I paid for the Extreme Wash, and also the $8 interior detailing add-on today, 5-4-16 at about noon. The guys who did the detailing took a while, so I figured that they did good work. I tipped them nicely. They seemed shocked by the tip, which was weird. Upon leaving, I noticed that they didn't detail anything in the interior. See the pictures. A complete waste of money. Don't get the $5 car wash. They don't spray your car first. You go through the "wash" which amounted to a little sprinkle of water and soap as your car goes through the rotating shammi wipes. You're better off paying $5 to get a real wash with high pressure water. Why even offer the $5 wash when it washes nothing? You can't go through those shammi rolling things unless your car has been sprayed or else the dirt and salt will scratch your car going through the shammi rolls. read more

I paid $40 and I still have crumbs on my seat and it's like they didn't even vacuum my car! It looks awful! They took forever so I thought it was going to be very clean and not at all! I won't be returning. Spent $23 on inside/outside wash. I'm not expecting a whole detail here, but come on, a lil elbow grease would be nice! Car wasn't even shining on inside, and he must've used dirty rags to "wipe " the inside, cause my car smelled moldy when I sat inside. He didn't dry my trunk or back bumper either. Hog Wash has the worst service possible. February 25, 2020. I brought my car in and paid nearly $70 for the interior detail with double vacuuming and wiping of all leather and vinyl interiror and then I paid extra for the hand wax and dry on exterior. I waited over an hour. Car was water spotted all over. They did not even do a decent job of vacuuming. They did not wipe down any of the seats (stains I wiped off later with a damp cloth) or the dash (dusty) none of the cup holders or any of the doors were wiped much less cleaned. I paid over $60 for services I did not receive. They should be arrested for fraud. read more

I went here today and had my car washed. they do a nice job . it's not expensive and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I always go here and am happy with the service. read more

I just went through regal car wash and met the new general manager Terry. He went above and beyond to make my car wash experience a good one. He took extra time to scrub the grill and my windows. He was pleasant and courteous and professional. I'm very happy with the result. read more

I was unsure when I came to have my car washed and the interior cleaned because of the negative reviews on Yelp - but my experience was great. The staff was very friendly, attentive and did a great job with the spring cleaning on my car. Zero complaints. I think this car wash had a change in ownership in the recent past. They caused about $1500 in damage to my car due to a machine malfunction. The Manager was right there and agreed that they had caused the damage but the General overruled him and refused responsibility. His recommendation was to turn it into my insurance company. He also refused to answer or return phone calls. How unprofessional and down right dishonest! read more

As far as employment goes...I do not understand how you are trying to employ people starting them off only 50 cents over minimum wage and these are you qualifications...... Prices are so right and service is so wrong. They are always short handed on detailers so unless you want exterior only I would skip this place. Been multiple times now where they ask me to come back later or say an hour plus just for basic wipe down and vacuum. Not real thorough either on the work performed. Not asking for any major service shouldn't be hard to find people to work. Even worse the lobby is nasty like a greyhound bus station, if we have to wait make it decent. Went in for an interior super clean package. I had never been to this type of car wash before and staff were very rude from the beginning. The "super clean interior" cost $59. They put my car through the wash and after that they were supposed to detail the inside. Only about 3 minutes passed and the guy told me my car wasn't dirty enough to get that service, that I should try to get a refund because I only needed to get a cheaper service. He told me "I still cleaned your car." I found this odd as only 3 minutes went by but foolishly I trusted him. I asked for a refund and the employee said a refund would not be possible until tuesday (this was on a Sunday). When I got in my car to leave I noticed nothing had been done at all. My mats were still dirty, nothing had been vacuumed. They literally did nothing. I came back and complained that nothing had been done and that I needed a full refund. The employee blamed it on another employee and told me "I'll tell him to refund your money." He didn't even take me inside to process a refund. I had to go back a second time and talk to a manager to get this straightened out. That is beyond unprofessional behavior, that is basically theft to take someone's money and not do any service, not to mention telling a customer their car was too clean for a service. (It wasn't). Would never come back and would tell anyone who asks to avoid this place at all costs. Update: I still have not received a refund as I said I would receive. They won't answer the phone. read more

Paid to have a full detail of my car. They had the car for more than four hours and when I picked it up the windshield still had a film on it and still bugs on the windshield. The door jams were still dirty and the compartments for storage on the doors still had crumbs and dust in them. Now I know where not to take my car to be detailed. I thought the price that they quoted me for the full detail was reasonable until I picked up the car and found that it was not properly detailed. I now need to find a place that does the job correctly. read more

I paid 31 dollars to have my car washed inside and out and well as my truck. They took the winter mats out of my car as well as other customers. I watched them put my mats into another customers car. I told the employee he then ignored me and told the other customer his car was ready and he drove off with my mats. The general manager then yelled and swore at his employees in front of his customers. I was told to call back two days later to see if the mats were returned or the general manager was going to buy me new mats. I called back and was told by the general manager it is a busy day and he had no time to talk and he hung up on me. I have left a voice mail and sent an e-mail and have not heard a word from the company. They also did a terrible job vacuuming my car and never even opened the truck when I had paid extra to have it cleaned. read more

I paid for interior cleaning along with my wash. I waited well over 20 minutes then tipped the workers to pull away and find out they did not vacuum between my 2 and 3 row and did not even wipe down the interior at all! The windshield and front end still was covered in bugs too. NEVER going back. read more

This is the worst place ever!! I bought the most car wash they offered along with the best interior option without detailing. My car came out of the car wash with bugs still on the front of it, dirt packed in the wheel wells, dirt on my trunk around the lisc plate. Then the wipe down staff only put armor all on one tire. When I complained about the bugs (which was all I saw at the time) he said they do not guarantee bug removal. Huh? Why wouldn't you tell someone that beforehand? He said there was nothing he was going to do about it. My husband called when he saw how dirty the car still was. He got a run around too. The supervisor told him there was no way he could wash every car that came through. He said he would run it through the car wash again but it would just come out the same way. He was very rude and ending up hanging up on my husband. Go to a gas station car wash. Your car will come cleaner and you'll get better service. read more
