Wendy is amazing! I'm a curly hair gal. I discovered Wendy's talent through a client of mine. She'd always have the greatest curls so eventually I asked for info. So I made an appointment for a haircut and Wendy won me over. That was more than a year ago and I wouldn't have anyone else cut my hair. Wendy is extremely talented, punctual and very fast too! Wendy and Natasha came to our house before my daughter's wedding in July, and wow ! A few hours later we all looked incredible. They were a joy to work with, good listeners, professional, and great personalities. We all felt gorgeous, and received so many compliments all day. The process leading up to the days was well managed, no surprises, straightforward. The gel mani I had from Natasha a few days before the wedding lasted beautifully until I soaked it off three weeks later because I had so much growth. I would never recommend this salon to anyone and I am yet to even walk in the doors of the salon! My niece goes to this salon and so I asked my sister who cuts her hair. I was looking around in thoughts of maybe switching my son. They apparently work by appointment only. I went online and made an appointment for my son with the stylist Wendy as that is who my niece sees. I could not get an appointment with any stylist that had a profile listed for my husband so I called and left a message asking for someone to call me. No one returned my call. I called again, left another message, no call back. Called a third time and actually got Wendy on the phone. She seemed pleasant and helped me. But sue to my husbands ever changing schedule still had to wait to schedule him. Day of my sons appointment arrives I am planning to go and the salon has sent 2 confirmation appointments. I don't confirm as I never have and I don't worry about it since I know we're going. I know their no show policy so I'm not worried since I know we're going. An hour before his appointment I get a text saying his appointment has been cancelled. I immediately call her. (I now have her cell number) She says it's because I never confirmed and unconfirmed appointments equal lost income so they are told to cancel them. I explain well I never confirm And use it as my reminder can you just put us back on the books that we were planning on coming. She says,oh I'm sorry I've already booked the appointment with someone else. I'm thinking, Really? I just got the cancelled text and immediately called and you have already rebooked with someone else? I say ok when can I get him back in? Trying to stay positive and nice. And when can we get my husband in, in February. She says she will look and let me know within the hour. Well that was on 1/4 and here we are on 1/11 and still no effort to reach out. I asked a friend of mine that worked in a salon for years if they ever cancelled someone who didn't confirm an appointment and she said absolutely not! I would not recommend this salon to anyone! Clearly they are way to busy to take on any new clients! Extremely poor business practices! read more

Would not recommend. I came in for a manicure last minute while on vacation in the area. While I did love that they were able to fit me in last minute in a Sunday morning I wasn't thrilled with the service. The employees were polite and quiet which is fine. But, I asked for point almond shape and they shaped them round even after I asked a second time for pointy almond. The nails were uneven in shape, some rounder than others, some oval, some could see a point if you squinted. The dip was also bumpy and uneven. All of which could be addressed with more time training and experience. The true reason for the low review that while the nails lasted 4 weeks (impressive!!) once I took them off it reveal all of my nails had a yellow fungal infection. I am an avid nail girl who has gone to many salons and always has them done, but this was the first time this has happened. I know it wasn't from a prior salon because I had taken a nail break before this set, and had nothing on my nails all summer. They were fine before I came here, then had a fungal infection after removing their polis. For your own health & safety I would stay away. read more

Have been going to Kris and Jeannie since moving to NH, 9 years ago. Kris does wonderful facials. She analyzes your skin needs and puts together the right products to use each time you go in. Kris is personable and gentle and keeps me looking young! Jeannie has been cutting my hair over the years and is also a lovely lady to get to know. I'm not sure if I'm just being particular or caught them at a bad time but I tried to book an appointment and the staff was less than friendly. I called last night about 2 and a half hours before they were supposedly closing to see if I could come in for a shellac manicure and classic pedicure. I was told the nail techs had left so I said I'd just come in tomorrow (today) morning. Thought that was a little odd considering they take walk-ins but you can't really do that if your staff doesn't stay until closing but I wasn't put off or anything. I arrived about 9:30 today, tried to get there for opening but went the wrong way at first. I walked in and said I didn't have an appointment but was looking for a manicure and pedicure. The receptionist told me they were booked for today so I asked about tomorrow and was told they were closed until Tuesday. I told her I would still be in town on Tuesday and she said that she (she was a nail tech and working the front desk) and the other nail tech weren't taking any new clients. Maybe it's just me but they could have 1. Told me they had no openings for the week right off the bat or 2. Phrased it a different way? I've never been to a salon for hair, nails, or anything else that would say "we're not taking any more clients" ESPECIALLY if you advertise that walk-ins are welcome. Super disappointed because I spend my entire summer in Hampton and was looking for a place to get my nails done regularly but Bliss 360 will not be that place. read more

New to the area and didn't know where to go. Ended up booking with Julie after looking at there website. They use great products and one being Unite. Great choice!!!! I have been twice and both services were excellent. She has been on time and very patient. She really listens to what you want done and takes her time. She takes her career serious and it shows.
