Let's be honest, no one likes the dentist especially with everything going on right now. So when I woke up with a swollen jaw and a tooth ache I couldn't kick I was less than excited. I called doctor Hildebrandt and he was able to schedule me on the same day! When I arrived after a few x-rays it was decided I needed to have an extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth. Not gonna lie it was a little painful, but at no fault to doc! He and his team treated me well with the numbing cream and the little pinch of the needle shot to numb me up! In recovering now and hopefully my next trip will be a more pleasant trip, but either way I recommend this team for all dental needs! read more

I was out of town and had to make an emergency appointment regarding a tooth giving me pain just before the Memorial holiday long weekend. Dr Hildebrandt's office was super nice and scheduled me in the same day. They took a few xrays and Dr. Hildebrandt offered suggestions regarding treatment - we aligned on a course of antibotics and "wait to get home for further treatment" due to the complexitiy of the tooth issue. A week later I called the office back with more questions and Dr. Hildebrandt got on the phone and spoke to me - all around great experience. If I'm ever in the area, I'll go back. In closing: I needed two root canals but am thankful I was able to bridge the gap until i got home. Thanks to Dr. Hildebrandt and his office staff who were all wonderful! read more

Reflections Dental is a great family dentist, everyone from the front desk to the dentist and hygienists are just great! As soon as I walk in the ladies in the front all great me with a smile ask how Ive been and just really make you feel special! Dr Hildenbrandt is a very nice dentist hes also very calm and patient and will take his time if youre scared or if youre like me with nose problems and gagging hes very understanding, also his hygienists are great they also take very good care of you just as Dr does and are all calm and patient with you, every single person in this office is amazing you will feel at home and comfortable with everyone, definetly the best hospitality ive ever recieved from any business and thats the most important part, especially at a dentist when its scary enough they make you feel good! read more

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I went here for the first time for my cleaning and when I gave them my insurance info the lady who does the billing told me, quote: "you have great insurance and won't have to pay anything." I had my cleaning done and left there with them telling me that my Delta Dental insurance would cover it and I didn't owe anything. They screwed me over. About two months later I received a bill. I have been using my Delta insurance for 20 years and have NEVER had to pay for a cleaning, but these people billed it incorrectly and billed me for what Delta wouldn't pay. I called Delta and they told me that whoever billed it did it wrong. I told the person who does the billing to call Delta. I don't know what they did, but Delta wouldn't pay them so now they keep billing me $77.00. I shouldn't have been billed this, so whatever you do get it in writing. They LIE!!! read more

Going to the dentist is most likely nobody's favorite thing to do, but since we've GOT to go... Reflections Dental gets five stars for customer service from the second you step in the front door. Although the free cookies seem a little counterproductive (), It's nice that they offer. The dental technicians are GENTLE, knowledgeable, informative and non-judgmental. There's a tv to watch at each station, which is always nice. Their X-ray equipment is state of the art, with results available immediately on a screen right in front of you, the patient. Most importantly, they listen to the patient, and do their very best to make any and all procedures as comfortable as humanly possible. Dr. Hildebrandt is kind, calm, quick-witted, has a great sense of humor, and is an excellent dentist. He tells it like it is, and all treatment options are carefully and thoughtfully weighed and discussed. Thanks to the referral from a friend of mine, I found this office, and have been a patient of Dr. Hildebrandt's for several years now. I recommend Reflections Dental to everyone! read more

I have lived in many places and have been to many dentist offices. Reflections is by far my favorite. My first visit with them was the most positive dental experience I have ever had. I don't remember the name of my hygienist, but she was lovely. Really knew her stuff, took time to answer my questions and gave me a really thorough cleaning. I swear my teeth were truly whiter when I left! Dr. Hildebrandt is knowledgeable and professional. Kimberly at the front desk is wonderful. She is so friendly and helpful. This was the first time I felt like a dental office actually cared about my well-being and they worked with me to find the best plan of care for my situation. I never felt like they were too pushy or just trying to make money. LOVED them, and will be staying with them for sure! Highly recommend! read more

So I'm one of those people that absolutely avoids the dentist at all costs. Unless it's something bad and by then it's too late. Dr. H and his staff are awesome! They actually make it to where I don't mind coming in. He has fixed a lot of my teeth! And was always kind and gentle! I had Boiclear done on my front teeth rather than crowns per Dr Hildebrant's recommendation. Even though it was not covered by my insurance, it was the right thing to do. It took all day do do six teeth but was done in one sitting. The staff was great. After a long day, I got home and wife noticed the difference and was very pleased. Glad I listened.. love the results! As I said the staff was great. I will not pull strings, it was still an effort to get it all done but in the end was worth it. It replaced over twenty years of fillings that were wearing out... with a great alternative. I highly recommend listening... he will not steer you in the wrong direction! No pressure. By the way... my wife is planning now to have the same procedure on her front teeth which after thirty years need work. Thanks to the staff again... everyone was great! read more

I am shocked at the good reviews on here. This dentist office is so shady. I went here 3 years ago and the dentist told me I needed 3 crowns. I got one put on and then decided to get another opinion. The new dentist I went to informed me I didn't need any crowns. A month ago the crown I had reflection put on cracked in half after eating a pretzel. My new dentist told me that reflection used the wrong material on the crown. And since the crown was only 3 years old my insurance won't cover fixing it. I have had co-workers quit going here as well because the dentist claimed they needed crowns too when they have had perfect teeth their whole life. I would get a second opinion if reflections tells you to get a crown or any major work done. read more
