So when it came time to remodel our downstairs bathroom, we didn't hesitate to call him again. From the start, the demolition was done with incredible care and attention to detail. Dmitriy and his team then built a walk-in shower completely from scratch -- we didn't even use a pre-made one! Their precision and craftsmanship are truly amazing. They worked hard, starting early every morning and continuing through the late afternoon -- non-stop. They kept everything clean and organized each day, never leaving a mess, and were mindful not to block walkways. Everything was completed right on schedule. I also really appreciate how Dmitriy communicates. He responds to questions quickly and clearly, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. We knew from the first day of hanging that these were amateurs. All throughout the process, J & G reassured me that all visible walls would still come out perfect and we nervously believed him. We were left with bulges, visible tape lines, a bowed wall with a screw that pops out when you push on the wall, rough areas in need of sanding everywhere, cracking. Absolutely no attention to detail. I know he had problems with some subs that he brought in. I'm not saying that the owner didn't try to salvage the job or wasn't trying to do a good job. He is an honest guy who worked hard for days to get it back. Unfortunately, the "finished" state is just not acceptable. Now we are paying for professional drywallers to come out and fix it. Some walls we might start over entirely. Cannot recommend. Update: we took out a section of wall that was too uneven to install the cabinets against and found they punctured the wastewater pipe in 2 separate places while hanging drywall.

After talking to a ton of contractors and picking a handful out to give me some quotes none of them really seemed to "care" or give the vibe of quality. That's where Pardini Construction (Owner Joel) came in and managed to impress me. Joel really cared about what the site was going to be used for and before doing anything wanted to do a site walk to look for anything weird or problematic areas. While doing a site walk seems like a no brainer some of the other companies i reached out to didn't think it was necessary or showed up kicked some dirt and said that will be $$$$. Joel came out with laser levels, measuring equipment galore, and years of knowledge/experience. After dotting the I's and crossing the T's we got everything on the calendar to start within a couple weeks. The entire way through Joel would let me know the status of certain things and follow up with additional questions if needed. There was a point where my other building contractor documentation was a little bit confusing and Joel unprompted reached out to them and hashed out everything with them for me on my behalf. Overall I was thoroughly impressed 10/10 would hire again (and already talked to them about it).

The work was of very high quality. For example, my ceiling joists weren't perfectly level with each other so they used a laser level and 1/16" strips to get everything even. My ceiling and walls are perfectly flat and only have texture from the complimentary backrolled primer (more aggressive texturing was not necessary). They also skimmed my living room ceiling to get it flat and did a small patch under my stairs. Will definitely use E&M again if I have further drywall needs.

In the past decade, Steve has painted the exterior of our home, and repainted the entire inside as part of a major remodel. Today, he and his son painted the eaves and soffits which were replaced with our roof and gutters. As usual, everything looks perfect, just like new.
