We used Reflections in Glass for a "custom" shower door when our contractor recommended them. Though the actual size of the opening is 59", the door only opens 22" wide. My husband is 6'3" and not even 200 pounds and he can't walk straight into the shower, has to turn sideways. I am not sure how the "professionals" who came out and measured would think a 22" opening is acceptable to any person. When I brought this up to R.I.G., they promised to send someone out. Our contractor contacted them as well on our behalf. After 2 no-show appointments, the owner's son came out with a $50.00 gift card and promise to work on some solutions back in April 2019. To date, we have not heard anything back. I would NEVER recommend this company again. Terrible customer service and poor customer satisfaction. From the first call, to how quickly I had someone come and quote the job. The quote was good. Once I went with them, they let me know windows were ordered and roughly time to get. Got call within that time and scheduled a time. With windows in, mirror gone, they vacuumed the work area, and with their great professional work; this was the best choice I could of made. Our mirror replacement project took 3 separate trips: estimate, removal, re-installation. They made appointments for each effort, pre-notified each appointment, showed up on time and did good work. I have delt with several glass companies throughout the years, especially some very local to me. I looked on Yelp for another glass company and ran across R.I.G. While I'm not a glass company, I am a business who needs glass work done from time to time. I was in the middle of a project, where I needed to find knobs and the company CR Lawrence would't sell to me direct because I'm not a glass co, so I looked on Yelp and found Reflections. I called and spoke to Robin. I expressed to robin there are other sources I could buy them from online that were cheaper. She was willing to discount them a bit, not to really match or beat, but I was fine with that, because time was more important than the dollars at this point. Aside that, I knew they had a shop to run and I totally understood. Im the mitz of it all, I ended up with two that were the wrong finish. Upon contacting Robin of the mishap, she immediately, without question, ordered in the correct finish right away More recently, i ordered a custom sized 1/8" mirror. Well... I went to install it in a custom fame by using a wide crown air powered stapler and the vibration cracked the mirror all over. I was in a panic because the customer would be home soon. I called Robin and she had a new one made for me right away. While it cost me money, Robin's quick actions allow me to get another one in time for their arrival home Thx again for everything Robin! I broke my garage door window and wanted to fix it before my wife got home. I called and a nice woman answered the phone and said they could cut a new piece to fit. So I jumped in the car and when I got there, Robin (the nice woman who answered the phone) took the fragment I gave her and immediately marched it into the back room. An expert craftsman matched the glass, quickly cut a new piece, wrapped it in protective paper and brought it right out. WOOHOO!
