From the beginning, Robert stood out because of his extensive knowledge of ProVia products, window installation, and the industry as a whole. He took the time to answer my questions and explain my options, which gave me confidence that I was making the right decision. The installation itself presented an unexpected challenge when the crew discovered that my original windows had virtually no existing frame. They had to build new framing, which required additional lumber, but it was the right solution and not entirely unexpected given the age of my home. I was also impressed that the team completed the installation of my second-floor condo in under five hours without using scaffolding. They also went above and beyond by concealing some unattractive roof flashing that had always bothered me, which made a noticeable difference in the finished appearance. The final result looks fantastic. I've received numerous compliments from neighbors and even other contractors on both the style of the new windows and the quality of the installation. No project is without a few hiccups, and I did have a handful of post-installation issues. Shortly after installation, the secondary bottom lock on the sliding door would not engage, the screen needed adjustment, and the door required more effort than expected to close and lock. Robert personally came out, adjusted the sash and locking mechanism, and the door now glides effortlessly and locks exactly as it should. On another visit, Robert replaced a weatherstripping bulb seal on one of the casement windows that had been manufactured too long and wasn't sealing properly. He also cleaned adhesive residue that had been left on the exterior glass after installation. While the cleanup inside and around the work area was very good, the adhesive marks on the outside of a second-floor window were difficult for me to access, so I appreciated that he came out promptly to take care of them. Overall, my only suggestion would be a more thorough quality-control inspection immediately following installation. While I understand that new windows and doors may need minor adjustments after settling into the home, catching a few of these items before the project was considered complete could have eliminated a couple of return trips. What truly sets Window Door Pro apart is Robert's commitment to customer service. He stood behind his work, responded quickly to every concern, and made sure everything was corrected to my satisfaction. It's refreshing to work with a company that doesn't disappear after the installation. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

Shortly thereafter I met with the project manager (Joe H) and he was helped me get the colors and materials picked and ordered and the project was underway. When the install day arrived, I was introduced two a 2-man work crew that would be handling the bulk of the work. In the course slightly more than a week, they totally rebuilt the full exterior of my home. The results are amazing and the home feels new again! Two things really stood out to me and my experience with Olson. 1). The work ethic of that two-man crew. They worked as hard as anyone I have ever seen. Except for lunch, work was non-stop from sunrise to sunset. This was hard and grueling work, especially the demolition of the old siding and stone fascia. They showed up every day like clockwork, and cleaned up after each day. 2). The quality of work they demonstrated. They absolutely knew what they were doing, and they were very good at it. Everything was installed true, level, without gaps, etc. Caulk lines were perfect etc. Everywhere they worked you could see the pride in what they do, and it was very clear there were no shortcuts taken. These two gentlemen were expert craftsman and I can gratefully say my house now reflects that. It turned out more beautiful than I'd ever imagined. I have never nor will ever receive any compensation for this review. My sole motivation for writing is to share the positive experience I had with Olson. Roberto, our salesman, was the best by far - listened carefully to OUR questions and answered them all, in contrast to others who delivered a prepackaged sales spiel. When installation time came, all the workers were polite and considerate, covering our belongings each day and cleaning up at the end of each workday.
