As many others have stated, These guys are extremely slow at scheduling any sort of appointment. And when it comes time for that appointment, they don't show up or reply to any of my calls or emails. Extremely unprofessional, since I had to take time off work in order for their 2pm appointment. I originally sent the request on 11/27 got no response till two days later asking for pictures (11/29). They finally approved my request on Dec 1st (12/1) saying that someone would be in contact with me in 24 hours to set up a time. 24 hours turns into 2 days when they finally email me on Dec 3 (12/3) stating that the earliest someone could come out was Dec 6th at 2:00pm. I say that's fine, and confirm I'm free. To which they don't send me any response to, I assume its still on since they only wanted to check if the time worked. Anywho, now today is Dec 6th.... no one came in the time window i was allocated. When i email them or call them there is no response. I don't get how these guys are "nest pro's" when they cant even confirm an appointment one week after the request. I contacted another LOCAL nest pro and they are sending someone tomorrow without any of the hoop jumping Refresh requires you to do. Overall, i'd recommend you stay away if you need to get your thermostat or anything installed sooner rather then later. read more

I am so glad we chose Refresh to install our Nest Outdoor Video Camera. I received quick, detailed responses to my emails and knew that I was dealing with a professional & knowledgeable company and felt very secure to use them for this job. We were very fortunate to have Elvin as our tech. Before arriving for the appointment, he asked detailed questions about the job site, including having me send pictures of the location where we wanted the camera and available electrical sources. He knew exactly what he needed to do when he arrived and got it done without any problems. The installation went smoothly, his instructions to us were clear and he was pleasant, calm, neat and thorough. Overall I'm very please with my experience. I had an issue with my Nest product installation and Nest recommended 3 local "Nest Pros" with Refresh Smart Home being one of those. Of the three, Refresh gave the best prices and they were very responsive throughout the experience (I had a ton of questions). The guy that came out (Jeff H.) was great - it's always a bit unnerving to think about needing to drill holes through your exterior house walls so I feared the worst but he was an expert at finding good places that were out of view. In the end, there's no exposed cabling, everything is very neat & tidy and I couldn't be happier, plus he was super quick. Definitely recommend these guys if you need Nest Pro assistance! read more

Patrick did an excellent job with my Nest Learning 3rd Generation Thermostat installation. I initially tried to do installation myself, but found out my wiring is not compatible, I got connected with Patrick through Refresh Smart Home, he's very responsive to calls and questions.
