I had a really enjoyable experience with Rachel! She was very sweet girl with a fun personality which made the salon small talk really nice. She also was always sure to check and clarify with me on my hair specifications. The salon itself was really cute and seemed really clean despite it being built in an old (but adorable) house. My hair cut was only 35 dollars but I got 10% off with my check in. That also included the wash and style. I will definitely be returning in the future~!

All natural, day after microblading, 5 days out, 10 days out! The perfect natural look I wanted as a blonde!

In the stone massage, they literally only massage you with the rocks. No hands. So it wasn't really as relaxing as we had hoped. However I do not think this is a reflection on the quality of their business at all. Just a personal preference. Both massage therapists were super friendly and professional and the other staff is always so nice as well. Both my wife and I will 100% be back to try out more of their services

We both had the 60 minute "Relax" massage with scalp add on and it was one of the BEST massage experiences I've ever had! My massage therapist was Jordan. I've never had a male massage therapist before so I was pretty nervous about it. But Jordan was extremely professional and did a great job of being respectful and putting me at ease. We talked about my preferences before he got started and he did an amazing job with the exact right amount of pressure and time focusing on problem areas. He had such a calming, peaceful presence and wonderful touch as well - truly was the most relaxing experience I've ever had! All of their treatments include heated stone work which was just heavenly. And the scalp add on was definitely something I'd get again - as you'd imagine, it's a more focused massage and included some lovely aromatherapy. My DIL's massage therapist was Harmonie and she was SO happy with her experience as well. This was my DIL's first massage so she was also nervous lol. Harmonie was super friendly, bubbly, and welcoming and immediately made my DIL feel at ease. She loved it and we'll definitely be back for another girls day out. The space is small with sleek minimalist spa vibes. And while they don't have any room for saunas or baths or anything like that they do have a nice boutique area with spa products and other items like locally-made jewelry. I got some really cute earrings and some fantastic soaps and lotions which I've been loving! Booking online via their website was very easy. Prices are what you'd expect for the level of service and the quality is totally justified. Like most spas, they have a cancellation policy of 24 hour or more notice to cancel - if less than 24 hours they charge 50% of your scheduled service but that's pretty standard for most places. They're located in a small shopping center with a few parking spots out front and plenty of free street parking in the surrounding area. There are some stairs required to get up into the spa area and I didn't see any elevator options so there may be handicap access issues. Tysm to Jordan and Harmonie for making our pre-wedding girls day so special and helping us relax during all the wedding chaos! Hope to see yall again soon!

I opted for the sauna, Korean scrub, lymphatic massage package, and I have no regrets, except that I don't live close enough to do this more often! The scrub & massage pressures were excellent & Amber was lovely; she offered just the right amount of polite conversation and education about the services I was receiving! The bandeau style bra is made from what I can only describe as "open-house shoe covers" material and was a little scratchy so I preferred to keep on my quick dry skivvies rather than get mixed up with the underwear too. I would probably just bring a swimsuit next time. There are tea and sodas available to drink while you wait. I liked that that infrared sauna is actually in the treatment room, so you can go straight from it to the table. Overall, a nice place to warm up and get a facial. To the owner, I would just request slightly longer blankets, I run cold constantly and having my bare feet out and without a heated table took some getting used to.

These are concerning business practices. My husband booked me a massage at this spa. I received a massage from the large male masseuse Jeff and it was atrocious and excruciating. I kept asking for lighter pressure and the masseuse basically ignored me and refused to listen because then it wouldn't be "deep tissue". I was in tears most of the massage and it felt like the longest 90 minutes and I should've just walked out but how do you when you're in that vulnerable state! Here is proof I was indeed seen by this Jeff sir. I do sincerely hope they hire better massage therapists. A client should never leave what should be a relaxing experience traumatized and in tears from 90 minutes of torture.

Although the massages were great , the atmosphere was not relaxing enough. Very small space including the lounges/ common room. The women's locker room was a little dirty and unkept. I had to ask one of the girls to dump the trash because it was overflowing! Let me first start off saying that the 50 min massages were really good .. but..When we got to the appointment the woman that checked us in started off by saying the hot tub is broken... we were pretty bummed bc that was something we def wanted to utilize.. Well, the men's facilities were in pretty bad shape - their 17 spray shower was also broken and a lot of the knobs and hardware were loose or hanging (not something you expect from a 5star spa) The pool you use is for everyone in the hotel ..It was absolutely freezing when we put our feet in. The relaxation rooms were pretty cramped and it was very busy with people all around.. Definitely not the quality for the exorbitant price of almost $500 with tip for 2 massages. They need to do a serious upgrade at this hotel.

It helps to get you longer with the provider. A one hour massage with Krystal, who was perfect! They have heated tables and clean spaces. Krystal was kind and communicative prior to the message and I asked for medium pressure and it was perfect. I had booked the basic pedicure for 30 minutes after my massage for a buffer but they asked if I wanted it back to back and I did and they made sure it was ok if I was a minute or two late because of getting dressed which was wonderful. I even asked if I could last minute upgrade to the next level pedicure to have a full hour and they were happy to accommodate that as well. My pedicure with Janessa was fantastic as well! She was so nice and happy to chat with me during my service. She did such a beautiful job. They use liners in the tubs and have great chairs. I did receive a first timer discount I saw online, so that was nice too. I'll for sure be back for another service in the future.
