I have a monthly subscription for the super wash at $30 a month. It got my windshield clean but plenty of bugs from a recent trip to Illinois still on the grill/hood which is disappointing but maybe another run through would get them. To be fair there were more than usual but I'd still expect a full clean - maybe it's just too fast. The app is easy enough to use for managing subscription. It's fairly convenient to get to being right off of 61 but just a little bit out of my way so I think after my month I'll be canceling - I don't wash my car that often. Would not pay to do just one wash here.

They told me their manager, Justin, would call me first thing on Monday to talk about next steps for getting my car fixed. Monday comes; no one calls me. On Tuesday I had to call them only for the manager to be nowhere to be found and I had to request that he call me back. By Thursday, STILL NOTHING! I had to call them AGAIN to find out what their plan was to make things right. They told me to get 2 quotes and let them know the cost. It will be $3,000 in repairs! Turns out, I'm the THIRD car within two weeks the repair shop has seen with similar damages from this Tommy's! Something is clearly wrong and its irresponsible and dangerous for them to continue at this rate. I went in for a service that should have taken 5-10 minutes and now I have to deal with thousands of dollars in damages and a business who is uncommunicative and seems like they couldn't care less.

Now, none of these people know me and weren't wise enough to think that maybe it's not a great idea to engage a complete stranger AND paying customer in this way. Let's work on some better training. This isn't the first time I've had issues here. Last year, employees were dropping f-bombs in front of my kid.

This should've been my first clue! 2- I called Steve's Auto Detailing to make an appointment to use my Groupon for Gold Service, got an appointment for 3 weeks later. Steve indicated that it will take 4 hours. 3- The day of the appointment dropped off the car per appointment at 11 AM, expected the car to be ready by 3 PM. Steve indicated that it will not be ready until after 5 PM because he had to finish another vehicle. I agreed and indicated that I will come back to pick up the next day. 4- Arrived to shop next day around 12:30 PM to pick up the car, Steve had not even started working on it. He indicated that he will have it done in 2 hours. I told him that I paid $100 for Gold detailing and 2 hours was impossible to complete all services included in the package. 5- I agreed to leave my car and he said that he will drop off at my place. He didn't show up until 7 PM. I was getting ready to call the police. 6- Steve is very unprofessional and every time I spoke to him he seemed incoherent. He doesn't appear to have any employees. He answers the phone, makes the appointments and also works on the cars. 7- The experience was horrible, this was worse than a regular gas station car wash. 8- Here is a summary of the service: Engine and compartment cleaned, de greased, and treated - NO Vehicle washed; including tires rim, and wheel wells - YES One step buff to bring back the luster and shine - NO Finished with a high quality wax and paint sealant - NO Rims will be shined and tires protected - YES All trim and bumpers treated - NO All windows cleaned - NO All carpets and seats vacuumed, YES Treated with a stain remover and deodorizer, and then shampooed I DON'T THINK SO Then a nice scent added with a bottle of air freshener placed in vehicle YES All door and trunk jams de greased and cleaned - NOT AT ALL All panels including council, and dash cleaned and then protected with a non-greasy protectant YES All leather cleaned and treated when applicable. - YES All windows cleaned NO All vents cleaned NO Somehow Steve managed to change the programming of the seats, mirrors and even the dash clock time. He wasn't even the business I princess asked a quite from but I liked his response the best. Getting a quote was easy, response was quick and the details he gave answered my questions before I even asked them. Scheduling was easy as well. He arrived early and was very professional. He even helped me jumpstart my car since it's been a while since it last ran. He was very detail oriented and really did a great job. He took the time to actually get in every nook and cranny to detail the car. There was a long list of what the detailing included and he made sure to check all of it. My car looks clean, shinny and smells great inside and looks very well taken cared of outside. I've had my car detailed with other guys before but they skimped on some things to cut time. OG Detailing doesn't do any of that. They take care of your car and make sure it looks its best. I would definitely get him to detail our other car when it's time. You would think they would at least have the decency to finish the job after they charge $7K. Also, when I got my vehicle back it now reeks of cigarette smoke. Had to buy air fresheners to cover it up. Just great as I have an infant that rides in the vehicle. Thanks a lot. Wish I would have went somewhere else.
