One, and two, and three, and four, and get them sit ups right and Tuck your tummy tight and Do your crunches like this... You don't have to work out here just push a button to let the recliners fully stretch it out. 5/5 Recliner This theater is one of my favorites. Full recliners and assigned seating allows you enjoy the theater at your own pace. Even fully reclined someone has space to walk. App 4/5 Grab your snacks and drink at the concession stand and scan for rewards points. From tickets to concessions it all adds up. 5/5 Parking Parking is plentiful as there is only a Chili's in the same lot. So when you want to watch a movie comfy as you would at home, check out this Edwards. 1 John 2:5, God bless

Phone damage falling between seat cushion

700 pm, Tuesday, November 25, 2025 My experience at Regal-Edwards La Verne was mixed. Tuesday is deal day/night. Discounted tickets and concessions, #IYKYK; therefore, parking lot will be almost at capacity but we spotted a few open spaces. The modern movie theater experience all goes through the concessions stand even for ticket purchases. I grew up in the box office era, weird how it's all consolidated to concessions. But, I see it's a cost cutting measure. We were able to pick our seats at the display screen. This was great, we knew exact here we were sitting in the mostly empty theater. The mini theater was visually clean. The floor at the seats seemed sticky??? The soles of my shoes were sticking each time I moved my feet. We watch Rental Family starring Brendan Frasier (Encino Man, haha). So midway through the movie, my phone falls out of my jacket pocket, through the gap at the seat arm rest and seat. I heard the think of the phone... Oh no... I began looking for the phone on the floor under the two seats... Nothing there... Crud, where's the phone!? It's dark, stick my hand through the seat, feeling steel parts of the recliner and finally my hand felt my Pop-It holder. I had to wrestle the phone out and free it from the steel bars. Apparently, while trying to open the recliner, the phone got further damage the it. My phone screen is now marred and scarred! OMG, so upset at these seats! There are wide spaces between the cushions that allow items to fall through. Items as big as my cellphone (expensive)! My phone got stuck on the steel parts of the reclining mechanism and cracked the glass screen. I am so upset about this even with the premium case and anti scratch film applied. It even tore up the applied film too. Moral of this story... The reclining seat will beat up your pricey cell phones! So, protect and keep valuables in a safe place. Painful lesson for me.

This was just my second time visiting this Regal location in La Verne. I usually catch movies at the Regal in Alhambra, but I brought my grandmother here since it's in her neighborhood. We came on a Tuesday afternoon to watch the new Superman movie (my second time seeing it, but she was excited to check it out). Tuesdays are discount days, and the theater had a solid turnout of seniors taking advantage of the deal. I dropped my grandmother off at the front entrance before parking in the large lot--didn't want her walking too far. I had already purchased our tickets through the Regal app using my Unlimited membership. Once we got settled in our seats, I went back out to grab popcorn. There was no line, and the employee at concessions (I believe his name was Westin) was friendly and quick. Later, I went back for a soda and saw Westin helping a group of seniors pick their seats and asking for water cups. He was incredibly patient and kind with them, which stood out to me. I imagine this location sees a lot of older moviegoers on discount days, and it was nice to see someone providing that level of respectful service. I wasn't in a rush since I'd already seen the film, and honestly, it made me smile seeing how well they were being treated. This Regal has those fully reclining seats that make all the difference. The theater itself isn't particularly modern aside from the seats and film quality--which, let's be real, is what you go to the movies for anyway. Restrooms are upstairs, which could be a challenge for some, but I believe they have an elevator to accommodate. Overall, it was a great outing. Comfortable seating, polite staff, and an atmosphere that feels welcoming--especially to seniors like my grandmother. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.

Filth directly above the soda machine. This is an obvious health hazard that hasn't been addressed for a long time.

I went to the Mortal Kombat premiere and bought the Shao Kahn popcorn bucket. It was missing a piece. The manager said they did have one that was missing the piece but weren't going to sell it. But evidently they messed up and still sold it to me without telling me it was defective. The manager said they wouldn't refund me or provide a correct version of the bucket. I asked for the district manager's number and the number provided doesn't work. So something suspicious is going on with this location. Also, while I was there I took this picture of how dirty the place is. And this is directly above where they serve drinks. So clearly this location does not care about sanitation, selling correct products, or providing a good way to handle complaints. It's poorly ran and the fault is clearly on management.

