I come here because it's super convenient and close to my house. However, its not the best theater and some things lacking. I will say, the workers are always friendly and the things I don't like about this theater are out of their control. First, the seats and arm rests in the theater are need of a refresh (re-upholstering). After the last movie I saw here (on Sunday), when I got outside I saw that I was covered little black pieces of the seat material. Second, they have been having issues with their AC. There is a sign on the door that says it's just the lobby and restrooms, but it's been warm in the theaters as well. I've 3 movies in the last two weeks here and it's been warm in each theater. read more

I couldn't believe that it was $47 for me and my two kids to see a movie (all matinees for us from now on), but was even more shocked by the filth left behind when we went to sit down. You have to select your seats in advance, so we couldn't even move to cleaner area. There was popcorn grease and sticky Icee on the seats and all around the cup holder on the arm rest and candy wrappers and popcorn all over the floor. The bathrooms were clean though and once we seat down, the reclining seats were amazingly comfy. read more

Regal does not care about their customers. The cashier at this local theater overcharged us and the customer service representative basically just said there's nothing they can do about it. I would spend my money elsewhere like AMC.. read more

We recently went to this theater on Tuesday specifically because of the RCC day discounts. We didn't realize it at the time but the cashier charged us full price for everything, including the popcorn that was supposed to be half off also. I'm been coming here for years and never had any problems. The theater itself is off of Town Lake Parkway. The best way to get here is to turn when you see the QT https://goo.gl/maps/hEqMM1Wek7wUoG5h7 and go up the hill and make a left after you past a group of restaurants on your left. You do have to watch out for cars coming the other way. There is an apartment complex a little further up and when you're coming down hill they tend to speed up. The staff here is always friendly and professional. The place is very clean and the folks at the concession stand are a lot of fun to talk to. On the weekends esp Saturday night the place is lively and super busy. But that is to be expected. The parking lot can get pretty packed when there is a popular movie showing so you probably want to get here early if you can. At night the parking lot is well lit and clean. Not too much I can say about a movie theater... The guys at the concessions were nice and professional, and the theater was clean. All good! Only reason for the one star off is that our movie was bigger than the screen is set up for, so it was projecting a bit on the top and bottom curtains bordering the screen. read more

The staff is friendly. My kids love the reclining theatre seats. They are a little worn but not terrible. My biggest complaint with them was trying to schedule a birthday party for my son, I could never get them to respond. We went to a movie and spoke to them and they apologized and acknowledged they have not been diligent with checking emails but were very friendly and helped me set everything up. read more

I subscribe to Regal Unlimited card bc there is one located very near me, much nearer than any other theater. Love that the seats recline, and they show many of the movies I want to see. However, I absolutely do not love them not maintaining their seats, to the extent that they shed all over my friend & me during the movie (see photos). So much so we had to change our plans of staying out longer after the movie & just go home. (The theater was also oddly warm, since most theaters are so cool you feel the need to bring a jacket or cardigan; like we were sweaty at first, so the material was just completely stuck to us.) Like seriously even not-well-to-do folks figure out how to get couch and chair covers to mask their unattractive furniture; why can't a national movie chain work out the same? Or surely at the exhibitors' annual trade show or in their trade publications, this must come up? I would love this to be resolved so I could continue to patronize the theater nearest me, but honestly, right now I'm inclined to switch to an AMC movie pass &/or go to Movie Tavern more often if this continues to be this way ‍. read more

I went to a late morning matinee and enjoyed the facility. The staff were kind and helpful. For example, the concession stand fellow didn't rush me while I tried to choose my candy; everyone greeted me; they helped me find the restroom easily enough. The restroom was clean (it was a matinee, so I can't say what it would be like later in the day), and they have a diaper-changing station in the men's room. The theater was clean, and the reclining seats were very comfortable. I'd recommend it. It was an enjoyable experience. read more

Seats are super comfy and I love the monthly subscription but it seems as though they are under new management or something. The popcorn is always old and the butter is COLD. Like, VERY cold. We go to the movies several times a week and the change is super noticeable. It doesn't sound like a big deal but I am a popcorn freak and used to look forward to their popcorn. I went here recently to see Infinity War with my kids. I must have driven by this place several times but never noticed it as it is up on a hill off of the main road. As far as movie theaters go, it met my most important criteria when going to a movie theater this day and age. 1. Reserved Seating: I think most places offer that these days but I like the comfort of knowing my seat is reserved and I won't have to wait in any lines. 2. Comfortable and Reclining Seating: The theater we were in all had comfortable reclining chairs with a lot of padding, perfect for over two hours of sitting. 3. Sound: To be a good theater, you have to have good sound, and I had no problems with it, not too loud nor too quiet. 4. Popcorn: I don't care about getting any fancy food when I watch a movie. All I care about is good quality popcorn with some extra butter. The popcorn here was perfect, not overly done and they even provide a butter dispenser for your own discretionary application. Great theater, I won't hesitate to return for future showings. read more

