having the same experiences as we did. You claim, verbatim, that things were said in English when we spoke Mandarin pretty much the whole time... to her AND Nick. Your description of the setup wasn't even accurate. I did not quickly go into the foyer and head straight for the exit. I came into the foyer and stood to the left of my dad... we were directly in front of Mary on the other side of the counter. We stood there long enough to have a conversation, for her to hustle and lie to me about the tip twice, and for her to ask for AND get both my dad's and my phone numbers. How all that could've happened on my way out the door doesn't make sense. I did not see Nick waiting in the foyer either and your excuse as to why he didn't ask me for a tip (bc he couldn't speak English) is laughable. If that were true, and if he actually was there patiently awaiting a tip, then he would have just said to me "请给我小费." My memory serves me well... as I was there in person to experience what I shared in my review. Your made up story about what you saw and heard in the video would normally be unbelievable to me, but as I mentioned earlier, this was completely expected. My father never lets me pay for anything when we're out doing stuff together... both parents are like that and have been like that my whole life. If I had kids I would do that for them as well. So for you to claim that he told her I would be paying for my own tip... is yet another farce. Nothing you claim happened makes any sense, as it shouldn't, because it is all lies. I will give you a chance to provide this video to me (unedited). You guys have my number... and if it shows everything you said happened according to your claim, I will happily remove my review and write a public apology in a new review, as well as give you 2 more little stars. I'm confident you will provide more verbal vomit and make something up as to why you can't share that with me. If people have enough time to read these novels that you and I are writing, then they will have time to scroll along to find a good reputable massage establishment. My boyfriend and I came here with a Groupon purchase. 1 hour foot massage for $15 I believe. I thought, 'Wow, that's a steal!.. Right??' I've never had a professional massage before, and I came here expecting only a foot massage. However, upon entering, we got to choose certain aromas that we could have four or scrubs, at least, that's what I think they were.. I didn't actually smell it throughout the entire experience so... *shrugs*. When you enter the back room, it's very dark and quiet. There is no soft music, or any peaceful sounds.. Just silence. There are many massage tables low to the ground in the whole room.. probably about 10 total. You're very close to the people around you, and luckily there was no one in during our visit except myself and my boyfriend. We actually got a foot massage, a back massage with hot stones, and a scalp massage. While it definitely felt good, it was actually almost painful with the pressure the guy was doing for me. I should have said for him to go a little easier on me, but I for whatever reason, didn't. The only thing I didn't like was that my boyfriend paid the tip for the two of us, and the guy who walked us out actually asked for more! We only had so much cash on us, and for us to be asked for more than what we tipped was bothersome. Would I come back here? Probably not, but it was still a cool experience! read more

Like all the other reviews on here, don't come here expecting salt scrubs with your one hour massages. I usually don't go to Asian foot spas because of my dreadful experience at Bali Foot Spa, but found a deal on Groupon for a one hour massage with hot stone for $10 that was too good to give up. I regret my decision now. The massage is comparable to any foot spa here in Las Vegas. For $20, you get your full body massaged, including your bum and inside your ears! Sounds invasive, it certainly was. You stay fully clothed during your massage. But at some point, your masseuse will tug on your undies and tuck a towel in their so that your crack is showing. I pulled my towel up because I felt naked and the masseuse tried to pull it down again until I had to verbally tell him it was not okay. Ladies, don't be alarmed when they take the shirt off your back to unhook your bra. It was a bit uncomfortable for me because the only man I want unhooking my bra is my boyfriend. So let them know ahead of time. They do so to lotion up your back and finish you off with the hot stones therapy (which took about 30sec and was not therapeutic at all). The massage was amateur. You know how when you put too much lotion on skin, you're no longer able to apply a lot of pressure because you're fingers are slipping and sliding everywhere, well that was exactly how the massage was for me. I came in looking for a massage, not a lotion down. Along with the halitosis my masseuse had every time he asked me if the pressure was okay, it's safe to assume I won't be coming back here ever! I did however tip my masseuse $10. I'm usually not one to give tips that are demanded (they have a sign up front at the counter suggesting $10 for good, $15 for very good, and $20 for excellent) but I was feeling extra generous today. For some reason, I was on his side. Maybe it was the way they trained him? Maybe he was from another country and didn't know about American massage etiquette? 60 minute combo $20 Okay so I found a more affordable deal here and the perk is you pick a salt for your foot soak. This place also has hot stone therapy including hot towels. My sensitivity to the hot stones has not been compromised either. I noticed they set it on top of the cloth that is used to cover you first to allow them to cool down a bit. I should mention yes you keep all your clothing on. They roll up your shirt in the back for the hot stone and back portion though. And for the neck and shoulder knots, they find those things - promise. And they'll try to rid of those enemies. I didn't get the name of the masseuse, but hopefully they all do the migraine massage... like they target the tension at the base of your skull. The best especially if your work station doesn't have the proper ergonomic set up. Google that btw. The reflexology portion of massage is included. I know some people hate it cuz they're ticklish, but instead of getting tickled it can friggin be painful. You know why though? Cuz if you walk, stand, wear heels, dance... whatever that's you're entire weight baring on your legs and feet. They don't joke pressing into the pressure points. You ever seen the chart for all the different nerve endings to your body's organs, that all sections of the bottom of your feet affect? Really interesting. I did enjoy the scalp and the foot part of the massage but the rest of the massage left me with anxiety because I just wanted it to be over. Under new ownership and have made some nice changes! Check out the old pictures and compare it to the new pictures, it surprised me when walked in recently. This place is now a hidden gem, they kept all the good talented masseurs, kept the same prices and gave the place a nice face lift. You can tell that the new owners really want to keep