Best worker of all time. He single-handedly made my entire experience so much better. Every time I interacted with him, he was helpful, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. It's rare to find someone who cares that much about the people they're assisting, but he showed it every single time. His attitude, effort, and consistency stood out in the best way. My whole experience improved because of him, and I honestly appreciate everything he did.

So I dunno what all the negative comments are about cuz this place was great! The recliner seats were so comfy and it felt somewhat nostalgic that it was a smaller theater. We will def be going back!

I had seen the first half of Wicked at home through streaming, so it was a treat to watch the second half in the theater. It was packed! The screen seemed huge compared to other indie theaters I've been to and the seats were comfortable. I would see more films here if I'm in town. I know they are always showing a lot of very cool indie films and limited releases. Parked at the parking structure down the street and walked over. Great Family Movie Spot with Comfy Seats & Easy Parking…read more There is always plenty of parking in the structure, so definitely park there to keep your car cool--especially on those hot California days. I've been to AMC Glendora countless times at this point, so it only makes sense I finally leave a review. This has become one of our go-to movie spots. I usually buy tickets in advance, but this time it was a last-minute decision to take my niece and nephew to watch Minions & Monsters. We upgraded to the Dolby experience--and honestly, it was amazing. The reclining seats are super comfortable... maybe a little too comfortable because I ended up falling asleep for a solid 30 minutes (no shame lol). That's how relaxing it was. Service is always friendly and fast, the theater is clean, and everything runs smoothly every visit. This is probably my sixth time here and definitely not my last. Perfect spot for family movie nights, nieces and nephews hangouts, or just a comfy escape for a good film. Happy movie watching!

As the parent of an autistic child, this experience was really disappointing…read more About 15 minutes into the movie, my son started having sensory issues. Unfortunately, it became clear that he wasn't going to be able to stay, so we made the difficult decision to leave. We weren't trying to get something for nothing, we simply hoped the theater would show a little understanding given the circumstances. When I spoke with the manager, Sadi, I asked if there was any way to receive a refund or even a pass to come back another day. The answer was no, and the interaction felt cold and dismissive. I understand businesses have policies, but good customer service is about knowing when to show a little compassion and flexibility, especially when it involves a child with special needs. We lost the entire cost of our tickets despite only being in the theater for about 15 minutes, and what stood out even more than the money was the lack of empathy during the interaction. I don't expect special treatment, but I do hope AMC considers empowering its managers to handle situations like this with a little more understanding. A small gesture of kindness would have turned this into a positive experience instead of one we'll remember for the wrong reasons.

However, the remodel and upgrades are very apparent! Regal Edwards (West Covina) now has plush, spacious, & clean seats with privacy walls; these seats even have miniature tables that swivel, and the chairs even smoothly recline. The screen was clear; the music was crisp; and the entire experience felt upscale and surreal.... What!? However, Regal Edwards (West Covina) does have its nitpicks. The seating area is spotless, but sporadic bits of popcorn and litter is unswept across some walkways/hallways. Also, the Arcade Area and Concession Stand Prices are VERY pricey. The popcorn also tasted slightly stale. Still, these minor inconveniences felt minuscule. Compared to my past visits to this location, the current/upgraded Regal Edwards (West Covina) is SO MUCH better. I arrived at Regal Edwards (West Covina) on a Sunday (around 1:25PM). Parking is easy. There's a Theater Parking Structure nearby. On arrival, customers enter the theater and purchase tickets at a self-service kiosk. Customers choose the time and seats (on a digital map). Then, customers have their bags checked before entering. Security guards are nearby, so the place felt safe. Staff worked diligently and efficiently. Customers do not fill up their own sodas at this location; however, I appreciated how Staff filled my drink to the very top with little ice. On ambiance, Regal Edwards (West Covina) is HUGE! The tall ceilings and spacious area felt well-ventilated. The location was surprisingly not too busy this Sunday, but a steady flow of customers kept arriving. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Regal Edwards (West Covina). As a longtime Covina resident, I usually associated this location with "old" and "dingy" whenever I'd visited in the past.... so I'm extremely HAPPY that they've invested serious effort into making this theater into something special. If you love movies, this is an easy recommendation! 4.5 out of 5!