This theater is not a bad place to watch a movie. They have stadium seating with reclining seats which is a huge plus. BUT...since Regal made them change to selling tickets at the concessions area it is impossible to stop for popcorn on your way to your movie. The registers (6) are all working and the lines are easily 15 people deep. PLEASE go back to selling tickets to those that don't buy online at a ticket window!! read more

Speakers in auditorium 8 had distortion throughout the entire movie. They no longer sell tickets at the front window. You now have to wait in line at the concession stand behind people ordering popcorn, gift cards, etc. Plan to arrive an extra 20 minutes before you normally would. Two employees stood at the counter in between two registers and did nothing the entire time I stood in line. Next to them, two other employees did work the register. But, when I asked Supervisor Nathan afterwards why they didn't sell tickets at the window, he said they were short staffed. Confronted with the information about the two stand-by employees, he had no explanation. He said Regal is in dire financial straits and that the order to stop selling at the window came all the way from the district management. This theater has upgraded their seating to leather reclining chairs and renovated their lobby and concession area. But, they now appear to be running so low on money they can't hire an extra minimum wage employee to sell tickets. One star. Sub-par. Good luck with Unlimited. read more

BIG NEWS and I'm so excited! Our neighborhood theater Has been updated to leather recliners! So nice and clean in the theater. You do have to choose seats when you get your ticket and sit in your chosen seat. The concessions are the typical movie food popcorn, candy, hot dogs but they do not have a freestyle coke machine. Also, they stopped searching ladies purses after all the fuss they got over it. You're welcome! ;) however they will still check backpacks which is fine by me. The outside of the building still looks like a dated southern theater but maybe they'll give the front a face lift and install self serve kiosks soon! read more

This place is not open. Don't waste your time. They posted that they opened in May 17. Today is June 6. They have movie times posted but you cannot purchase online. So, we drove to the theater 3 hours before our anticipated show time to purchase (as it appears others are doing as well). Again, all indications are that they are open, but doors locked!!! Lights are on, but no one is there. Call, but the message refers you to the website. While sitting in the car for maybe 5 minutes, 3 others drove up, checked the doors, looked inside. Go here quiet often. Location is great, prices are what is expected, if not a little cheaper then our other theater we visit which is the Amc in Kennesaw. Seats have always been clean. The ticket taker is always nice. (Haven't used the ticket counter for a while, normally buy online) the concession ppl normally are a tad slow and less then friendly but you don't spend much time there. Only complaint is that I have yet seen someone come in to check on the theater during the movie like they do at Amc or movie grill. read more

This is my go to movie theater! It is always clean and comfortable. However, this location is pretty popular so expect a crowd. The shopping center is pretty close to my favorite sushi restaurant, Izumi's, so I love having another excuse to visit them. There is also a good but of parking here, even on busy nights. read more

Went to see Blade Runner this afternoon and the soundtrack volume was literally PAINFULLY loud. It's as if the manager isn't doing his/her job and stuck some minimum wage flunky up in the projector booth who thought ear bleeding heavy metal volumes would be awesome. I don't hear well and if I was uncomfortable and in pain, then the other people were most certainly suffering through this. Well it was TOO LOUD! I couldn't wait for the movie to be over and when exiting, there was no management to be found. ANYWHERE. Nobody to express my dissatisfaction to. Regale Cherokee 16 has become my favorite movie theater. In the past it was a smaller quant movie theater, but the updates they've made have made this an extremely comfortable theater with a homely feel. Get to the theater a little early to reserve your seat, and recline back and enjoy the show. read more

Horrible care for such a wonderful location and theatre... seats for our movie we're filthy (popcorn everywhere, drinks spilled all over the floor and melted chocolate on the seats) when we arrived. When we requested them to be better cleaned they barely sprayed them and wiped them down and didn't even bother with the spilled drinks... still disgusting. This theatre had been my favorite for years. We would gladly drive over 30 minutes to sit in very comfortable, reclining seats, with a big screen and good sound. The last time we went, for my birthday, to see Dr. Sleep, the sound during the previews was so loud that my wife was getting a headache and it was actually painful for me. I went out to ask them to turn it down. After going back in, there was no change. Tried again, they said they couldn't lower it. They gave me a refund, but the evening was ruined, and that wasn't enough to make me satisfied that they cared about the problem. The manager said that he would have the general manager call me. That didn't happen. I tried to go through Regal's ridiculous corporate voice response system to get in touch with someone at the theater. Three times, the phone just rang and rang, with no answer and no voice mail. The number published on the web site is incorrect, so there is no way to provide feedback to anyone who might be able to do anything. That's a real shame. I'd like to try them again, but with unacceptable customer service and no way to even complain, it will be a long time before I try them again. read more
