When it gave up in July, we called their 24-hour number in the middle of the night, and somebody was there to work on it by late afternoon the next day. However my system was still under the manufacturer 10 year warranty which they were able to get the part replaced for free and I just paid for labor. Labor was reasonable, they showed up on time as promised and kept me updated along the way.