their current clients and attract new clients. New Life foot spa can get very busy, so I recommend calling and making a reservation. They also have a punch card. Complete 10 massages get 11th massage free. Massage masseurs that I have had in the past. Cici and Tom: Best all around. Just the right amount of pressure and great technique! Jack: Now if you need deep tissue massage, Jack is great, don't be afraid to say "too much pressure", I think he likes getting all the knots out! Final thoughts: I believe the price for service might be the best in town! After the massage I was telling my husband my lady could clearly tell where my nots were because she really focused on them which I loved. I've been to this massage place at least a dozen times. Heidi is my girl! She is so great, every time! I just wish there were like 10 Heidis so whenever I wanted a massage, I could get HER! Lately I've been booking appointments for myself, a friend, and my daughter, so I've had to share Heidi. Just wish I didn't have to! She's that awesome. The only thing I would change about this place is that sometimes they get appointment times confused (one time i came in with an appointment and they said they told me the wrong time so i had to wait, which wasn't a problem for me). A couple of other times they don't ask what service you want so when you arrive they can only do an hour vs the 70 minutes i prefer. Ever walk out of a massage feeling great and refreshed?? This massage was not that. This was my first time back since they've switched ownership. I read the more recent reviews that recommended Mary. I called them and Mary picked up and I asked her if she had any availability for today. She asked me what time I wanted to come in and I said around 7 and she asked if I could come in earlier at 6:30. I told her that was fine. I arrived before 6:30 and Mary asked me if it was okay if Robert massaged me. I said no, I requested Mary plus I don't really feel comfortable with male masseuses. It seemed like they didn't have any other massage therapists working besides the two of them. I opted to get the 75 min massage for $55. The first half wasn't that memorable because I'm pretty sure I fell asleep since I only slept 4 hours the night before. When I did wake up for the last 20 mins when you turn over and have your back up, Mary used her forearm and elbows the entire time. She also kept leaving the room for some reason. For hot stones, instead of moving it up and down the spine like most places do, she was moving it perpendicular to the spine. I should've known she had checked out for the night when she asked me if Robert could massage me from the very beginning. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in this half ass massage and will not be returning. It's been so hard to find anyone comparable to Ada or Heidi from the previous owner. Nobody really compares and I also think it's fake advertisement that most of their reviews are from the previous owner and all the massage therapists in the highlights like Ada, Heidi and Coco don't even work there anymore. I purchased the massages off of Groupon. I was really excited to try this place since it was $20 a person for a "salt scrub and hot stone massage." Let's start with their advertisements. You don't receive a "salt scrub." They place you're feet in a bucket of like warm water and dump some salt in their. They have you leave you're feet in the mixture for 15 minutes while they massage your head. After that they take your feet out, dry them and give you a massage. Not at all what I expected. As for the hot stones, they literally use them for a good 1-2 minutes. I thought they'd place them on my back and it would be a relaxing experience. Instead they rubbed them on my back twice for a good 30 seconds each. That was it. Plus I felt completely uncomfortable the whole time. (Read below.) The thing that bothered me the most, the extreme touching. Now I understand that I need to be touched in order to be massaged, but this was over the line. He was constantly cupping my butt and massaging it. He never asked or warned me that he'd be getting that personal. He would also get extremely close to my breast as well when rubbing my upper arms/ waist. The WORST part was when the hot stones came out. There was ZERO warning that he was going to pull up my shirt and unhooking my bra!!! My breasts were exposed, and we are in a room of other people. I had to shift around to make myself feel more comfortable and any time I'd try to pull my shirt back down he would forcefully pull it back up. On top of that, he would aggressively pull my pants down, to where my butt crack was showing. I had a belt on luckily, I could tell he was getting agitated that my pants wouldn't go past my hips. I have NO IDEA why he need my pants to be so far down for a "hot stone massage." To end my uncomfortable experience I went to tip $7. Naturally, one tips around 20% of what they paid. He looked at the money and demanded that I give him no less then $10. I didn't have any extra cash, and I wasn't going to tip the man more, especially after how he made me feel. :( I left their establishment feeling traumatized and bullied. I will 100% NEVER go back and I recommend everyone else, especially woman, to stay far away. read more

I am in Las Vegas for a business trip and seriously just had the best massage ever! I feel like a new woman. I have been getting reflexology massages for years and hands down had the BEST experience here. I've been to many different places, in California, Arizona, and Las Vegas and can confidently say today's massage was the best experience. I called ahead for an appointment and they were able to see me right away. I booked the 70 minute foot reflexology massage. When I came in, I received a friendly greeting and while checking in, they asked whether I preferred soft, medium, or strong pressure. Then I was shown into the back, into a private room, and asked to remove my top and bra. This isn't that common in my experience getting reflexology massages but it was perfectly fine (and made it easier for the therapist to give a massage so completely ok with me!). There was plenty of towel coverage so I was nice and warm and didn't feel exposed either (and I had plenty of privacy to undress). Eva was my therapist and she was absolutely incredible. She was very conscientious, checking in to make sure the pressure was okay, asking if I was ok with her doing various massages (notably face and hot stone on my back), and she was incredibly attentive to each area during the massage, working out all my knots. The level of attention she gave to my feet especially was sooo amazing. I have had mixed experiences with hot stone before, but I decided to try it again and am so glad I did! While Eva was giving me a hot stone massage I remember thinking "oh, THIS is what that's supposed to be like." It was the perfect follow up to the deep massage and was just heavenly. One of the few places that have male and female masseuses which is great if you want that stronger massage. They are open 7 days a week which is awesome and they can get pretty busy so it's best to schedule an appointment but they do take walk ins no problem. read more
