Well-maintained 12 theatres and kind of ok lavatories but could do better with some regular check-ups. Their snack corner can do with an upgrade not a reflection of the staff, but I reckon they were understaffed. My grandchildren ended up getting there early because their dad decided he wanted to go too. He paid they were seated. When I got there, the old man Ray was so rude..He treated me as if I was trying to pull something by handing him 100 for my ticket and snacks,,,, He told me he wasn't going to take my money.. I asked "why?" and he got snotty and just said no Im not letting you in here... No explanation,, So I said " Okay if I walk 4 blocks to my car in the snow to get my card will that work?" So that's what he made me do and miss 1/4 of the movie he just made me pay full price for, He ruined our entire night,,,What a rotten man with the personality of a poorly raised teen.
