He remembers everything, even if it has been over a year since I've seen him. I really like the way that they have the sinks at the station and the stylist who is blowing out your hair also washes it. It's a really personal touch. Most recently I had my hair blown out for a black tie gala and the style was perfect and three days later I'm still rocking a perfect blow out. Definitely a fan and would recommend to anyone.

Service requested was wash and blow dry / rollers and trim but since I have a 4 year old she was not going to sit under a dryer, her appointment was for 11:15am we arrived 10 minutes prior, the appointment was booked with the owner Caroline and she greeted us and of course as any salon she was running behind no problem did not think it would of been the amount of time until my daughters appointment kept getting pushed back after she requested for her to have her hair washed and asked if I wanted her to get rollers put in and I kindly told her no so end result we waited 2 hrs 1/2 and in that time her hair had dryer on its own mind you her appointment was at 11:15am to be sat in her chair at 1:00pm a four year old having to wait all that time, ridiculous just to be charged $80 for wash dry and trim and no extras were added to this service no one especially not a child should have waited all that time. I would not recommend setting an appointment with this establishment if the time is not honored 2 1/2 hrs is blasphemy, overall service terrible customer care.

After the cut I noticed immediately that it was blunt which I mentioned to him but he insisted that I go home first and try to style it myself and if I'm still unhappy to come back. On top of the blunt cut, I got bangs that I never asked for????! How is that face framing??? It's like he never listened to me and just did his cookie cutter haircut that he does on every girl. Honestly I haven't been this annoyed over a hair cut in a long time especially after spending $300. This guy relies a lot on social media for business and when I told him I'm not an influencer, it's like I didn't matter?? He thinks very highly of himself and that he's better than other stylists from other reputable salons. This is based on our convo btw. I always get a wash & set, my daughter does a wash & blow dry. Both styles are always on point. They offer all the services you would expect like color, I've seen them add tracks to thicken hair, deep conditioner treatments. All for reasonable prices. My daughter & my hair cost $60 each time. Only thing is keep in mind they're closed on Sunday's. Other than that I think anyone who tries them will be satisfied with the results.

I was getting a wash and set (with curlers, then blower). Before I could ask, I was told $40. Okay, fine. I sat and waited my turn. I was next but waited over an hour before someone called me over. Whatever it was that was used in my hair or used in the towels caused me to get an allergic reaction. More like a continuous burning sensation. I was wrong for mentioning it, according to the stylist. "Well it doesn't burn me", she said. The blower was set too high. I asked for a temperature adjustment and all she did was laugh. Apparently I'm also wrong for asking. "Needs to be that way with your hair." Meanwhile the young girl next to me was IN TEARS because her stylist refused as well. Both stylist continuously made fun of the girl for crying, saying she must be spoiled and needs to deal with it. They don't say it in English, of course. They wouldn't want to lose their English speaking clients. Well, I'm bilingual and they just lost one. First visit, too.

She stumbled across this gem by accident. When she came home with a stellar, movie star blowout, she grabbed my hands, looked intensely into my eyes, and said, "Mija, this is the place you should go to from now on." Ha! To please her, as all dutiful daughter-in-laws try to do, I went. And I am forever grateful that I did, because after coming here now for the past two months, my hair had never looked better! ALL the ladies are extremely talented. They all do my hair a little bit differently (in a good way) though I'm sure if I specified exactly what I want (which I never really do) they'd do it perfectly. I've also had a one of the best haircuts here that works wonderfully for when I wear my hair curly or straight. AND I've had my color/roots done here, twice, and the results have been dynamite. These ladies are also incredibly kind, professional, fast, and their prices are fair and reasonable. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.
