Well,I was happy with the overall experience with all parts of the process. My sales man, Paul Jogov,  was very good and knowledgeable about your products and was great at what he dose whish is SELL And interaction with your potential customers. The updating department did a great job with keeping me abreast of what was happening, super great job! The Installation group with great with their care of making sure that the floors were as level as they could be for a house that was 140+ years old with original floors. They took care and their time with installing My floors . It took about 2.5 days. They did some finish up work and did a nice job cleaning up after they were done. I now have to do the fine finish cleaning to get rid of most of the dust and to vacuum the basement too. The basement is some concert flooring most is till brick and dirt.. Thank you so much for your help with this process and persistence in keeping me as a customer. I was really happy with my experience, hence is the reason I'm sending this email, as a rule I don't usually praise this way unless really very please with my experience. I hav had a couple of bad years with being in a Car accident last January leaving me mostly disabled or I would have been able to complete the job my self, as im the only person along with my then 5 year daughter  that rebuilt my home from the dismay that it was in when I bought it from its delaplaitaed state. Again thank you, Gary k

The issue is 50Floor subcontracts other companies to do their installations, they don't actually…read morehave a department of their own that does installations. And unfortunately the company they sent to do the job at my home was TERRIBLE! First off the company tried to make us pay $200 cash on the side to them directly for moving totes, which they were supposed to move. Even though they arrived way earlier on the second day of the install than the quoted time of arrival. Had they been here within the window we could have moved the items for them. They used my hand towel in my downstairs bathroom for removal of the toilet to lay the floor, they then left it thrown on the sink soaking wet; also they used one of my dish towels from my kitchen shelf to stain the 1/4 round! When the 1/4 round was laid they had no plans on staining the edges! We literally had to ask them to or it would have been a very light colored wood against the dark color. Also they did not cut the 1/4 round when measuring to fit, they literally just broke it raggedly and it looks less than attractive! When they left and was supposed to "clean up" after themselves they left my downstairs toilet undone because they did not screw it down with the two toilet bolts on the side. There are two pieces of the vinyl lifting in my kitchen that were not all the way down after installation because we swept and mopped after they finished and noticed it. They broke our bed frame and the floor in the bedroom, underneath the nightstand is uneven, the nightstand wobbles and won't stay stable! The final paperwork, the certification that the work is completed, was forged by one of the workers because he was upset about not getting the $200. After all of the things they did wrong/broke/or recklessly handled he still had the nerve to ask for $200 and then get mad when the answer was No!!! So he forged our signature on the final paperwork. And to top it off they trapped my cat in a vent! Even though they were told from the beginning that he was in the home and would hide. The biggest issue is these people laid my flooring in the wrong direction on my second level!!! I blame 50Floor just as much because after these events, when the project was complete, I contacted them for 4 days in a row, still with no resolution yet! I've been corresponding with a Kim and let her tell it we're still waiting to hear back from the director/supervisor that she had to escalate my complaints up to! She called to schedule repairs today, which repairs? Not sure! When? Still don't know! She had to order materials. But the rest of the complaints have gone unanswered. Think twice before signing on with for a flooring project! I surely regret it.

It's always good to find a contractor who is responsive and communicative. Bryan fits that bill We were interested in putting in a waterproof floor, either ceramic tile or vinyl, and Bryan was helpful in determining which one and the cost-effectiveness of each. Bryan managed to fit our timeline for the project perfectly. In about three days, he had leveled the concrete floor in our Lakewood, home, put down the red, waterproof barrier, put down a impermeable barrier between the red barrier and the vinyl flooring. Finally, the vinyl flooring went in in about a day and a half. All told it was about four days. When we noticed something that might've been a little bit off, Bryan was quick to correct it and super responsive. he was more than accommodating in our requests and his crew did a great job, especially in terms of cleaning up before they left. It's clear that Bryan understands not only the craft in his work, but how to treat his customers. We are thrilled with our new vinyl floor. I'll update this review with some more photos once I finish the rest of the project.
